Ordered a regular size dress so it would be returnable. They sent an email asking for my measurements then sent me a dress with a custom tag on it and told me it wasn't returnable.

Purchased address purposely board size bigger arrived two days too late and when it arrived, it was too small.
Contacted the seller to return and they have used every excuse not to give the return details.
The details on the site is actually in China. They also saying that dress is a tailor-made a fit that is complete lies. They've took no measurements or asked anything size wise.
It turns out that they are not based in the UK. Which makes sense into why the sizing is too small.
Dont buy from Stacees

I gave one star because I can't give zero. Do not order from them. The colors look completely different in person and although they say they will accept returns. They will NOT.

I ordered a standard size 10 wedding dress which arrived and did not fit me and also simply did not suit me. Before I ordered the dress I was asked to double check my measurements via email - after this I asked if I was 100% able to get a refund and return the dress if I'm not happy with it or don't like it and was reassured that I would be able to do so.
Now I am being informed that they are unable to give me a refund and I am unable to return the dress which was £190, instead they will compensate me with £15!
I will NEVER order from this website again. I am stuck with an awful fitting wedding dress with my wedding around the corner and needed the refund to buy another dress! I am deeply upset and dissatisfied with Stacees.

STACEES is a scam company. I bought two wedding dresses (one for myself and one for my partner). Both costing £297. They both arrived with holes in the dresses and torn! Not even a tailor could fix them for our wedding day. They WILL NOT accept returns as per their website - offering a mere £70 for both dresses and p&p to be paid for ourselves! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding, with the understanding that I could return it (as written on their website). Got the dress, did not fit properly and wanted to return it. After writing them many many emails, and explaining that it was not a proper fit they offered a reimbursement- which was approximately not even half of what I paid for. I NEVER could return it.

I now have a dress that do NOT fit, and looking for another dress, VERY VERY disappointed and will never order from them again

Be careful as they do not honor their promise of return.

I bought two dresses to try on. Neither fit.
I emailed the day I received them to return the dresses. Nearly two weeks later and they are still refusing me a return and trying every trick under the sun to get me not to return them. The tricks don't include giving me my deserved return!

If you can avoid the site then I would 100% shop somewhere else!

Worst dress and even worse customer service.
Brought a dress and gave my exact measurements to them.
The dress itself was very baggy around my mid section somehow and the material was so itchy on my skin.
I brought this up with them and wanted to send the dress back for a refund but they said that I would have to pay and that it might get lost in transit so basically there was no point. They've now been haggling with me for almost two weeks. And keep offering just a little bit more of a tiny partial refund as well as offering to CHARGE me to make another dress. Considering I paid £150 plus shipping I don't think a £25 refund and an additional £45 to make a dress is going to cut it.
When I asked to make a complaint via their website chat they have literally just given me this link to trust pilot to leave a review so I guess they do not care about how bad their customer service and even their dresses are. I'm very very upset by the whole thing and just want my money back

Absolutely dog s@@t of a company, $#*! Turpin wore a mask when he was robbing people, stacees has let us down for my daughter's prom dress,we wanted to return the dress for a full refund but have been told to sell the dresses, I don't think so stacees, just keep a lookout for your summons to a small claims court in the post, also we have sent all evidence to financial ombudsman. Stacees think they are Billy big balls by robbing people so I'm looking forward to our debate in the courts, I'll post a reply on here to keep the public updated, good news is people they are using a.co.uk address so go and seek advice from your local citizen advice or trading standards office like we have. But PLEASE PLEASE GIVE THIS COMPANY A WIDE BIRTH. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS. We did send dresses back as we got the address of return off PayPal so we have no dress or money, that's why people please go to a small claims court

This company is a joke!
The dress was NOTHING like the picture! Material was cheap & basically transparent! When reaching out for a return, they offered for me to resell the dress due to the cost of returning the dress, then offered me $15 to just keep the dress! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!

I ordered a standard size dress and it did not fit through no fault of the manufacturer or myself. I sent pictures of how the dress fit and wanted to send the dress back for a full refund, I sent this request the day I received the dress and tried it on. It has been over 2 months and they still will it send me the address to send the dress back and are now just offering only 70% of what I paid. The dress still has the tags on it and is still in the original packaging. I would not recommend this company because of their return policy….which is close to non-existent. I have never felt so frustrated or helpless in returning a purchase and just continually be given the run around. Wish I could give NO stars.

I requested a full refund as the dress is way too thick and heavy, the skirt is separate from the dress which was not explained in the description. This dress is unworn and did not fit.

I got married overseas and the dress did not get delivered until the day before my flight so could not return in within the 14 days... the refused to refund the dress.

I purchased a dress that had sequence under the arm…not realizing how high it went up! The dress was beautiful but VERY uncomfortable! Policy states u can return for full refund if it's not a custom! They have continued to fight me on a refund! I have contacted the BBB! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Customer service/returns are a nightmare!

Do not order from here. They sent low quality garbage clothing and then will not refund you, despite their customer service saying "they'll take care of you, returns are so easy."

This company is the most fraudulent and unethical company I have ever encountered. I bought 2 dresses on their site. They are supposed to be based in the UK. The dresses were poorly made so I decided to return them within the 14 day return period. The company refuses to honor their policy and has decided to negotiate how much to refund me instead. I paid $330 for 2 dresses and the final negotitation landed on $155. I am livid. The customer service is terrible and I cannot speak to a manager, because there is no manager. They email you back every 24-48 hrs. I have over 70 emails back and forth with this company. I will not stop until I receive my money back and they take these hideous dresses back. Its false advertisement. UNETHICAL!

Both dresses arrived in individual bags.
My daughter is 5ft tall, both and a size 8 on the bottom half and size 10 on the top.
I knee she would need the dresses would need tailoring. Material was good quality and well made. Able to track the delivery.
I would use the company again

We ordered my daughter's senior prom dress from here, providing exact measurements as her size is unique and it is hard to find dresses that fit her. First time ordering from Stacees, and most definitely the last.
After accepting the original order and timeframe they asked for an additional $30 on top of the $28 we had already paid additional for express shipping. Dress came not altered at ALL, way too big for her to wear and we were forced to put something together last minute with only 2 days before the event. Couldn't use the dress at all and was so upset. Immediately tried to return it, but Stacees went quiet on us, not responding to emails. I reported them to Pay Pal, which got them emailing again. Instead of providing return/refund instructions, they offered us $35 and keep the dress. We can't use the dress, and wanted the $166 we paid for the dress refunded, so I kept pushing. They came back a second time and offered $60. I pushed back again and they responded saying they couldn't do anything unless I send measurement photos proving the dress doesn't fit. All during prom and graduation season, which is SO busy already, with no time to be messing with a dress that never fit. Paypal closed the claim cause too much time has passed and now I am still trying to get a refund on my own.

I would have given a zero star review if possible.
I ordered a bridesmaid dress from this website and the dress came in poorer quality than the image shown. When I tried to return it they argued with me. Then they said they custom made the dress, therefore I could swap out the dress for another style but could not get my money back. I offered to mail the dress back to get my money refunded and they said it was their policy not to accept a returned dress, it would be thrown away upon arrival. They also said it would cost me more to ship back to them than the dress was worth. The dress I purchased was $120.
