I had issues logging into my account, primarily cause of my own idiocy. But Brandon, the rep from StackSocial who helped me out, was wonderfully consistent in having a helpful tone and walking me through the necessary steps.
Beware dealing with this company. Its a scam- ordered a "complete" bundle that promises to help e-commerce start up for $39.99. The product was delivered containing numerous links for "influencers" trying to sell what they think is their knowledge on how to do shopify stores. Each tutorial starts at £100.00-£500.00
I tried contacting the company on numerous events-but i was ignored at all instances. Be careful letting your money go to these scammers.
Sold software but did not disclose prominently that it was only a 1 year subscription, and not a perpetual license as per previous sales. Would not refund even when software had not been activated. Watch out.

Absolutely hands down top notch customer service with an impressive history of incredible Mac Bundles. I have bought from this company numerous times. Looking at the reviews here, I see that some people gave low marks to this company and I just cannot understand how that could be. I had one issue (very small) with a sale that was over a year old and the rep at StackSocial spent a huge amount of time assisting me and even offering me a StackSocial credit if the wrinkle could not be ironed out. The problem was fixed. I am still grateful I did and can do business with this company. I can't wait to see what is in the next bundle.

I purchased 2 TB lifetime backup which never worked. The servers were so slow, that even DSL could do much better.
They don't respond my email when i requested money back. Oh great. I will do a video review about them on my YT blog. Let's see how they will talk after that.
Do not buy from them, as they don't provide any kind of support not for service or product.
I bought 3 copies of the Speed Reading Bundle as gifts for my grandchildren. Each of them would need to have his/her own access to redeem and activate the product. Stacksocial does not have that option but they followed up and solved this problem very efficiently for me. Great job.
They never sent the backpack we bought, answered late in email they were locating vendor, eventually sent that we had a coupon. Not wasting my time. No phone to call- probably one person just stealing.
After 3 weeks of no item I reach out to customer service and this is the response I get after I explain how dissatisfied I am and how unacceptable this is:
"I'd be happy to help you with tracking information. Please use the following link for the most up-to-date status on your package..."
Not only did the new tracking number provide less information on the status of my shipment but they provided this to a customer that was already unhappy. Horrible customer service and shipping times. This was the second time I ordered a physical item from StackSocial following my "everyone deserves a second chance" rule and they have again disappointed me. I will now order from other sites that care about their customers and get items to their intended destination in less than a month.
I ordered the Koar bluetooth ear buds. The product arrived as pictured and buds work great.
Big savings over retail.

Serena is a real support hero! She made sure two follow up on everything. In some of the the communications I myself gave an incomplete address; she even caught that and asked me to verify.
These people understand customer support.
My package was lost, which I do understand it can happen.
The support help was very very fast to refund back when we know that the vendor can't issue a new product.

I ordered 2 cameras: 1 worked perfectly, the other didn't work at all (they were the same model).
I reached out to see if stacksocial would replace the defective one and they got me in contact with the manufacturer who walked me through troubleshooting the issue. Unfortunately the camera still did not work, so stacksocial representatives were able to send me a replacement.
All this took a few weeks to sort out (emails between 3 people on opposite corners of the world tend to take time), but in the end stacksocial stood by the products they sell, so I'm happy.
Made my first purchase of 4 items. First, set of wireless headphone originally $149 sound worse than an AM radio station! Second item a tactical flashlight barley lights up 6 inches in front of me.
I didn't realize the terms were all sales final, my bad. Can't wait to see my last two items;( to add to the crap pile.
I ordered a bedding set from here and it came in the wrong color scheme. I sent an email to the support team using their online form two weeks ago and the issue has not been resolved. This is unacceptable.
I ordered a medium jacket for my wife for xmas... she is a small to medium so I got a medium... it was delivered in time for xmas but when my wife tried it on, it was more like an extra small. She cannot wear it. I contacted customer support, and after 3 days heard back with this answer

I bought a lifetime subscription to a VPN service through these guys. That same day I requested a refund, and was denied flat out, even though 1) it was within 3 hours of purchase and 2) the VPN didn't work as advertised.
I had to work through my credit card company to get my money back. I will never buy from them again and suggest that you stay away - not offering refunds under any circumstances is ridiculous.
I got something wrong when my order was delivered and needed the help of the Support Team. They got involved quickly and without fuss sorted it all out. Totally satisfied with Stacksocial. Thanks guys.
I, too, ordered a stand mixer and got an air fryer. I have written them countless emails and provided them with pictures and pdf's of many of my emails, but now they're saying that "my defective product cannot be returned" and all sales are final. I don't know if there's a language barrier or this is just a total scam site. Do not order anything from this site!
Everything I bought - gadgets and software - works great, just as advertised. Items are still available for download on "My Purchases" page even a year later. Support was always quick to reply when I had a question. I recommended them so often on Google+ I receive a warning for "standards violation" (sorry, my friends and groups). I just wanted to share something good.

Based on my experience I feel that Stacksocial does not screen its vendors carefully enough, nor offers any kind of protection should you get ripped off by them! I did not receive the products i ordered, and all Stacksocial has offered me are emails saying the "vendor has been non-responsive" and that they would update me as they hear back. I am glad I used a credit card and am only waiting for the grace period I must allow before I can dispute the order. I have sent Stacksocial THREE requests to resolve the issue (either my money back or the products I ordered) and to date, have not gotten either.
Update; it is now over a month since the item was supposed to have been delivered. Customer Service has even sent me a tracking number saying it's on its way. Tracking says "label created" but it was never picked up. Another agent emailed me last week saying she still has not heard from the vendor. I have long since disputed the charges on my credit card.
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."
