They have done a great job with the two boxes I have recieved. I'm not a guy that can walk into department stores and put together an outfit. I've never been that guy, however I have always wanted to dress well.
My satisfaction is two-fold. First, the selection from the stylists is on point and the shoes that weren't were easy to return for a different pair. Second, the value is incredible. No way you could go out an purchase what you are getting from department stores or online for the price Stately is providing.
I love my Stately subscription because their stylists get me wearing more diverse and stylish clothes than I otherwise would. Their choices are generally great, and when there's an issue they are good with returns.

I thought I would give Stately a try, I have used similar services in the past. Stately has the worst clothing and accessories (ie. Very cheep sunglasses). It is as if the designer putting together my box completely ignored everything on my survey. When I tried to exchange and cancel my subscription there was no one home... no one answers the phone at Stately and emails requesting contact are ignored. Stitch fix is a GREAT alternative with super responsive customer support and very stylish clothing selection.
I am absolutely thrilled with my monthly stately men box. The clothes are always stylish, high quality and fit perfectly. The curated selections feel personalized and make dressing every dayan exciting experience. It also saves me time and effort from shopping, while keeping my wardrobe fresh and trendy. Highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their style effortlessly.

The 1st boxes have very nice selections of clothing and I was very satisfied. The last box was a bit disappointing to be honest. I hope the next box will have some summer wear appropriate for Texas where it's normally above 100 in the summer.

The first box is great and arrives in a timely manner. But then the shipments get later & later. Staley always bills on time but the box delivery is always getting pushed back by a week or two, not days

I received similar items items that don't fit items I would never wear. I've done the clothing match and it just doesn't seem that I'm getting what I'm looking for. And I've received clothing that are not up to my expectations as far as quality.

While i have been very impressed with the ease of receiving the box and returning items and even fairly impressed with the variety of items received. I have been very dissatisfied with the actual items received and how to communicate to the stylist what i am looking for. I have received numerous colors and styles that are not my preference. For example i have received many black and dark grays and requested not to have them.

I received lots of items I had listed on my profile I didn't want. Several times you receive items you didn't want and they won't take them back. Lots of the same items, they basically send you clothes off the Macy's clearance rack. You get one free return then they send you the same crap again and make you pay for returns. They send some much crap that you send back I had 3 months of of orderes shipping at the same time bc I had to return so much stuff. The idea

I love the quality of the cloths, but I don't like being billed on the tenth of the month and it's now the 18th and the order is still listed as unfulfilled. Last month was the same. If you are going to bill me be ready to ship out the order.

First couple boxes were nice. Last one I could have purchased cheaper than what I paid but the document tried tell a different story. So I paused I think if I want to continue using the service.

A stylist, or AI Bot reached out to me before my last shipment. I said great timing; I wanted bright colors vs dark. I was assured I would get bright colors in the shipment. It was the complete opposite.

Three shirts, a pair of slacks, Socks and a belt. I'm quickly accumulating every color of Flag and Anthem chinos. I have several grey pairs and now a blue pair. I am happy with the box, but wasn't wow'ed.

I have enjoyed the variety and quality of items sent by Stately. There have been a few items that did not fit my taste or size. Unfortunately, most items have not been available for an exchange of an appropriate size, or they are simply unavailable for return/exchange. The service team has been very accommodating with providing some exceptions. I just wish the returns/exchange process was easier, with pre-printed labels & return bags included. Can't beat the low price, which is about half of what I've paid using similar services like Stitch Fix.

I really enjoy this service as I am not into shopping. Also, I found that I receive items that I would not traditionally pick out for myself, but I end up liking them! If nothing more, give it a month or two and see how it goes!
