I ordered a red prom dress from there and it was ethereal. The dress arrived fast and was a such amazing quality! Everyone was complementing the dress during prom! I unfortunately dont have pictures of the dress as my phone died during prom but id definitely order from there again

Bought 2 dresses and paid for express delivery, its all over their site shipping in 48 hours, DO NOT BELIEVE IT, Also Paid £29 and was assured it would be delivered in 6 days NOT True, when asked to refund as arrived day after wedding they took so long to "process" I missed the window (this was later than would have requested as I was on Honeymoon. But still in the window of time had they responded
So unless you have loads of time and don't want a refund GO somewhere else, Oh and just so we are all clear Stacees uk is actually based in Hong Kong
Apparently you have to open a ticket for a return, stalk your ticket on their website to see if someone answered (cause who has time for that when planning a wedding) and send pictures. Why should I have to send pictures of a dress I didn't wear because the material looks cheap and the sizes are so far off from being true to size!
We received a dress in about ten days - completely acceptable timing. The dress looked cheap on my daughter and did not fit well. I immediately requested a return ticket, as this is their process. I indicated it did not fit well (I did not want to insult their material, so I stuck with fit only - being too large).
They took their time getting back to me. John replied, saying, "May I know which part doesn't fit? Could you please provide us some pics you trying on?"
I replied that I would not send him pictures of my 16-year-old daughter in a dress that didn't fit (creepy!) and that he could please provide the return ticket.
I received an email back a few days later asking for an additional $40 and measurements so they could remake the dress. I replied, once again, requesting a return ticket and a full refund.
This is the start of my negative reviews. I never write negative reviews, so I will be hunting around for general sites so I can get the word out. Seems others have had similar problems. Consider this a friendly warning and go shop elsewhere. I will be returning to the many other companies we support and buy from for future events and dances.
Do yourself a favor and abandon that cart your have going on Stacees. Go to Princess Polly, Revolve, Bloomingdales, or Love Shack Fancy - whatever you want. Anywhere but here.
I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding. Paid $235. The quality is so cheap. When I emailed them about a return they gave me the run around about it getting lost in the mail and I wouldn't be able to get a refund if that happened. Told me to keep the dress and try to resell it. When I refused they offered to reimburse me $40 and still keep the dress. I have sent numerous emails and now they have simply stopped responding.
I requested a return because the dress did not zip, and they asked for photos of me in it? (Uh… the dress that doesn't fit?!) Then never responded when I said no, because that is an inappropriate request, and asked to begin the return process. SCAM "return policy". Buyers beware!
Dresses came late, terrible quality, and they will not provide information on how to return and be credited.
DO NOT order from this place! Their website promises "worry free returns", so I ordered two different sizes for my daughter for Homecoming. Well, the dresses not only didn't look or feel like the photo (cheap fabric), but now they won't return them. I paid $190 plus shipping for two dresses and after many emails back and forth, they want to give me $35 and for me to sell the dresses myself. It is so frustrating and unprofessional. I am realizing that I will likely never get my money back and these two dresses will go in the trash, but I'm hoping that I can prevent someone else from falling into the same trap as me. There are plenty of other legitimate sites out there for dresses. But this one is NOT. Please, dont shop fro them.

