I tried to buy a product from New Atlas (nee' Gizmag). Stackcommerce rejected three credit cards. I verified that they hadn't even submitted the charge with the banks & credit card companies and submitted a question about it. They never returned my call but sent e-mail thanking me for my inquiry.
I replied with a request that they call me or send a telephone number I could call. The did neither.
I will write to New Atlas and suggest that they find another vendor to handle transactions.
Good job Desmond for providing a very prompt and accurate solution. From the time I logged my request and as we go along initial troubleshooting and the final resolution. Youve been very understanding and patient.
Great Site, great company I had a problem and fast response and they solved my problem. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Please check out what they offer a great value for what you pay. Thank you
Very understanding customer service. I had a problem with getting a promo code to work. I decided to write to their customer service and see if they can help me. Next day They gave me a credit for next purchase.
I was very pleased with the speed of response to my problem of non receipt of two of the three ordered items.
Action was taken and I have since received the items in good condition.
Thank you to Serena and the staff.
Do not use this platform:
Do not use this platform. They cannot be reached by phone. There is no customer service and they have not provided the course I paid for. After going through to many problems to get the course paid for there were inadequate directions as to how to access the course. All sorts of problems happened. When I attempted to get help I was contacted by an entity with a different name. Because the named used differed I did not respond quickly. Because I did not respond in 12 hours they assume all was okay. Now I cannot get in touch with them and I cannot get anyone to respond to my request for a refund. At best they are extremely slow and incompetent. More than likely this is a scam.
Your support is always prompt and resolute to satisfy the customer. I have always had good experience with them. I will be surprised if someone had bad experience with them. Probably there has to be a good reason for them to do so bad to get a poor rating. I am sure I won't face it.
Ordered 2 of a product from their website - the first product was delivered after over a month of delays and excuses, and arrived defective. The second product has not arrived yet, nearly 3 months after the original purchase. Nothing but delays and excuses from them. Currently pursuing a chargeback of over $100. More disappointed in this transaction than any other I have ever been a part of online! Avoid this company at all costs!
I made a mistake in ordering an item and thanks to the super prompt response and service by Anthony Starks, I was able to have this mistake taken care of. This is the best treatment I have ever had with a customer service department. Thank you all so much!
StackSocial advertised the promotion price for a product and the code on the Internet in many places. I purchased the product but applied the wrong code which they sent as well. So I did not manage to get the correct promotion price at the end. I made a reasonable and fair request to adjust the price to the promised discount. The voucher code was wrong. I sent the correct code as they advertised, or simply correct the price. The helpdesk refused to change the code. Helpdesk referred to the company policies. This is really terrible. What an awful experience! It is simply a scam.
Lifetime VPN is not lifetime. I purchased a lifetime VPN service from stacksocial and on the description page it says that they will provide a code for the vpn service every 5 years. Now that my first 5 years is up, they are refusing to provide the code. Avoid them at all costs.
In a single word, they are just cheating with the client. They are just a disguised cheater. I purchased a product, seopop from them, and found it is useless and not provided the advertised product (features). After getting this useless product, I get back to stacksocial.com and ask for a return on the next day of purchase, when I get the access to the product. But they refused to refund, though seopop has 7 days refund policy!
I have the emails from them as proof.
So, please don't waste your valuable money by purchasing useless products from this cheated online shop, stacksocial.com.
Purchased a iklips 64 Gb iphone back up drive. It didn't work, numerous times I communicated only to have the same questions asked. Very frustrating. IDrop support heros communicated with me over the many months with no assistance from iKlips. Finally, iKlips said they would and that they did send out a replacement of the iKlips drive. They didn't. After probably 6 months or so, iDrop/support heros said they issued a full refund. I was happy with that as that is what I wanted when the drive would not work no matter what I tried. Thumbs up that I got a refund (or promised one at least) Thumbs down for iKlips for they offered very poor customer support
I placed an order weeks in advance of needing the gifts. When it became apparent they wouldn't be received in time(20 plus days from placing the order), I requested the order be canceled and a refund given. I requested this several times and they continued to force the order, shipping it after I had requested it be canceled and ignored my requests. Their "customer" service it automated replies and they completely ignore your actual messages. Now I'm stuck with items/gifts I cannot use and I'm out $50! I would never suggest using this company!
This company persevered figure out why earbuds wouldn't connect to my device I was ready to give up and throw them away but you a series of emails they kept searching for the issue to be resolved and it was I appreciate their professionalism and their perseverance thank you
Ordered two Apple dual charger pads for my wife and I for our iPhones and iWatches. Tried them several times and could not get them to work consistently. Contacted customer service, explained the problem, and they quickly offered to refund my purchase. I'll definitely do business with them again.
The heat can be turned into electricity to charge a battery and the battery charge the a/c till it empty then recharged again with the heat of a/c... this way old or new a/c will save a lot of consumed electricity and save a lot of energy too
Purchased a key for VPN from this site. No key or download link sent, took money, no reply just automated replys stating they can't refund electronic digital orders YET they sent none.
Buyer beware avoid these scammers just after easy money no customer service no refund.
I ordered a travel backpack with a solar panel to charge electronics and outdoor speaker. (Solgaard) The solar panel didn't charge the battery and batteries didn't hold a charge so I sent them a message before going on a trip. They immediately responded, asked for additional information then came up with a solution. They even saved me the hassle of sending the defective unit back to them. That had to have been expensive. They followed up with me and made sure I got the new one. I don't know the situation with the bad reviews but i have no reservations, these guys are legit.
After using regular headphones for long time i felt like changing to wireless earbuds. So i purchased Cool Pods Wireless Earbuds from stack social for amazing price. The received pods was a genuine quality.
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."
Answer: Hi Humberto, We would love to help you on this. Please contact us at https://support.stackcommerce.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Answer: I responded to an ad. Very stupid of me, and i will never do that again!
Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.

Unfortunately, cards can be declined for many reasons, so without further investigation, I can not tell you exactly why your transaction we denied. I'd love to help out in any way that I can and assure you we can get this sorted out ASAP. We are very sorry you had this experience. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
