Listed Tickets on StubHub. After a few weeks decided to remove tickets. Went to logical choice from limited selection on home page and clicked on My Tickets-Listings which took me to the listing I placed. From this page I was unable to figure out how to remove listing. I zeroed out amount, tried to click on Zero tickets from drop down (Zero not an option) clicked on some scroll bar that allowed you to adjust ticket price and then I clicked on help at the top of the page and typed in how to delete tickets. Somehow the tickets sold without my clicking on anything to submit an updated price and StubHub customer service makes me sound like the bad guy. This is a software issue on their end and I was charged for it. I won't even get into the deceptive email I received making me believe the order had been cancelled and the charge was only to reimburse Stubhub for payments made? (payments were never made to me) It was only a charge.
