Took a long time for the order to be dispatched... needed to follow up to check progress which seemed to then trigger the order being dispatched.

Great Website and overall im happy with the service the delivery time could have been improved but given the time of the year i ordered it was understandable to give them a few more days but paying a fair bit for express and still waiting over 1.5 weeks for my items to be delivered was much left to be desired etc.
