Do your self a favor and don't buy from this online store. I purchased an item from them and never received it. After a month, I wrote an email regarding the transaction. At that point they apologized and sent out the item after I told them not to. I than returned it for a refund and they simply said they could not accommodate a refund. Kept both the money and the item. Yes, I have some much frustration builded in. I provided an email with tracking number and asked to speak to a supervisor and no one seems to care to reply to my emails.
Stacksocial.com is a website I frequently visit and purchase products from. Ive always had an uneventful experience getting great prices and quick shipping... and then... I ordered a product and the manufacturer failed to ship. 7 days, 15 days, 30 days. Needless to say, I was ticked and ready for battle. I wanted the product and I was fired up. I immediately contacted their support team and was my problem was skillfully handled from start to finish by one representative. She was frustrated by the manufacturer who gave her the runaround as well. I was well informed through each frustrating step and my questions and problems were handled promptly and to the best of her ability.
I finally received the product from the manufacturer.
My support pro saved my relationship with stacksocial.com; had she not responded so expertly I would have gotten a refund and never returned.
She deserves congratulations from a grateful customer and the company she represents!
I purchased an item and it did not work quite as well as they said and I called and talked to Derek I told him the problem and within four days this outfit got me a brand-new one and it works for you give them a five star anytime
Crap product. No refund. Horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible.
Purchased a $40.00 Credit Coupon for $20.00 through the https://shop.usatodaynetwork.com website. STACKCOMMERCE actually supplied the coupon. When I attempted to use it the coupon I found it was bogus. I requested a refund from the "Support Heroes" seven time with no response. After a week of waiting I got an email that stated "All Sales Final." and refused to refund me. STACKCOMMERCE is nothing more then a thug, a criminal institution that prays on trusting consumers. Avoid this fraudulent organization, or risk being taken advantage of. I have filled a dispute with my credit card company and will also be filing a complaint with the Frederal Bureau of Investigation Internet Crime Complaint Center, as well as the Federal Trade Commission.

I bought an RC Lamborghini Aventador, that was advertised on their website. As I open the box and take it out, the headlight, one of them didn't work. I send an email to them and they reply on ONCE, and that was on the week before Christmas, and now still haven't gotten any response back ever since. I have send at least 5 emails saying that the item was defective, and still haven't gotten any response back. Been at least a month now, still no response back from them. I believe they have completely ignore me. X(
I have purchased several items from stacksocal.com as of VPN accounts, backup drive storage and some courses. Until then i bought a VPN inclusing a Nonkly disposal email service lifetime subscription. The VPN credentials working and should login me also at the email site, but it do not work. Now i wrote 4 mails to the support and got only one answer that i should use my VPN credentials. I answered on 11,14 and 18 july (today) without contact or solution. Dont use ready texts, you need to read what the client wrote you. Since i get no really answer i will ask paypal to refund me on that topic. Shame on you, Stacksocial!
I ordered "bedphones," tiny, lightweight on-ear headphones for about 2/3 the price listed on Amazon. I was told they'd take up to 2 weeks to arrive. They came in less than a week. The product and shipping time were as advertised. I'd read some unfavorable reviews here and was concerned, but my experience was good. Only drawback was, no tracking info for shipping, but that really wasn't a problem for me.
Thank you, Zach Laurence, for being communicative and so helpful. Unfortunately, the company "Plugies," has a lame company culture, and don't value their customers. Zach is a star, though. Truly a "support hero."
I sent a question about a purchase I had made and beyond my belief I had a response within 5 minutes from Anthony who resolved my issues in one single email. KUDOS to this team. I will continue using your services and sponsors for a long time to come I can promise you that. I have NEVER gotten support this fast! Thanks so much all you guys and gals at StackCommerce.
The customer service was great. They were thorough and prompt in responding to my needs. They helped me locate the company, though they weren't able to contact to get me what I had originally paid for.
StackSocial advertised the Activeon CX camera for their "discounted" price of $43 indicating in it ad that it was 56% off the regular price of $99. Nowhere is the camera being sold for $99. Amazon is selling it for $31. When I brought this up to StackSocial I received an email from "Bruce" stating that the $99 figure was the "relative value" whatever that means. Sounds like "alternative facts" to me. Avoid StackSocial.
Order day Axum earbuds and September 2018 it is now December 2018 and items still has not been shipped. Customer service response to emails is very slow and unresponsive. I had to dispute the charge with the credit card company for items not shipped.
To give context to the situation, I ordered a product online while it was on sale. After 6 weeks, I still hadn't recieved it, and upon using the tracking number, I discovered that it was marked as delivered. After filing a report with the postal service for a very possible theft of package, I sent a message to the customer support section inquiring about a replacement. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much seeing as how items on sale are clearly marked "No refunds". A few days later I got a response from one of the agents (Barb. She's probably the best.) and after a few email exchanges I have been refunded with credit from the parent site. I could not be happier all things considered. Stellar service, quick responses for being online, and a fantastic ending. 5/5 doesn't seem high enough.
The company advertised a low price on an item I purchased several for friends and family and one was for a birthday. While it stated an extended delivery time the company still should be able to tell you the tracking number if an item has truly shipped. All I get is my item shipped but it takes 2-3 days to get a tracking number. Its a day before the delivery date they promised and I still cant get a tracking number.
Totally dissatisfied with the service and the unprofessionalism. If an item has shipped there should be a tracking number.

They have this statement clearly shown at checkout. It confuse one and convinces one that they help with returns or except returns but they do not. They do not accept any returns for any reason. On phycal products. They are not an authorized dealer on most products. No warranty or return!
They violate or violate the intention of california's laws by not stating the fact that there is no returns at check out.
When a product that I purchased from StackSocial would not let me download it, StackSocial gave me credit on my account even though I was beyond the stated expiration date. Subsequently, when the other company caught their error and did allow me to download the product, I wrote StackSocial and told them that I no longer was due any refund, they said "you keep the credit" and thanked me! How's that for customer service?
I bought a $70 electric toothbrush from them. It broke in about 2 months. I asked for a replacement and they said the warranty had expires. Really? I asked again if they would please replace it and they wouldn't. Stay away!
I ordered several Raspberry courses as a part of a package deal. The $149 hardware package did not arrived, Fedex returned to sender saying address unknown, despite the address is correct. Fedex nowadays outsourcing the delivery to US Mail which notoriously denying the correctness of the address. There was no way to Fedex or US MAil, the package is returned. Without the hardware the courses are useless. I want refund. I see the refund policy is zilch, I am forced to chageback via my bank. Los Lagos

Toby Run Kenobi was very helpful, he got me what I needed when I needed help. When I bought a package off StackSocial, one of the programs couldn't be downloaded. So I sent in an inquiry and they got it fixed immediately once they were made aware of it. I appreciate that.
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."
Answer: Hi Humberto, We would love to help you on this. Please contact us at https://support.stackcommerce.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Answer: I responded to an ad. Very stupid of me, and i will never do that again!
Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.
