On Friday evening I wanted to redeem the code for a class I purchased and the code didn't work. I submitted the Help Desk request and heard from the support team on Saturday morning. The issue was resolved the first time with a new code and faster than expected. I am very pleased with the support I received.
I bought an amazing online courses deal, and made a mistake by paying 300$ for a full course. The support was very kind and helpful in refunding me the money right away.
Thank you for an Amazing deal, and for an Amazing customer service! :)
I have purchased several products from StackSocial through their association with maclife.com. They have a good selection of products for the Mac and IOS devices. They have some neat items you don't see elsewhere, great prices and some of the best customer service I have ever seen. I can't recommend them more highly.
I couldn't buy anything, even though, I tried 10 times and was billed and it reversed to incompletions. A tech told me to do my credit card over again when the site asked for it. Oh, yes indeed, it worked. Thanks Mr. Tech! I real good now because I have learned.
Received damaged item. Someone didn't think to send the fragile item in a padded envelope/bag. I sent them pics and videos of the damaged item. They were in constant communication with me and gave me a full refund.
I accidentally paid twice for an item. Would not refund my money to PayPal but gave me store credit. I was not returning something I purchased but was asking them to return money accidentally sent. Poor customer service.
I bought a course that i was having trouble getting into, or at least i thought i was. I sent a customer service request to the site around 8 and i had a reply before midnight with a new code to get into the course. It had turned out i was already assigned to the course but they issued me a new code with no questions. I was a little iffy about the site when i first used it in 2014 ( customers service was less than desirable) but now 9/27/2015 it seems like they are really focusing on the customers which is a good thing.
It is a little tricky to access the courses, but simple once you learn how to access. Platform is better than udemy, courses are great so far. No glitches at all. Just a quick check to see if they are lifetime. So far, all of the courses have been lifetime. I think they fixed the issue and now all of the courses are lifetime.
What a ripoff. Purchased their White hat ethical hacker training course through Eduonix. Only half of the class was provided! There would be a 'list of topics to be discussed' and videos for half of these topics. They offered a 10% credit, no refund based off of their terms of service. Avoid!
UPDATE:
I should update this to say that they did end up offering a refund + 10% but I really don't care to use their service again. Keep in mind my review is for their TRAINING, not their other products. I've bought a few things with them and they were great deals and I had no problem. But I bought training from them and it was a total joke. I believe their training section is separate from their goods section.
Ordered from them so I could have my presents sent to me in time to resend out. If I had known they would lie about the delivery window, I would have ordered from Amazon. Now I am have presents I won't be able to get out in time. I guess I'll have to sue in small claims.
Be aware that they don't stand behind their promises. They had an issue with a coupon for 15% so I was promised that they would refund me the 15% after my purchase instead. So I made my purchase and asked for the discount. But the customer service changed their mind and refused me the discount.
I had an issue with a redeem code and contacted support via email explaining the problem. Some minutes later I received an email back with the solution. I followed the guidelines and my problem was solved within an hour. Recommended and excellent service experience.
My order was shipping very slowly, over a month from the vendor overseas. Customer support reacted quickly to my query and replied that they asked the vendor to reship the order with a tracking number.
Received a defective charger and Veronica responded within minutes and rectified the situation. She answered all my questions and I received a new one within a few days. Thanks! Great customer service!
O bought a power bank and the device had a problem... it was replaced 3 times and all had the same fault. I asked for the device be replaced for a different make, and the new device worked perfect. Thanks for your assistance in obtaining a good service.
I have purchased 2 products up to now and I didn't face with a big problem. Once I had a problem with redeeming my product and after I contact with the support team they solved my issue in a short time.
Quick response to my question, even on Sunday! I was confused about a product I had ordered and sent a question to Stacksocial. The response I received not only cleared the air for me but was concise and timely.
Bought a subscription which didn't work. Contacted stack social with no response. Tried codes again and still didn't work. Contacted customer service again and was told that codes must be redeemed within 30 days. Customer service of no help
On a Sunday, I emailed my question about an order I had placed. By Sunday afternoon, Zach had sent me an answer with easy step by step directions on how to solve my problem. I followed them and - my problem was solved. I felt I was treated like a human, not a machine. Thanks!
When the product came with very little information the support desk gave me repeated guidance until I got the thing understood. I am impressed with the gentleman's pleasant and supportive approach and repeated attention.
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."
Answer: Hi Humberto, We would love to help you on this. Please contact us at https://support.stackcommerce.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Answer: I responded to an ad. Very stupid of me, and i will never do that again!
Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.
