Easy to set up & sell but seemingly difficult to get paid, especially when you have to provide so much information such as bank account, address, cell number as well as upload tickets. 13 days later I haven't been paid although tickets were downloaded immediately. This service seems like a scam.

I called Stub Hub to check on the status of my ticket order and was able to speak with an actual person almost immediately. She was able to confirm my order and let me know when the ticket transfer would happen. I bought these tickets to replace the ones that Seat Geek had screwed up. Seat Geek doesn't even have a phone number to call.

Purchased tickets for me and the kids to go see Kevin Hart; Atlantic City. Two hotels rooms and a car rental, along with gas expense and tolls. And the the icing on the cake. StubHub never delivered the tickets for said show.
Numerous phone calls and emails. Total incompetence and irresponsibility. How are these people even in business?
Already contacted my attorney (The one who charges $*******@hour)
Its not the money, but the waste of time and the sheer magnitude of incompetence from Stubhub.
You guys can go ahead and erase this email.
WE WILL SEE YOU IN COURT. Oh, and did I fail to mention, my three million followers on my media platform will also receive the well deserved; negative reviews I will leave behind. You guys at Stubhub are the very worse.
Oh; and one more thing,I am sure, among many things my lawyers will do; Contacting the Attorney General will be the first.

Flew from Chicago to ATL for Bears game 11/20/22 bought tickets in September! Barcode couldn't generate. OK! Got replacement. OK! Issue, error. Called. On phone for 1.5 hours Abby couldn't help us. at the end she didn't even care told us to hang up and MANAGEMENT would call in 30 mins with answers, never did. $1,600 later missed the game -__- did StubHub care? No! Will never use again. I will tell everyone that cares to hear about this to not use this app

Ive bought tickets off this site once before, worked perfectly great. Got seats at a hockey game rite by the glass. Felt like i was inside the game, it was great. I bought tickets to the Ottawa Senators vs Pittsburgh Penguins game tomorrow and i'm crossing my fingers for them to work again.

WORST bottom of the barrel people that I've ever come across. You ask to speak to a supervisor & they hang up on you. They argue with you but by their own omission state there must be oa glitch in the system then treat you like you don't know how to enter your bank routing number & checking account number in the system or maybe you just forgot. Don't talk down to your customers like they are idiots.
One male must be so insecure in his own male hood that he hangs up on you repeatedly. Not much of a man at all. Poor thing.
I hope they are not trained to be condensending.
Never in my life have I ever experienced anything like this. I've been in the banking industry for over 25 years & know unprofessional, untrained, horrible attitudes when I see them.

Never sent me my tickets had to rebook with Ticketmaster who instantly sent my tickets. Payed for a service that wasn't provided. Absolutely illegal these people are completely dishonest and difficult. Still haven't heard back about my money picture of phone call was how long they took to get someone on the phone other picture is us waiting on the side for an hour and a half into our concert

Listed Tickets on StubHub. After a few weeks decided to remove tickets. Went to logical choice from limited selection on home page and clicked on My Tickets-Listings which took me to the listing I placed. From this page I was unable to figure out how to remove listing. I zeroed out amount, tried to click on Zero tickets from drop down (Zero not an option) clicked on some scroll bar that allowed you to adjust ticket price and then I clicked on help at the top of the page and typed in how to delete tickets. Somehow the tickets sold without my clicking on anything to submit an updated price and StubHub customer service makes me sound like the bad guy. This is a software issue on their end and I was charged for it. I won't even get into the deceptive email I received making me believe the order had been cancelled and the charge was only to reimburse Stubhub for payments made? (payments were never made to me) It was only a charge.

Stub Hub is straight trash! Never buy tickets from them, use Ticketmaster instead. TWO different times now StubHub has sold me tickets to a canceled event that was canceled before I purchased the tickets. When calling their service help line, I was told to resell the tickets instead of giving me my money back. The customer service people are rude, and extremely incompetent. They have no idea what they are talking about and you can find better help at a Waffle House at 3 A.M.

Stub Hub used to be a great place to safely buy and sell tickets. Unfortunately things seem to be going down hill quickly. Not sure what the deal is. Payments for tickets sold used to get to me within a few days. In the past month, it has been taking more than 2 weeks to get paid. Stub Hub currently has nearly $10K of my money held hostage. I am removing my inventory until they get their act together. Disappointing.

