It was so cheap for the Keepshield VPN Unlimited lifetime for 5 devices I thought it was a scam. 92 percent off- absolutely incredible. Took the risk... but instead, I logged into the website and used the code that this site provided immediately after purchase and it worked perfectly! I am still amazed as you can pay what I paid as standard for limited vpns for 3 months. This is lifetime package and works great from fantastic provider
I was very skeptical at first, but took the risk as I need the program to review my essay ASAP. The pricing was much cheaper than the official website, but it worked! I was able to activate the code on the official website and use their paid services within minutes. Thank you Stacksocial.
The very first contact with the customer support was average: quick response, ok, but so clearly ust a standard template that was not to the point, so when I reacted to that, I got to support hero Toby One Kenobi who actually did take the time to read my comments and reply with the right pitch and sense of humor that makes me smile. And besides of course giving me the answer I was looking for, this extra touch gives it an extra star, above average. Would have given 5 stars if they had dared to take up that tone from the first reply!:-)
I don't comment very often on customer service but this time it was so good I had too. I sent an email about never getting any confirmation about a class that I purchased and wasn't showing up in my purchase list. Within 15 minutes of the email being sent, I received a response saying that everything was set up and good to go. I checked it and sure enough it was.
I bought a 2 in 1 audio cassette to mp3 music converter. The package was in late, i received a fully refund, and after the package has finally arrived the support heroes team has gifted me the ordered item. Fabulous
I am now waiting on 2.5 months of waiting on a product that that was supposed to be shipped in 2-3 weeks. Customer service is prompt and within a day when they lie to you that a product will ship. When you show them that they are lying and the product they said they would ship in a week 4 weeks ago, they lie some more or don't respond.
I used a PayPal dispute to divorce myself from this order.
I recently emailed the company with my issue concerning my charger cord I purchased 3 months ago. Within 24hrs I had gotten a response from a customer service representative. He asked for more detail in regards to my issue. I replied, and within a few hours... I was told the issue was being resolved! Just that simple & quick! I am a very satisfied customer!
Beware of this company, they are scma artists. They sell you product without screen shots or demo opportunities. Then, after you buy, you realize the "courses" are shotty, low-grade, not educational at all.
When I asked for an immediate refund (within 24 hours) they informed me, "unable to grant your request for a refund as we are contractually tied to a no refund policy".
So, they rope you in with low prices, then the product is worthless, then no refund policy.
Due to a typo on my part, the address where my shipment was supposed to go was incorrect. Stack Social, being a third party seller, was not able to change the address for me, but got in contact with the seller and the package arrived at the right address! Way to go, Stack Social. And thanks to Jimmy, the Customer Service Rep who took care of the whole thing.
They sold me a lifelong storage plan … which briefly after chose to cancel my service without any refund or even any chance to download my lifelong pics. Shameful.
I tried to buy a software product from these people. Their system said the bank refused the card, I tried a different card and it was refused also. I tried a third time to get error messages and it happened to work. Then I get a call from the bank telling me someone is calling in by voice with my card number. The bank blocked my card.
Stacksocial emailed me asking for a photo of my CC, talk about a security risk!
Stacksocial kept telling me that I had not paid for the product even when the third attempt worked and the bank said they were paid.
I tried to get access to my account to get the product. The "Forgot Password" email had no details. I had to figure out that I needed to view the email in my browser instead of my common email program used by millions of people.
Stacksocial help desk could not help.
It took me over 4 hours to save $20.00 on that product.
Never again will I use stacksocial.
I was looking to but Tello phone cards on the web. I found Stack Social listed a great deal on Tello
so i bought their 49.00 deal once i paid i was not asked for my address nothing it has been a month and still nothing i was robbed of 49.00. By the way i went directly to Tello the program that Stacksocial offers does not exist my proof is that the charge is on my credit card
I bought a bundle with whole lot of courses. I have plenty of content for my money.
There was some problem with one of my course, but it was not their fault, it was the reseller's. But it was THEIR customer service that took care of everything and solved the issue very quickly.
I received an email which stated one price for a course, and when I clicked on the link it had a different price. I emailed the StackCommerce support team and within 15 minutes they had provided me with a link to obtain the price shown on the email.
Thanks for your help, support team.
The redemption process was very complicated for me. However, the help given from Support Heroes customer service was top notch! They responded quickly and did not give up on the customer (me)! Thank you for walking me through the process and helping me get it done!
This website started out perfect, then as of 2015 it dropped into stupid! I purchased several elearning courses, so many, so much money spent through their affiliate stacksocial.com, and now I login trying to continue my courses, and I click the "My Courses" section, and it takes me to the first page... no problem, all my courses are there, then I click "Next" or Page 2 and it falls apart from there, and it gives me ALL COURSES mixed with my courses, as if I want to buy more... come on really? I have written the company on several occasions with no help, and now, no response. WTH? I can't even complain to BBB about their incompetence because I cant find their address or any other info, if you click "About Us" it goes into "sorry we can't find this page" it's like the website has been hacked. Whoever hacked it, please bring it back!
I buy some video courses and had problem logging into my account and Barry and Anthony help me gain access to my account. Finally It was me that made a mistake and cause my own problem. Customer service was great and they responded very fast to help me with my problem. Thank You
Bought from Irish school, digital marketing courses. They refunded the funds once verified issues with course scheduling. Required many messages back and forth till they were convinced on the circumstances and the basis for my complaint. It seems courses are not 100%veified before listed on the aggregator site.
I just signed up but had a problem clicking on the redemption link. It said it was expired or already had been used. I used contact us and was contacted and had the issue completely resolved within an hour on a friday afternoon!
When I got an email including 40% discount coupon right after purchase DEVONthink, I was very disappointed. Because I already read my redeem code ignoring caution of refund. But they applied the coupon and refund 40% of my purchase after my claim. So I felt they are very kind. If you have any trouble, send them email. Then kind employee will answer to you.
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."
Answer: Hi Humberto, We would love to help you on this. Please contact us at https://support.stackcommerce.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Answer: I responded to an ad. Very stupid of me, and i will never do that again!
Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.
