I ordered a dress that was supposed to be 95% cotton. If this dress is 95% cotton, I'll eat it. It's made of some sleazy polyester fabric. Their site says returns are easy, as long as the tags are still on, with original packaging, etc. This is not the case. Having to return this dress has required endless back and forth emails with these people, who ask me to send them a picture of the dress. Why? You have my order number, you know what dress I'm trying to return. You need a picture of your own inventory? Just send me the information and let me send it back. No, they won't let me.
I'm always reluctant to order clothes online, especially from a company like this, because it's rarely as depicted. I've learned my lesson. As soon as I FINALLY am able to return this garment, I am avoiding this company like the plague and I will make sure every friend I have who has "liked" their page on Facebook, knows to stay away. From now on, I'm sticking to reputable companies.
The asymmetrical A-line silhouette is always my preferred party wear, especially during winter and fall. I love wearing, black A-line plain long sleeve midi dress which comes beaded and knit process works in wool blend fabric. It entirely falls below my knee, and the stretchy part makes me feel comfortable while wearing. The dress looks fabulous than in the online catalog
I too ordered a dress and it did not work out, returned it and have yet to receive my money back. Ignore is the customer service. I followed all their instructions, it's been weeks. Nothing. Would like to find a way to take them to the better business bureau. When I went out to their website and they opened a chat, as soon as I mentioned my return, they never came back
Dear Sue, after you have returned, we are wating for the return tracking number or a copy of the return receipt which you just sent to us 2 days ago, and we started to process your refund immediately, but turned out you have opened dispute on this charge, so the payment got frozen, could you pls colse the dispute on the charge and let's us refund to you on our side? Otherwise we have to let's PayPal to deal with this dipute for us, in that case, refund maybe a little delay.

This is a scam. They send you cheap clothing that looks nothing like what they advertise and costs a LOT of money. And they advertise free returns or exchanges but this is a LIE. They actually charge you the FULL amount to ship it back. I reported them to the proper authorities and you should too: econsumer.gov. Hopefully they will be shut down. They are liars, cheaters, and no one should order from them if they value their money.
I have not had to return anything, as it has all fit as expected. Received my 4th purchase from them about a week after ordering. Recommended to a fellow employee and she loves her purchase as well, and the tracking with the shipping company DHL puts FedEx and UPS to shame. Beautiful and well made designer clothing at rock bottom prices. I love this.

The order came yesterday. So the wait was very reasonable. I also liked what I saw when I opened the bag: nicely packed, fits nicely and feels great albeit I need to lose 5 lbs for a sharper look! Being tall makes it difficult to buy clothes online, but not here, they have sizes that adapt to all shapes and sizes. Clearly identifiable on their website, even the wide shoes that are normally the ban on my life. I bought a fabulous dress after seeing another lady wear it over the holidays, I went on the website and ordered it in two colors and was continually complimented every time I wear one of them. I buy at night when the weather allows... thanks!
I bought here 3 to 4 times and the clothes they gave me have been of the best quality and in good condition. There was only one time a shirt came in one size smaller, but other than that, everything is fine. Delivery is also smooth. Delivery time and processing may take a bit depending on quarantine, but I'd say it's worth the wait.

I sincerely appreciate your website where I have bought most of my clothes, the best advice is that if you buy something like a tight dress or a shirt with straight bands, it is better to order a larger size, so that everything is more fluid or can be fixed.
Compared to other companies from China this one is pretty good. For the most part they have good quality clothes, not exceptional fabrics, but you get what you pay for, but overall good. You really have to make sure you read description of clothes really well, because trying to return an item will only bring you grief, so make sure to read size chart and check what material your item is made of. I have been satisfied with most items, but not all. If you order an item on pre sale it takes a very long time to come, so keep that in mind.
The items that were delivered were as expected and I was pleased, the quality is very nice. However on the previous order one of the items was not delivered so I cancelled it. It has happened again that one of the items is missing and marked as processing. I would like to know why this has happened twice, and why it was not delivered with the other items.
It has been 48 hours and no one from customer service replied to my return email. How long do I have to wait?! It supposed to be 24 hours! Where should I return my order!

There is an incredible range of clothing and I have found some really unique dresses that I love.
The quality is usually pretty good for the price you're paying, sometimes the items may look a little different than the pictures, but sometimes it's to be expected, so be sure to read the reviews before buying anything.
I placed my order and received no order number or a confirmation fo the order being processed. Trying to reach their customer service is impossible. I wrote them, and so far- no response, in spite of posting on their website that they have CS for 24/7. CHat or using their mail e-form on the site is impossible to use because both require order number which I don't have.

I am not sure I would order from this company again. I am so disappointed. So many things I want to order but taking 8 weeks going on 9 weeks to delivery an order with no communication is totally ridiculous. This is very bad customer service. How can i place another order without getting my previous order. The customer is bombarded with emails and deals yet they never received their previous order. Someone will response with a really immature response like, " sorry for the inconvenience but we are waiting on stock to come in". If that's the case be honest and forth right by not putting a date for 3 weeks pre order when you very well know you can't deliver.

I am delighted that I took a risk and ordered clothes on this website. Shipping was very fast. I received it in just over two weeks. The shirts were of better quality than I expected for the prices. Everything fit perfectly: the measurements listed were accurate. I feel like I've gotten a real bargain. I certainly expected to be expecting a lot more and receiving worse quality products at such great prices.
The items received do not look anything like what is shown on the website. The material is cheap and scratchy- one of the dresses had a crooked zipper and the other had rips in the lace-I tried adding pics but they wouldn't download from iCloud. Sorry.
The Size Guide on the website is Very Exaggerated... I purchased the size suggested according to my measurements. The dresses are all enormous... No way I would ever wear these in public!
I contacted Customer Service within two days of receiving my order and was told that I could either except 15% cash refund or ship all the items BACK TO CHINA at my cost.

The team at this online boutique was fast and friendly from start to finish, the online shopping experience was very good, which surprised me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for clothes with a very beautiful embroidery design, whether it is for work, gifts or holidays.
Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. Answer: I ordered 3 items. I'm normally an 8 M so ordered L. 2 items fit great 1 was too small. I ordered an XL & it still didn't fit. They will exchange or refund but could make it a lot more obvious how to return but otherwise I'm very happy with my purchases. I believe the different designers have different sizes. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away. Do not waste your money with this company.