I purchased tickets for a concert on 03/21/2019 show cancelled on 04/04/2019 then
Rescheduled for 05/31/2020? At this point they had no knowledge of this and when I made them aware of the situation the offered to list the tickets and resale them for me and hopefully I would get the full price I paid. How does that work I just wanted my money back it's like paying for a car and the waiting for over a year to get it. They are absolutely thieves in my book and how they can get away with it is that I used their service. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid them like the disease they are and if everyone did so hopefully they would cease to exist. I don't see how a person with a conscious could ever work here. I can only hope this information helps someone avoid what I went through but if you want to give away $500 then this is the place for you.

I placed my ticket order for the 4-2-22 Bulls game in November. Went to print my e-ticket and found out they canceled my tickets and sold the seat to someone else. We were offered $200 toward stub hub only. We asked to speak to a manager to discuss getting tickets for a comparable section at the same price and was told *NO* because that is how they make there money. The manager said the $200 is all they will offer and hung up. We then called back again and found out nothing was put in the system about the $200 that was offered therefore they are unable to offer $200. Again we asked to speak to a manager and are awaiting their call. This is Horrible customer service! We will be filing a formal complaint.

Listed as a "general admission" Fast Lane ticket, but after paying $50.76, was informed that "general admission" did not mead admission into the venue, only to the Fast Lane entrance line. Never again will I use them...and not even willing to buy tickets that are still available for the show.

September 9, 2021

Do NOT buy from stubhub! Especially during this covid mess. My concert was rescheduled 2x, originally on a Saturday, and moved to a Thursday night. Tried to resell my tickets, but no go. Tried to at least get a credit for future event, but denied. I just had to eat nearly $200. Totally pissed & disappointed.

Personally I have bought and sold over 30 times on stubhub what is this bashing on stubhub, if a ticket is used by the seller even if he sells it the buyer won't get in because only one scan of the barcode is allowed so that wouldnt be stubhub's fault but the seller would be the fraud. The fees are there fees honestly you don't like it go else where there making money yes its the capitalist world baby!

I bought and sold tickets many times on Stubhub. It was easy and reliable. That was then. But this is now. Stubhub is now awful. Its customer service line simply does not exist, and I need to contact someone about a major problem. I have been on hold for 89 minutes. Nobody answers. If I do not get someone tonight, I cannot use my tickets. If you have a problem with your tickets, Stubhub will not help you.

I have bought numerous tickets to sporting events and concerts from this site. I have never had a problem with receiving my tickets. I really like the convenience of downloading my tickets minutes after I buy them (not days later). The service fees suck, but they aren't much compared to other sites. I tried another site and got ripped off - see my other reviews. I will never buy a ticket from anywhere else except stubhub. Hint - if you buy last minute, you can get some GREAT deals for killer seats!

Do yourself a favor and use another company. StubHub is going downhill. It has been 39 days waiting for a refund and after calling Amanda and talking to a manager kayann, They said I will have to wait another 2 to 4 more weeks for a refund which will cost me to pay interest on my credit card on a purchase from an event that didn't happen. 60 days for a refund is absolutely ridiculous. They don't seem to care about their customers only about making money. The manager kayann was very rude and hung up on me ‍
Do yourself a favor and Go with someone else.

Purchase concert tickets, received confirmation, they billed my credit card, but never sent me tickets. Waited 3.5 hours on the phone and finally spoke with a person who could not help me. Said 2nd party Ticketmaster will be contacting me. They did and then asked if to put me on hold, 40 minutes later holding they hung up on me. Called a second time to StubHub waiting 1.5 hours and they didn't want to give me a refund for their error. They tried to apply a credit for future use. Such poor customer service!

WARNING! This company is Criminal and will steal your money!
I paid 283.00 for 2x tickets and they charged me 43.00 just as a fee!
Then sent me 2x 55 tickets ( standing) instead.
When I contacted them they said that "It was not our problem. Contact the venue"!
Applied for my money back through Paypal and got a refund. No comms from them at all.
Disgusting Company, should be shut down!
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
