I am pleasantly surprised. The clothes look just like in the catalog. I was expecting clothing that were lesser quality and that's why I only purchased two items, but WOW, they are genuinely nice. They run a little on bigger, so I recommend ordering the next size down.
I ordered a few items from StyleWe. A couple of dresses were too small so I returned them. A month later i still had not got my money back. They logged me out of my StyleWe app to where I could no longer be able to track my returns. When I messaged them, they told me they never received the items until I threatened to report the case then my money was back in my account the following day and yes, i did have my postal tracking number. Be careful when ordering here. Also, and I'm not kidding, I received 1 item from this order in March when I had ordered in November. Be safe out there. Quality is average.
I have asked this website four times and have never been disappointed. They send out emails often with offers, so when they do, I take advantage of that! Always read the reviews on the item you want to order.
You may see the message below I wrote when I started to purchase clothes from Stylewe, but I can say they provide a great service now. The service representatives are very nice, and the return process is faster than I expect. I visit this website almost everyday, and have purchased and kept more than 20 pieces, and enjoy wear them. Even though sometimes them sent me wrong items during their busy season, they can take it well. I have strongly recommended the Stylewe to my friends.
I have requested three times for cancelling my order which has not shipped out yet. Their auto-reply email says that they will get back to me within 24 hours. Now it has more than 24 hours, I have not got any responses from them.

Size was off. Trying to send them messages; how to return. There is no response for last three days. Shipment took long time as was expected. Coming from China, sat at the customs for several days. What I don't understand is that how come responding to my question via email is taking so long. However, it was my first experience, which was not good. I am a bit disappointed with there customer service.

My Aunt suggested Stylewe, and I logged into their online store only as a matter of formality cause never heard of any such site. But as a matter of fact, I was just astonished, when I saw the casual asymmetrical, folds, 100% polyester, and mid-weight and slightly stretchy solid black midi skirt. It was no doubt an incredible experience. I had the dress delivered by the 4th day of my purchase. Superb service! Will buy more from Stylewe.
We've ordered from Stylewe and are pleased with the the quality of the clothes that recently purchased, I used the 35% coupon to bought some summer items. Really did not spend much money to get so many! No complaints!
I bought 4 items from them and 2 dresses did not fit properly. Within a couple days of my receiving the items, I submitted a request to return 2 out of 4 items. I got the automated email telling me someone will respond within 48 hours. After not hearing from Stylewe, I sent another email. Still no response. This is the first and absolutely last time I'm ordering from them. Be warned! Reviewers who gave 5 stars for their responsive "customer service" must be fake!

This is a great place to shop for fashion clothes, I love how they offer so much variety in what they sell. I can always find something I like and want and so far I have been satisfied with most (if not all) of the items I have purchased. Reviews left by other customers also help decide whether or not I should get something! Overall, a good website to buy.

Got my item, did not match the description and is too small. The returning process takes too long, and the customer service representatives keep giving those 20% refund offers. After I read the reviews, I am wondering, maybe I should accept it and have at least $20 back, instead of paying for return shipping and not getting anything at the end?

Everything I ordered os high quality and beautiful. Sadly, it is designed for a asian body not a western one with breasts or hips. They did contact me after I asked for return and said I can wither ship back... to China! Or I can take a store credit ( trying to decide why I would do that since nothing will fit. The 2 dresses I ordered were XL which say they will fit size 14 but really are a 4-6.

This online boutique made my return process so quick and easy. A couple of items didn't work for me and I was offered a refund from the store. I sent him an email. I would prefer a refund for the card I paid with, and it was very efficient in solving my concern. This is my first time shopping here, I can only say that I am absolutely excited to try my new blouses. The website is easy to navigate and I found what I wanted cheaper than any other internet provider. I read some bad reviews after the purchase and worried needlessly. I guess people come to complain instead of recounting their good experiences. Communication is not as frequent as some vendors. But who wants to receive spam with every step in the delivery process? My cute little sister is quite fashion freak, and she usually does her shopping from Stylewe. She took me to this store, and I found this Floral-print Apricot Stand Collar Short Sleeve Midi Dress so lovely and classy. I was skeptical about its quality since it appeared very special on the catalog. But, I was wrong. There was no difference between the real product and the catalog pics. Shopping is a happy experience with Stylewe.
For the prices they charge you would assume that their sizing would be close to accurate. After sizing up two sizes I still received a dress far too small.
Yes, they will accept returns and refund but only if you pay for the return shipping. Despite photos their Customer Service claim it's my fault and I'm responsible for the shipping costs.
I've learnt my lesson, never again.

Kindly please be noticed that Some of our items run one size smaller, so it will be better to choose bigger size. Every time when you click the size "S, M, L"etc,it will show the corresponding detailed measurements for the specific size. Then you can check. You need to refer to the item Product Details to see the exact measurements first and choose the corresponding size (S, M, L, etc). The size guide is just a reference for all the items, which is not as accurate as the information of product details.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order for over $100 over 30 days and the order still shows processing. I received 3 emails stating my dresses are sold out and if want a substitute. After making 3 substitution I still have not received any product. When I tried to chat with customer service the agent / robot responds with generic answers and never addresses the issue. This website is scam...do not waste your time and money. Now I have dispute the transaction with my credit card company to get my money back and all I wanted were a few dresses...

The asymmetrical A-line silhouette is always my preferred party wear, especially during winter and fall. I love wearing, black A-line plain long sleeve midi dress which comes beaded and knit process works in wool blend fabric. It entirely falls below my knee, and the stretchy part makes me feel comfortable while wearing. The dress looks fabulous than in the online catalog
Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. Answer: I ordered 3 items. I'm normally an 8 M so ordered L. 2 items fit great 1 was too small. I ordered an XL & it still didn't fit. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away. Do not waste your money with this company.