I purchased two prom dresses in standard size 6 for my daughter to try. At the time i was ordering i got reassured from Cassie the live chat agent that returns and refunds wouldn't be a problem! 3 weeks later no return labels and no refund, just offering to keep the dresses and offer £50 compensation! This is absolutley disgraceful and I would not recommmend this business to anyone! I have reported them to trading standards! Shocking customer service! UK COMPANY NO WAY MORE LIKE HONG KONG!
Ordered a standard size dress and when it was received it was not as advertised per their website. There is no phone number for customer service. Communication is via email and takes days for a response. They refuse to issue a full refund and expect you to pay $30 shipping fee to them when it cost $15 to ship from them to me. Poorly run business and customer service.
I recently placed an order for a homecoming dress because my daughter was struggling to find any stores with dresses still available. Shortly after I placed the order, she was able to find a dress, so I canceled my order within hours of placing it. I did not get a response immediately, and by the time I got a response, they told me that the dress was already in process and I could not receive my full refund. I replied that my cancellation was hours after being placed and there was no reason I should not be able to receive my full refund. There response was that my dress had "already been made for a long time.
I find this odd considering only a couple hours went by between my order and cancellation email. I stated that it should not be my problem that they are not responsive to their emails and did not see my cancellation for days. This company is dishonest, untrustworthy, and they do not uphold their refund policy.
I ordered dresses for the bridesmaids in my wedding and paid £86 for garaunteed expedited delivery to ensure they arrived on time. I contacted customer services prior to placing my order to check they would come, during the delivery process to check things were on track, and on the final/latest day my dresses were supposed to be delivered. Each time they said the dresses would be delivered on time. They were late. The company even gave me a delivery window that I later found out was made up, as when I spoke with the delivery company they said they have no contact with the delivery service in this capacity. As a result I had no dresses for my bridesmaids the day before my wedding. I had to buy new ones from a local shop which was very stressful and expensive the day before the wedding.
Worse yet, when explaining this to their customer service team they refused to refund me and let me return the dresses, despite me putting in the request to do so within the 14 day returns window. I had double checked with the company before ordering that the standard size dresses I had ordered would be eligible for return if we didn't like them when they arrived and they had reassured me it would be fine. When I contacted them they just pretended not to understand that I had requested a return and offered me £29 compensation for my order that cost over £700 with no return or refund. They finally stopped responding to me with no resolution or explanation.
To be honest, the dresses (once they arrived) were actually good quality. But I will never order from this company again and warn you against doing so unless you are confident you won't need to return anything and don't have a deadline for delivery.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am having to follow up my claim with my credit card company and will be hiring a solicitor to help me with my case.
WHERE DO I BEGIN… I ordered a dress for my mother in law for my wedding in a size 18! After the order was placed I was concerned as I only seen bad reviews afterwards. So I put my trust in Stacees. When the dress arrived I took 1 look at it and thought this is not an 18! My mother in law attempted to try and couldn't get it over her head. It was more like a size 12! I reported return straight away to Stacees that it was unsuitable and they had me emailing chasing a return address from June to August! They would take 24 hours to reply to each email and it be a different advisor each time. Faye, then Rose then someone else. They offered me £30! I was mortified as the dress was £100! They advised they couldn't refund me as the dress can't be resold. What a load of RUBBISH! Klarna which I used to pay on was far from helpful. Stacees was that crafty they told me they would refund £50 if I took down my Klarna Dispute! I took the dispute down and they advised me they wouldn't give me a refund. Unprofessional, Robbery, and Liars is 3 words I can honestly describe this company. They advertise a false size chart and trust me when I say there will be more unlucky people like me that are lied too by that size chart and by them. I was financially impacted by my wedding and I've just paid them £100 for a dress that isn't even been worn. I will be writing a review anywhere I can because they had no compassion whatsoever especially to a first time buyer for her wedding day. I hope you enjoy that £100 because it's the only money your getting from me. Here's a little tip for you …. Have a look at your bad reviews and do something about it! Or lose more customers. Get your sizing right and stop lying to customers. Sort your return policy out as one day… your shop won't Even have 50% of UK customers.
I ordered a dress size 10, my actual size, but before I ordered asked what the refund policy was I'm case I had to return it. She said that as long as it wasn't costumed made, I could return it for a full refund. The dress was too tight around the bust area.
I contacted the company immediately after I received it and tried it on. They said I had to create a ticket within 14 days which I did immediately.
They refuse to honor their refund policy and offered a custom made dress instead for $70 which I don't want because I no longer have the time. I just want a refund for the size 10 off the rack dress I bought. They say that the size 10 was custom made after I ordered it. Custom made. That's ludicrous because I never sent them measurements.
This company is a fraud. It's awful. Now they want to just refund $30 for an over $200 dress.

Do not! I mean do not order from here! My dress is 10 shades lighter than pictured & 3 in too short! Looks nothing as pictured! I've been speaking to someone for over a week and get no where! They blame it on lighting instead of taking accountability for their mistake! And on top of me sending pictures as proof they offered me $20 compensation! What a joke for a $165 dress!
