It felt a bit slow for express $#*!ting but nonetheless still good times. As well as the times could be off due to outside interference

I was happy with the computer except that I overlooked that it didn't have a Thunderbolt port (pretty major oversight actually) hence unable to connect my docking station (printers and and multiple monitors). I have a work around. My fault not yours. Other than that the PC is very fast and works well.

Items came in pristine condition. Didn't need it anymore so it was sent back. Item refunded for store credit within minutes of receiving. Restocking fee waived. Awesome customer service.

Great help and communication when undergoing a warranty process, dealt with the guys in the shop at castle hill and every single one of them were polite and helpful. System is clearly working here and I will continue to use this computer store.

As a business owner myself, while I understand costs and expenses, when spending a few hundred dollars on a product, plus paying for shipping, it would be good to wear the cost of Visa / Card fees yourself, when the customer wears it, it's just an other line and another expense adding to the tag cost of the product.

An email / text message would have been good to confirm that the product was with the driver and being delivered on the day, I had actually been home for several hours with the package around the side of the front porch not realizing it had been delivered already., no text message confirming delivery meant I didn't think to check around the side.

Otherwise, overall happy with the product and delivery speed.

Was suprised by additional fee to pay by paypal increasing the cost by 1% but they were able to get the desired item otherwise all was as expected

Had the product in stock as listed. Posted extremely quickly. I would recommend their online shop as I couldn't fault anything.

Previously bought a new PC, no instructions with the delivery on the associated pieces and packages that came with it. Had to submit a help request to search for the bluetooth/wifi antenna.

Excellent service from JW Computers, managed to find HyperX Cloud III S which is not available with most other retailers in Australia yet, and at a great price.

I've come back a few times because JW are great on many fronts and as a business we always need stuff. I wish they would send discount coupons every now and then. Might bring forward my purchases:-)

Cool stuff, stuff came in quick and lots of communication during delivery through email. Kinda spammy but atleast they are informing you on what's going on.

After shopping around this was one of the best places to buy from shipping was timely price is good fees are transparent what else could i ask for

Things just went well, but I have to say that when I tried to purchase a processor now, I couldn't put in my bank card information on the computer website, it said that the iFrame had not been configured and for you to check console.

I placed a large order including a custom built PC. The order was delivered in its entirety. The custom built PC was re-packaged for transport with exceptional care.

Both new and manufacturer refurbished products had good price and quality. I had purchase an Acer laptop almost 2 years ago.

Thanks for support team's help regarding my refund, so I choose Jw again.

Laptop was a great product and lasted 12months before the motherboard packed in. Just purchased a macbook air & moved away from windows products, back to apple.
