I lost the details to be able of redeeming what I purchased, and although I had a hard time finding who to contact - which I found through the method of payment (i. E. PayPal) - once I find it, it was "one email", and in less than 24 hours (on a holiday weekend) I got a thorough answer.
What else can you ask?
Thank you!, excellent support service...
I purchased a lifetime Microsoft Office on Stack Social website but the product key they provided doesn't work and they've stopped responding to my emails when I requested for a replacement or refund. Totally unacceptable, it's a real scam!
I had a shopping cart full of items to buy while a 15% Halloween Discount was in Effect. But the Promo Button would not function and the sale was about to expire. I emailed the Site Heroes in desperation. Anthony got the problem resolved & made my discount available for several more days, to give me time to get back to it. Saved my Cart from expiring and saved a big sale for the Company. Thanks much.
I submitted a request to the stackskills customer service team the other day and I was pleasantly surprised with how promptly they responded! Their team member was very helpful and the problem had been resolved without me even needing to get back in touch. Looking forward to getting started with my courses :). Thanks again to stackskills, and thanks for your help, Desmond!
After I waited for 2 weeks without a single update, I contacted them asking when it's expected to ship. They said I'll have to wait another 4 weeks... So, basically, it's 6 weeks before an item is shipped, then I'll have to wait for it to be delivered. The company behind this is Zendesk. They are supposed to be expert in customer service. Fail big time.
The customer service phone number is DISCONNECTED! I tried to call to ask questions about redeeming Sam's Club Membership. CHAT is cumbersome and difficult to get answers. They fought my complaint to PayPal and won! If they were legit they would have refunded my money immediately. Unscrupulous, dishonest company.
Stay away.
Just made my first purchase and there was an item missing when it arrived. I contacted support and was assured they would follow up with the fulfillment center. The issue was resolved immediately. Great communication the entire time.
Due to a sudden loss of electricity, I lost my work in progress and I had not saved neither the activation links nor the serial numbers of the software bundle I had just purchased. It took almost nothing for Bruce Wayne to find then and make them available for me. Nice.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and speed of service. I was expecting to get a buyer beware and tough luck response when an item I ordered arrived broken. Instead the support team immediately replaced it. +1
I have purchased a few items from this site and have been pleased with all of them. My latest purchase was a backpack for my son. On the first day of school, however, one of the zippers broke. I emailed customer service and got the automatic reply. Within just a couple of hours, though, I got a personal reply requesting more information. Once I replied the customer service rep handled my situation wonderfully. I will be back for future purchases.
Never sent item that i paid for on Stacksocial website advertising VPN (digital download) only sent a voucher code for 20% off a some unknown anti virus software (see pic).
They than had the cheek and audacity to threaten me when i fileda dispute through Paypal "If you continue to dispute a charge through PayPal, the funds from the transaction can be on hold for 30 days and your StackSocial account will be terminated.".
Unfortunately never got refund from Paypal it was their word against mine.
I ordered a couple items as Christmas gifts on November 26th. Shipment was supposed to arrive in 8-10 business days. It's Christmas Eve and the items still haven't arrived.
Do not order from this company.
After months of emails got my refund of earbuds. It seems this product is their swan song. I purchased a Spanish course that I'm please to report works as advertised. But they should take a lesson from the Big online retailer, customer satisfaction is key. These guys haven't a clue.
I ordered 2 identical drones and only received 1 over a week ago. I have emailed twice to get issue resolved with images of shipment and shipping. Label. Abosultely no response. Customer service is awful! Do not buy from them!
Stacksocial has some real bargains. From the few times I've had to deal with them - sales or support - the responses have been fast and accurate. I recommend checking their site 'often' for the latest deals.

I bought a course from them that turned out to be nothing but rubbish jargon with a whole section that seemed to be an add for some dodgy institute. Product was absolute rubbishI could have found better quality info on YouTube. Do NOT give them your money, you won't get it back.
Sometimes, the product you buy on line isn't what you expected. "Así es la vida".
I asked for a refund, not sure what to expect, since software subscriptions are typically tricky to cancel when sold through a marketplace. I got myself ready for a sort of comcast-gym-membership-car-insurance-cancellation showdown. All at the same time.
To my surprise, the support team (Zach) quickly answered my request, asked straightforward questions (only once!), checked my grievances, and expedited the whole thing in 3 days. I got my money back, without fees.
So it's good to know that even if s***t happens, you're not pushed around, and arbitration is done in good faith.
Kudos to the support team for such a great customer service!
This site has falsely advertised Air Bud Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds! They absolutely do not hold a charge for 4 to 5 hours as this website advertises. I have repeatedly put them to the test in the past week since I received them and I have gotten precisely 1 hour and 20 minutes each time. ALSO, one of them cuts out constantly unless I have my phone about 18 inches from it at all times... defeats the whole purpose! AND they don't work independently (i. E., charge one while using the other) These things are basically garbage. My blue tooth that I have used for years holds a charge much longer and is more dependable than these!
I spend $200 purchasing diff training course and when I tried to redeem your BS coupon codes I was told they were maxed out. My second purchase of products I received an email that they were sold out and due to terms and conditions not eligible for a refund (another $350) I will post every single day on every site available until you make this right. This company straight up just steals your money. They advertise something they have no ability to offer. Reverse google search positive review are all their own employees.
When buying from StackSocial, be aware they will not honor any warranty for the merchandise they sell. They will maintain this stance, even for products that are misrepresented, can't perform as advertised or are of low quality.
StackSocial apparently doesn't own the products they "sell" but rather act as curators. Their reasoning is because the products they sell are so deeply discounted, they can't offer returns,
I have filed a BBB complaint and notice they have a lot of complaints, more than half of them very recently. I think customers should be bothered by this new trend.
If you do decide to transact with StackSocial, I suggest PayPal. PayPal is committed to real issue resolution and customer service. Also registering a dispute through your PayPal account gives you more clout. You can still use the same CC by registering it as a payment option
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."
Answer: Hi Humberto, We would love to help you on this. Please contact us at https://support.stackcommerce.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Answer: I responded to an ad. Very stupid of me, and i will never do that again!
Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.
