For the most part, I enjoyed the experience. All items are of quality and for the most part, fit my style. The one sticking point is value... as in, is it worth it?
This is a question I would answer, "Yes it is", but the margin, IMO, for me, was slim. Slim enough that I will take a break for now.
The box was delivered when I was on a business trip to Milwaukee. I got back reviewed the clothes which most I liked. I wanted to return some shoes that had cosmetic issues and not my style and a belt that did not fit. I find out I cannot return them. I looked at them over the weekend and made my selection upon my return yet the clock started ticking five days before I could look at them!

The clothes are nice and, surprisingly, fit better than I expected. Better than when I shop for myself. I have submitted changes to my original styles and sizes and the next box reflected those changes immediately. Great service and great value thus far.

I asked earlier to no longer add shoes into the subscription. I have diabetes and have to wear a quality shoe, the shoes in the box I will never wear, they are always too cheap and uncomfortable. I would rather upgrade to a more formal/business subscription without shoes if possible.

Hi- My husband loved the last box the most so far- the only issue we have had is the shirts run very small depending on the brand and we end up giving them away even though they are in requested size. He likes the shoes more than he thought also.

I have received several packages from Stately and have not been impressed by any of them. All the clothes seem to be very similar and the feedback on how to interchange the different packages is less than expected. I was really hoping for a stylist that would work with all of my packages to help me with the best wardrobe ever. Not to mention, I received shorts that are too big and still have not received complete instructions on how to exchange despite multiple attempts.

I'm not a huge fan of the way this works. It seems like a never ending back and forth of exchanges and then I eventually get stuck with things I won't ever wear because they won't let me send it back.

My new box came in today. All the items fit perfect. Best of all they all matched my look that I want in my clothing. Date night this Saturday will be special with my new look! My wife agrees that the entire box has nice items and she generally doesn't like the outfits that I pick. Evidently she likes what Stately matches up to my profile. Thank you Stately.

Clothes have a very wide variation in size. I've had items tagged as large that I swim in and also some that I can't even button. Things I like and want to exchange are not available and a substitute is offered that may vary in size again.

I really wanted to like this service. The part that is really bad is how they pair up your clothes. I'm 6' and 250 lbs. I said XXL and a 36 pant. They sent me everything as slim fit or super fitted. Couldn't even move my arms. After several days to trying to get their customer service to reply they said I should have uploaded more pictures of my style! Then, they have no return policy. I wanted to cancel immediately and the answer I got was that I should try again. Um NO. Much better competitors to them out there with as good styles. Thanks but no thanks.

I received an extra box that I didn't ask for and was never issued any way to return it. I received my third box and it has four clothes in it, which I don't know why why they would send me a heavy flannel when it's spring I would like spring and summer clothes in the spring and summer.

I received similar items items that don't fit items I would never wear. I've done the clothing match and it just doesn't seem that I'm getting what I'm looking for. And I've received clothing that are not up to my expectations as far as quality.

While i have been very impressed with the ease of receiving the box and returning items and even fairly impressed with the variety of items received. I have been very dissatisfied with the actual items received and how to communicate to the stylist what i am looking for. I have received numerous colors and styles that are not my preference. For example i have received many black and dark grays and requested not to have them.

I received lots of items I had listed on my profile I didn't want. Several times you receive items you didn't want and they won't take them back. Lots of the same items, they basically send you clothes off the Macy's clearance rack. You get one free return then they send you the same crap again and make you pay for returns. They send some much crap that you send back I had 3 months of of orderes shipping at the same time bc I had to return so much stuff. The idea

I love the quality of the cloths, but I don't like being billed on the tenth of the month and it's now the 18th and the order is still listed as unfulfilled. Last month was the same. If you are going to bill me be ready to ship out the order.
