Failed to deliver a good product. Received a key (for MS office) which was already used. No replacement and no refunds.
They told me they have new keys but are only for new customers who send them additional funds.
StackSocial is a High Level Scam Site. Donot expect Replies for any kind of Queries. They will first not Answer you and if you persist they will give lame and fake answers.
And if your problem is still not resolved and you try to follow up, they will cease to answer you.
Moreover, they have bunch of fake, half baked products and Yes THEY DONOT GIVE REFUNDS!
I chose the software, with an advertised price of $32.97, which somehow increased to $42.55, after tax and Handling.
Tax: $6.59
Handling: $2.99
Order Total: $42.55
There was no previous mention of any additional of these costs, prior to being asked to pay.

'I wish that I had seen some of the online reviews.
StackSocial is a "legit" site, but the products they sell are garbage.'
I have had several negative experiences buying from this supplier. For the sake of your mental health, you should not shop here, especially if you are an EU citizen.
EDIT: By contacting the Product owner, the issue was partly resolved. Rating increased to 2 because the shop cooperated with the product owner.
I recently bought a product from them. The experience was negative.
As the result I've got an unusable, non-functioning product.
Somehow it was mistake -- I did not see a lot of negative feedback, numerous responses and reviews.
Stacksocial has a poor reputation among consumers, with many warning others to avoid the site altogether.
I asked for refund -- no returns, no refunds.
"Perhaps you can give it as a gift to a suitable friend", - they told me.
That's their policy.
P.S. Eventually I got a refund. Thank you Penelope
I purchased a Lighted Clock and the Clock was battery-powered with no cover, slot, or access to install a battery, emailed for support, received an email looping in the seller, and after 7 days of no response, returns were limited to a short period of time, made the return and lost approximately $15 to receive and return a clock. I thought for $120 it should be something special and I paid to find out it was a unique economy device, not a cherished gift as expected. Plus the bad service was enough to waste an hour on this review with pics of the item, a return shipping label, and my receipt, with redactions of course.

Purchased Sam's club membership, never received a code. Was provided a receipt for purchase and link that took me to Sam's club website to purchase new membership at full price.
Sent multiple requests to customer service with no response received.
This is a scam!
I recently ordered the PhiGolf golf simulator. I find it to be working fine after one day but it is clearly a used piece of merch. No where in the description does it say used or refurbished. For just $45 more dollars I could have bought a brand new one on Amazon. Just thought this was a sale. Again it seems to be working fine just wish I would have know it was used.
I stupidly responded to an ad for Microsoft Office for Mac 2019 for $39. I used their "key" and downloaded the app…When I opened the app, it prompted me to purchase a subscription from Microsoft in order to use it. That app was a free download, but you have to pay in order to use it.
I decided to use Stacksocial to buy a 3 month access for Adobe Creative cloud. However, when I went to redeem the codes - the very same day - they were not valid. Use caution when buying from this site!
Dont buy anything from stack social. We purchased degoo from stacksocial then degoo defrauded us by destroying my videos of my children's births, weddings, anniversary's and grandparents photos who have passed away! We filed a complaint only to find hundreds of others also complained of the exact same thing! When asked to return our priceless memories degoo refused saying their app went into our private phones and uploaded aimp music videos they didn't like and that was their excuse for destroying our private memories we paid them to protect! We turned to stacksocial and asked them to intervene after months of back and forth Penelope with stacksocials final reply was that:" so sorry for your loss but tough luck we side with the criminal vendor" basically tough luck, we dont care. Want to buy more from us that we wont defend you when they steal from you?
Deserves more than 5 stars
I have been buying from them since 2015 until now, I have not had a problem with them. The support is excellent, it provides honest and reliable assistance and support
I don't like compliments. The store is excellent and is considered one of the best stores around the world. I wish them success.
I ordered the Microsoft professional bundle nearly 2 years ago. I've been going back and forward emailing because there isn't a phone number to call trying to get the product key code to work (message says its already been used). The Chloe R. Keep telling me to Present screenshots of what I've already sent but not providing any resolution. A very big disappointment that no one is available to help or solve the problem.
I'm not sure, what I was expecting but... for some reason, I was expecting a REAL human teacher to like explain HTML 5 to me... Instead it was just a bunch of boring video that WHO knows (some poor programmer) put together. You'd be better off with a book and practice examples and watching video's if you didn't understand the material, since... There is no way to ask any questions or further help. Your just pretty much screwed. Buy a book or lesson from elsewhere but here! Stay away! Save your money and you have been warned!
I bought a drone from them, my mistake was not watching the video. However I thought it must be great if on black Friday the unit sold for one third it's normal price.
In my opinion the drone I paid for was cheesy, battery doesn't hold charge, and basically if working would be a child's drone toy, worth about $20.00 anywhere else. Now selling as 79.99 when according to them is normally 60% off of 237.00. Check it out just copy link and paste in your browser- https://stacksocial.com/sales/limited-edition-code-black-hd-camera-drone-w-crash-pack See pictures on site jabber.
Stacksocial sent a key that had already been used when I purchased a lifetime license for MS Office Pro from their site. Still trying to get them to respond. They are not being very responsive. Feels like a total scam.
Ordered a product in early Jan. It was never delivered. More than 2 months and over 20 emails to "Wade" and "Logan" the fake-named "support heroes" and all I have to show for my purchase is a credit card balance and a lot of frustration. Stay FAR away from this scam of a website. They will take your money, deliver nothing, and then expect you to thank them for lifting your wallet.
The most poor customer service and online sales experience of the pandemic.
They do not stand by their product. They either do not reply, stall, or blame the supplier for poorly supplied and faulty products.
Not sure if they've changed hands, management or policies but they are very very poor.
It has been 2 weeks, dozens of e-mails, mostly unanswered to both StackSocial and their supplier and nothing has happened. The matter is now being escalated on my side to recoup my losses.
Over 1 year buying softwares with them and never had any king of problems. A Really good choice for those seeking quality software at low prices. I never bought products because I live outside the US, but always appear interesting things. Recommend.
The worst thing is the time spent. It's a total bait & switch; the "redemption code" they provide post-purchase doesn't work. I simply put it into dispute with my credit card carrier. Not going to waste any more me time, there are plenty of alternatives.
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."
Answer: Hi Humberto, We would love to help you on this. Please contact us at https://support.stackcommerce.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Answer: I responded to an ad. Very stupid of me, and i will never do that again!
Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.
Stacksocial has a rating of 2.3 stars from 766 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Stacksocial most frequently mention credit card, phone number and lifetime subscription. Stacksocial ranks 182nd among Gadgets sites.
