This is how good online ordering should be! Other online retailers should take a lesson, JW Computers are spot on! From the ease of ordering, to the best prices around for what I was looking for (HP ProBook 450 G10), ease of payment, immediate confirmation, fast delivery, expertly packaged and a lovely follow-up email. Perfect! I cannot fault JW Computers and will happily buy from them again and recommend highly to all I know!
Very poor shopping experience - your payment platform doesn't accept Government credit cards because of your need to verify cards against an account, according to your online payment service rep. Obviously this is not feasible with a govt card. I suggest you put a note about this on your payment screen so people don't spend 45 mins retrying to re-submit payment, then calling their organisation, then calling their card provider, only to find out it is a payment platform issue.

I had an issue with my original order after cancelling items out and paying by direct bank transfer, but JW's staff were very helpful in arranging a refund, emailing and even phoning back to ensure I got it in a timely fashion. The order spent some time in processing due to the busy New Year's period but shipped very fast with express post.

Good customer service and cheaper price!
Minor hiccup. Had trouble paying it with PayPal for some reason. I got emails saying that the payment got refunded back to me for some reason. Had to cancel the order multiple times because of it, create a new order and pay with card - That seems to work fine. Not too sure if it was the website or PayPal at fault. Either way, I was able to order the item that I wanted.

I've really tired of using dsktop computers because nowadays people are more mobile than they were ten years ago. Of course, I'm such kind of a person who always hanging out somewhere. So, I applied to this company in order to buy a laptop, of course, I have already sold my PC. I entered the Part Number and the screen was blank for so long I thought the search had failed. Creating an account through Discord failed three times. However, a couple of screen refreshes fixed the Search, and I just entered my details in the form instead of linking to Discord, so all good in the end.

Well, actually I can't imagine my life without computer. It's considered to be the main source of entertainment for me. Some people can live without computers, or laptops, so I can't understand those ones. Computer for me is just like a smartphone. The main distinguishing trait is that I can't carry it with me. Recently, I have decided to buy a new one, because my old computer has been serving me for more than 10 years. I applied to this company in order to find out how much do they cost and how long should I wait for it. Fortunately, it was quite cheap and it was delivered within couple of weeks. Great service, I guess I will be the regular of it.

JW came up as a search for the item I wanted and had a good price and delivery time advertised. When I checked out their reviews they were pretty good and there was a Click and Collect store handy to where I live. All in all an easy choice.
