I purchased two tickets to a hockey game a week in advance. Then the day before they call me saying they can offer me better seats and made my tickets invalid without my permission. So I asked for the better tickets and they said theyd email me. In all I had to call them back four times because the tickets were not emailed to me until an hour before the game. They gave me so much $#*!. I ended up getting worse seats than I originally got. I never write reviews but this is one piece of $#*! website. Listen to my review or not i could care less.

I purchased two tickets.We never received them and was also told no refund either.We had an order number, my account was charged 180.00 for two tickets we never received.Had to purchase two new tickets at event.Will never use them again.

I bought tickets for a certain section but when they sent the tickets it was a totally different section. I called to get answers and was told the new section was an upgrade and the seller would give me $150 to trade them. For this particular show these seats were not an upgrade in my opinion so i said no. The solution was putting me in a side section which was also not near as good then the seller refused to give me a discount. I called again because the tickets i now have are actually half the cost of my original section so i wanted the discount and was refused. It was total bs and i will not use stubhub ever again

I ordered 4 tickets to a NFL game. I was charged fees of $151.28 by StubHub... for what? I tried to cancel the order but was told I could not. StubHub is just the middle man between buyer and seller. I have no idea why I was charged this kind of fee!

I ordered tickets in September as a Christmas gift. They were somehow sent to an email that was not mine and when i tried to resolve it they closed my stub hub account. Tried making a claim through my credit card but stub hub said we received the tickets so it was denied. Spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved- either a refund or the tickets and was given the run around and was transferred around from person to person. Then they said they couldn't do anything about it and just hung up. I had tried for weeks to get in touch w/ someone and this was the first time i was successful. Out over $350.

I purchased tickets from them for a concert in Texas. I live in FL. It was for a special birthday. I purchased the tickets for over $400 for just my husband and I. I booked airline tickets from Orlando to San Antonio, rental car to drive to Gruene TX. Booked hotel room for 4 nights. After all was booked and they said tickets were on the way I received a phone call. They refunded my money saying UPS lost my tickets. I'm so stuck not to mention I'm a senior citizen and this was a bucket list trip.
This resale stuff needs to be stopped. Never again. All they could say was Sorry! What am I supposed to do for 4 days in Gruene Tx and no Jerry Jeff tickets. Ruined so much including very hard earned money to do this trip. I know things could be worse like terminal illness etc. I've been there too. But this is just wrong to cost seniors thousands of dollars and then cancel your reason for going. Stay away from these people.

StubHub is a ripoff, a total scam! The ticket that I bought was never delivered to me and the site had a note that they are looking into the problem. As soon as the event passed the order status was closed and I never had my money refunded or given an explanation of what happened! StubHub is NOT a legit business!

I received an e-mail stating that a "buyer" did not receive their tickets and I would be responsible for "purchasing them new tickets." I called StubHub and asked them to review my past history (never a complaint) and asked what avenue they had to ensure that the "buyer" wasn't lying. They said there is no way and that they "protect the buyer not the seller." They are as much thieves as the "buyer" who lied about not receiving their tickets.

They'd be great if they paid on time. 5 days to process a payment after a sale is completed is such a lie. When I sell on Ebay my money goes to Paypal in less than 24 hours once a sale is confirmed. So what they're doing at stubhub is a mystery to me.
Also --- their fees are insanely high. No justification for charging both buyers and sellers really high fees.
Overall, they suck but they also get high traffic which keeps them in business. Maybe Mark Zuckerberg should try a Facebook ticket site. Seriously I think he'd be great at it and isn't it really time to move on from the whole "social media" scene@#i'moverit

Do not buy from this site, they gave two tickets junior while I paid for adults. The game was for Arsenal vs Manchester United, 1st January 2020. I had flown thousands miles away only to get humilated because we are disallowed from entering the stadium.

Sending them so many notes, and different people respond without solution, asking me to send pictures of the tickets, which I could not do because the day after I sent it to the advised address in Birmingham via post. But I sent them Arsenal letter which is legitimate but still too many hassle and wishy washy. Unprofessional!

Stub Hub is absolutely terrible. Purchase at your own risk. I had a group of friends traveling from around the country to NYC to see a Broadway show. I purchased eight tickets. The tickets were never sent. I called eight times and was assured they would be delivered before the show date or would receive equal or better tickets in exchange. I called customer service eight times and was assured that the tickets would arrive on time. The night before the performance, after talking with customer service once again, they emailed the tickets... except on closer examination, the tickets were for a performance on the entirely wrong night. When I called back they told me they were sorry but the show was sold out and there were no tickets available for the night I had purchased. This was an absolute nightmare!

Arrived 2 hours early. Could not find parking spot. Called Stubhub customer service. They could not locate parking spot nor seller. Nobody around the stadium knew where (said) parking was located. They would not refund. Had to dispute parking fee on CC
