Love the clothes when they finally arrived. Customer service was very helpful and informative. I hated how long things took to arrive I'm use to a true 7 days and ordered clothing accordingly for two events and they came too late and never got outfits together. Have beautiful shirts but never the bottoms. Not sure if I will order again unless I am not counting on the arrival for any events.
Recently, I was lucky enough to find this website to buy clothes online. I was going to ask some quick questions about sizing, but soon I had a lot more general questions, customer service responded with kindness and patience. Thank you very much, the order arrived on time and in perfect condition.
After some trepidation, I took the plunge and ordered two items from Stylewe, they arrived within 2 weeks, and both items were really well made and unique design. I will now be placing further orders with them in due course, I already have over $300.00 worth of items saved to my list with them, and will work my way through this list, also their customer service is nice!

The worst customer service. I complained about a dress that has been processing over 15 days and the customer service person canceled my order, said "You said it has been too long and you cannot wait so I just canceled," I said i did not want to cancel it, i wanted you to expedite the order and they said "well, it has already cancelled" and stopped responding. Everytime, they do the same, They just stop answering your messages. Very very bad customer service! How in the world can you cancel someone's order on your own?
They have taken payment for an item I have not received after already more than two months. After numerous emails they offered a refund because they could not deliver in a reasonable time frame but I'm still waiting for the refund after also chasing this. Coincidentally now my credit card number has been used fraudulently by an Uber user. With their lack of delivery and response to my request for refund I'm not sure Stylewe can be trusted to be legitimate.

I have been shopping here for about a year and never had a problem with them. Their customer service staff also promptly responds to any concerns you may have regarding requests I have placed. The clothes are definitely beautiful, well designed and very cute!
Apparently this is where to come when you want a refund and return address. I ordered 2 dresses one xxl and one xl that was supposed to have a 44" bust. Neither of the dresses fit. I normally wear a size 12, I am 5' 4" and weigh 148 lbs with 40" bust measurement. Unless you are a size 6 don't bother with this site. The xxl would be equivalent to a 4-6 US size. The eye-candy is very tempting but save yourself the hassle;( Here is an Update... After posting this review I received immediate response from customer service. I returned package to an address in the states and my refund was issued within 2 days. So all in all the experience was pretty carefree I think due to this site. Thanks SiteJabber!

In general, I am quite cautious when buying clothes online, so I have a strict vetting process and avoid anything that seems unofficial. This boutique was a bit iffy at first, but I made a small initial purchase and as long as you read the brand's reviews or ratings, you can't go wrong! The pants I bought are beautiful, and shipping takes the normal time in these cases.

I ordered 3 dresses on 6/27, did not receive order confirmation till few days later, received one item shipping information on July 12. Received 1 item on July 28. The rest two teams had no order confirmation or shipment information. I sent an email to customer service, they only sent me the same item that was delivered already with no mentioning of my outstanding two items! Now I am concerned that rest of $129 will be missing wondering if this even is a legitimate business? Why can they make delivery experience easier? Why I ordered 3 but only received one?

The jacket I ordered, although lovely, did not fit quite right through the shoulders. It was bad enough that my husband noticed, and thought it looked uncomfortable. So I started the return process. OMG. At least 5 hoops to jump through via documentation, and you do have to pay for the return shipping.
I will never order anything from this company again.
It is very hard to find unique and stylish clothing as beautiful as what is offered by the designers of Stylewe, unfortunately the sizing is unbelievably small. The return process is an absolute nightmare- just when I thought I was never going to see my $774.96 again, I managed to break through the automated email returns, holiday delays, the missing Return/Exchange button, and the unacceptable number of steps to actually return a product (including take photographs of the package, etc). I did finally get my refund. Unfortunately, this company is not prepared to do business in the USA.

I received a refund from StyleWe after filing a case with Paypal. I think they should make it clear on their website that things are being shipped from China and processing takes time. If they were honest about their business model, it would feel more comfortable to me.

I did have to wait several weeks for the clothes to arrive, but their customer service was responsive and quick to resolve any delay - they even upgraded my shipping to express for no additional cost. The packaging and quality were lovely as well. Will continue to purchase from them in the future.

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. Answer: I ordered 3 items. I'm normally an 8 M so ordered L. 2 items fit great 1 was too small. I ordered an XL & it still didn't fit. They will exchange or refund but could make it a lot more obvious how to return but otherwise I'm very happy with my purchases. I believe the different designers have different sizes. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away. Do not waste your money with this company.
