Great online store for your tech needs. Shipping was fast and items arrived safe in perfect condition with no damage to them which can be a concern when having them delivered especially when you spend a lot of money. Very efficient and would give JW my business again.

Order was shipped within 14 hours of purchase and was received a week later, from east to west coast. Item arrived well packaged with bubble wrap around edges but not on the centre? No idea why but it wasn't damaged, and that's a good thing. Haven't tested product yet since I'm waiting on other components so I can't rate this specific item but delivery and packaging experience is overall very good.

These guys were the fastest delivery. Ordered parts from various suppliers and they were first to arrive, and in the best condition so far. Hats off to the team

Site worked ok once I worked out the mechanics of the site. The layout was pretty good.

Great experience other than the use of Australia Post for delivery.

Delivered promptly on time, am waiting for my IT guy to install them and fix my computers up.

Experience with JW computers was good. Item was process and posted in a short period. Aus Post had issues with delivery and sent to the wrong location so took over a week longer to arrive. However this is not JW's fault. The parcel was tracked so I could follow the progress.

I had trouble setting up my computer and I emailed for help. The correct answer was come into the store and we will help you through it.

The staff memeber was helpful before purchase but afterwards they had an abrupt attitude of too bad your on your own.

Accordingly I won't buy from JW again if I can help it
