This is my 3rd or 4th stately box and I have not really had a box I didn't like. There was a couple sizing issues but those were resolved quickly. I will continue to have boxes shipped as long as they keep up the good work.
I was excited to try this. I did the quiz and the box came. Nothing in the box was my style. Everything was dark and just bland. I didn't read the fine print but you can't return anything. You can exchange but only within 5 days. Then you have to pay $14.99 to exchange if you cancel your subscription. So I am stuck with a Shacket that costs $129 that I will never wear and some shirts and pants that don't fit. In total over $300. Oh and the belt that came you can't exchange. I am still waiting to see if my exchange is approved but this is a horrible service. 5 days to exhange is not a lot of time. Don't waste your money.

Clothing selections should have seasonal selection included, Clothing received was nice, but not for this time of year.

Since joining i have received many compliments about my dress. I feel the look and quality is higher than I used to buy. Over all I feel better about myself with my new nicer clothes. Over all I am a very satisfied customer

I was disappointed with the selection of clothes I received this time. I was pretty clear I believe on the style I'm looking for and they ended up sending me jeans with a flannel very bland selection and nothing I would've bought at the store.
I'm pleased for the moment with the clothes selection. I find that either I don't have time, forget or simply don't feel like shopping for clothes. So Stately keeps my closet ready with nice clothes regularly, with no work on my part.
I was intrigued with the idea of Stately -- I could have my own stylist! Hoping for the best and expecting, well, I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm not one of the 20-something models shown in the ads and on their website. Instead I'm a 50 year old, overweight, balding, father of two, who wants to refine the boring jeans and tshirts. It was time to be... distinguished. My first box was exciting, with a small let down on my part -- I don't know my sizes! I'm used to XL shorts and baggy jeans that fit with a snug belt. After making an exchange, then receiving my second box with the exchanges, I'm overwhelmed! My stylist has provided me with an amazing selection of prints, colors, and patterns. As someone who only knows solid colors, having instructions on how to mix and match items and tips on what additional details I can add provides me the confidence I've been seeking. I try to incorporate at least one item from Stately in my daily attire. I'm wearing a comfortable button tee right now at dinner. Thank you to Stately and my stylist for providing me the distinguished look and confidence I've sought after for so long. I look forward to the end of every month... what's new and exciting?! I can't wait!

I hate clothes shopping. I always have. I always found the experience to be uncomfortable. My wardrobe has generally been jeans and a t-shirt most of my life. But something stirred in me and I wanted to dress nicer. My wife got me a month with Stately and I was blown away by the experience. I described what I liked, what I generally wanted, and that I was open to new ideas. I got my first box and I was blown away. I had clothes that fit. I had colors I liked. And I had an outfit that made me feel like an adult. I kept my subscription going for a year to build up my wardrobe and it's been the best experience I've ever had buying clothes. Never had any bad choices and I wear things I would have never picked for myself. Having Stately break me out of my shell has been an enlightening experience.

Great box to start but then they started to feel lackluster with same brands and smaller quantities of items.

I have not shopped for clothes in years. I put my sizes and my color choices into the profile and have been very happy with every order I've received. The shirts, sweaters, pants, and shoes have all been of great quality and value. I have changed to an every other month order and will continue to look forward to seeing what I receive.

I had multiple returns each were all different sizes. One brand XXL is a different fit than another brand XXL and when I am asking for a replacement, but I end up finding is the replacement is a completely different brand that doesn't even fit properly. Also, the value of the items are not necessarily great meaning I have been finding the quality of the items subpar and a lot cheaper online buying full retail. I wish you were better. I wish I would've had received a watch with one of the subscription boxes and a few accessories, but none of those had ever came.

It has been a challenge to get to the shipments within 5 days due to my travel schedule. When I do receive the packages, not much fits and I have to send it back but it is usually after the 5 days; therefore, I my returns are late because I have to wait for approval, RMA's, etc... before shipping the items back. Then I am off on another trip and it has to wait until I get back home.
At this time, I would like to cancel my subscription. It is too much hassle to worry about and I don't need another thing on my plate at this time.
