I recently purchased the AirPods Pro 2nd Gen USB-C version from StarTech, hoping to receive the product's warranty and assurance of authenticity due to the company's reputable image. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disheartening. Upon purchasing the item on July 7th, 2025, from the Mymensingh branch, I discovered that StarTech neither provided a warranty nor could they verify the product's authenticity or whether it was unused. To express my concerns, I attempted to share my experience in their Facebook group, but my post wasn't approved, which added to my worries about the product's credibility. Furthermore, the customer service has been terrible, leaving me feeling dissatisfied and anxious about my purchase. I strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious when considering purchases from StarTech.

I bought a Lenovo ideapad in sep 2024 before leaving for Europe and within 6 months the windows crashed then I sent to international Lenovo service center but they returned saying that seller country changed many original hardware including hard drive and they won't service such altered device. I sent the laptop to Dhaka to Banani center and they kept my laptop to check and after one week they returned saying that the laptop is having motherboard problem and they don't have any available motherboard. Now I am left with a newly purchased inactive laptop bought with 60K taka and used only 6months. I usually buy my electronics from Ryan but I wanted to give Startech Bd a try and made a biggest mistake by trusting this scam company who not even taking any responsibility to fix the problem. Please don't make any purchase from this scammer cause electronics items are expensive and you need to have trustworthy company like Ryans for such purchases.

I recently placed an order to purchase a Baseus Super Pro Jump Starter and these guys made me wait for 8 days and cancelled it without informing. I called their call center multiple times and they said they will deliver within one to two days. The quality of this organization has degraded over the past years. Don't buy products from them as they don't bother about their customers.

After sales service was best.if you have faced any problems with any products thay solved it quickly.
