Doesn't work and they are going to keep my $19 they told me...
"In this case, I suggest you contact their support directly since I don't see the answers to any of your questions on our site:
*******@simplexsolutionsinc.com"
Every once and a while it is so refreshing to get such amazing customer care from an online service provider. They resolved a sticky technical bugaboo in a really quick turn around. The personal touch and transparent communication greatly appreciated. Thanks
5 Star Customer Service... Awesome -- Paul M.
Brandon R. Got me the part I needed amazingly quickly. I had searched and searched for it,
Even searched the manufacturer up and down, was reconciled to making another part work and fit (poorly), but at that point, choices were zip and nzip. Then, on a lark, I e-mailed StackSocial my dilemma, and Brandon made it happen in a couple days. This part costs about $5, but I was taken care of like an investor, and I positively envied how handily the process went. E-mail, quick response with plan, Thank you and here comes the part!
Not easy to find this level of service these days, not easy to find someone willing to provide after-purchase help regardless of the money. Makes me happy AND satisfied.
This setup is a scam. After accepting payment, they send you false tracking numbers and never deliver your products! Then when you contact them they pretend they forgot to give your delivery address to the vendor. (Seriously - they actually told me that!). They don't want you to contact them directly, but keep referring you to a completely useless "Customer Care" site. I'd encourage everyone to complain to * He won't do anything, but at least we might clog up his inbox.

I recently ordered a soundbar for my old TV but the unit did not work at all unfortunately. Typically you have to provide some physical evidence of damage for a refund but when I explained that this was an audio issue that could not provide any physical evidence, Toby in their customer service worked diligently with the vendor and had them issue a full refund within days! Awesome customer service that is hard come by. Now if only I can get my satellite TV provider to fix a faulty dish installation without charging me $90 for a tech to visit my house...fat chance!
I have purchased quite a few products from Stacksocial. Unfortunately, I recently ordered a Microsoft training course I had already purchased at the end of 2016 - which I had forgotten about. Their Support Heroes quickly sorted me out with a refund.
This is the third time I have had cause to contact Support Heroes. I have always found them to be quick to respond & provide an excellent service.
I had an issue with never having received a product that I ordered several months ago, and (once contacted) customer service was quick to credit my account with the full amount of the purchase, and were very pleasant to deal with!
They don't have phone support. They send a generic email acknowledgement when you contact them. I've been given 2 different tracking numbers from them and FedEx hasn't even found this 1 shipment. This is not how business is conducteded. $12.00 lesson glad I didn't make a larger purchase. Surly if you sent a package you would know the right tracking number.
I purchased a Striiv watch/ tracker. I wanted it to replace my Fitbit and saw that this advertised an alarm, so I bought it. After purchase, the notice they sent me was for a Striiv "Lite" which had no mention of it on their site. Needless to say, the "Lite" does not have an alarm so I do not want it. Even though they do not take back merchandise, they DID credit me for my purchase because their ad stated features that were not present. After my complaint, they changed the product description
Don't DO IT. Ordered Nov18th No sign of my item even though it was Confirmed shipped with a tacking number by the 21st of November. But the item never left China for 2 weeks. Now it is over a month since the original transaction. I contacted Stack Social and heard all the nice apologies and a new promise to reship. Got a new bogus tracking number 3 days afterward. That tracking number also failed to track anything so I never wasted anymore time and made contacted with Paypal. They are handling my case as a dispute. The item was originally ordered for a Christmas gift but at this late date I no longer need it. Paypal is refunding my account if Stacksocial doesn't respond and make it right by the end of Dec.
I purchased the exogun, and I received a defective device that won't turn on. The only way to contact stacksocial is via email. I have emailed them 3 times, but have NOT heard back in well over a week. Very frustrating... ironically I could have used a massage gun to help ease my frustration. Least I forget to mention, delivery took over 3 weeks, which needs improvement if they want to compete with the likes of Amazon Prime.
Although the software did not work, StackSocial came through in the end with a refund but it took posting here and on the BBB site to get any action.
Company sold software that will not work on my computer and now won't provide a refund. I bought 2 licenses and redeemed only one.
The party line is if we offered refunds, customers could make purchases, redeem the assets, ask for a refund, and walk away with free software.
Well that's fine for the activation key I used but what about the one I did not redeem? They should provide a refund for that. Even of the software was at a steeply discounted price, maybe it needs to be if it doesn't work. Will not buy from them again. Customer service responded fairly quickly with no remedy.
The guys over at StackSocial do their very best to ensure that all their customers are happy with their products. Even when the shipper forgot something, or anything happened out of the ordinary, the customer service team always seem to have my best interest at heart. It's great to have that piece of mind that i have a entire team that only want me to have the best online experience possible. Definitely refreshing to deal with such professionalism.
I read that they do not offer refunds, and the reasons why. However, I am too deaf to understand the audio communication of their software course presentation. I can learn new things only by reading and doing. Therefore I consider their offerings misleading in not having specified their audio format.
I have made many orders from StackSocial, whenever I faced a glitch their team was there to help. Their team is really professional and helpful.
Whenever I asked for a refund covered by the 15 day refund policy, it went smooth, question free, even on the last minute of it.
If you have an issue, they reach out to you immediately and provide the best that they can offer. I was given free promotions due to some trouble I had subscribing to a package. I don't regret trying out their new services at all.
I agree with the last post as these classes are great! I too have been using them daily for the last month and it has only increased my knowledge and urge to want to know and learn more about computer science as a whole!
I placed an order for a Christmas present over a week ago. It has not been shipped and will not get here on time. I want to stop the purchase and have my card credited. Who do I talk to to get this done? Thanks, R. Smith
So sorry to hear about this Randy. We are happy to look into this and get this sorted out for you! I will send you a PM to get your account details and one of our reps will follow up with you shortly. Sorry again for the inconvenience. Looking forward to getting you taken care of!
I've been a loyal and frequent Joyus customer for a few years, so I was so excited to see they are newly back in business. I made a recent purchase and forgot to use the 25% discount code including a swell water bottle. When contacting customer support to inquire about the discount and bottle, a rep. From Joyus responded right away and was more than happy to assist me. Not only will they include the bottle with my current order, they have offered me a 25% discount for use on a future order. I was very pleased that Joyus was so responsive with my request. They made me feel like they truly value me as a customer and want to earn my business. Thanks so much!
How about less than 1 star? Logon only possible over FaceBook, although logon has an email address field, to make you think you don't need FB, but when you attempt to logon it informs you they aren't that far yet. Purchased over Paypal, but stack social refuses to refund my money. It's in the fine print somewhere. I'd hesitate to give these people ANY money!
Hey Wade, So incredibly sorry for the inconvenience. I will be sending you a PM so I can get your order information and on of our reps will be in touch shortly to help get this resolved. We are more than happy to help!
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."
Answer: Hi Humberto, We would love to help you on this. Please contact us at https://support.stackcommerce.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Answer: I responded to an ad. Very stupid of me, and i will never do that again!
Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.
