Please don't buy from this company they never let you return your dress. They have taken £120 from me and won't let me return ila faulty dress.

Dress was standard size, but the fabric was cheap. The sequins were glued on and shed everywhere. The back waist length was way too short (the waist sit at the ribs!). Then when we asked to return, they offered $35 and said we should go sell it on the secondary market! We have gone back and forth for weeks. I am convinced that all of the positive reviews are artificially created by the company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I paid $400 for two dresses that were arrived in a bundled up ball! They were poor quality and good luck trying to return. They offered me $40 refund and did not provide where to send back dresses. I am STILL fighting with them for my money and how to return the dresses! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

This "company" is the most difficult I have ever tried to deal with! Customer service is pitiful. There is not any clear cut way to return. I spent $347.00 on two dresses. Instead of a return they offered me $50 and to take the dresses somewhere and sell them. Only place I could take them is an old drapery store and have them hang in the shop. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned.

I ordered a dress for prom and paid for expedited shipping. It became clear that it wasn't going to arrive so I chatted and emailed several times with them. They insisted it shipped on time and that I'd receive it in time. I received it 5 days after the date promised and after my event. I have not even opened the package to see the quality of the dress as the event is over. I requested to return it and they refuse. The keep trying to offer me things like a $50 refund and then I can resell the dress myself. I have no interest in that. They do not speak English and cannot do math. Their latest offer was 70% of what I paid which to them is $75. In reality 70% is $142. There are a terrible, unethical company. Do not buy from them!

Sizes run small and they don't honor returns even though they say they do. Trust me go somewhere else. Customer service is a joke.

Please let me start by explaining my first order was dumped on my doorstep in a residential area. I contact Stacees who fobbed me off with offering me £30. I did however accept as I thought £30 was better than nothing and it was clear I was never going to get anything more, due to delivering a sob story about materials and running a business isn't easy.

I then placed a second order of the same dress as I needed this for my best friends wedding. However they paused the dress from being shipped. When I contacted them and explained the time had passed and I no longer needed the dress. I was offered a full refund, as I hadn't received the second dress.

Prior to this I had left a review about this company and suggested no one use them.

They emailed me asking me to take down my negative review and they will refund me in full on the orders.

Since the 17th May I have been chasing this refund daily as I'm over £200 out of pocket.

I done as they asked and removed my review however they then stopped replying to any of my messages. I did not receive a refund.

I have communicated with them explaining I will share my experience everywhere I can.

On here, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, Facebook, their site and this site and any other means of social media where I can raise my awareness about thieving companies.

This company should not be able to trade in the Uk and to protect other UK residents I will be going to trading standards and will have to apply to a small claims court for my loss.

I will not stop leaving reviews until my money is back. I stuck to their deal the first time and removed my review in order to get my money back.

That didn't happen, so now on my terms no bad reviews will be deleted until my money is returned.

They do not have option of return even though they advertise it on their site! They have no customer service phone number! They told me to resell the dress on my own! I have sent multiple emails and messages on their "live chat". It's been over a week of multiple messages and still no way to return or get a refund! The last message they told me if they gave me a return address (which they still have not), I would have to pay very high shipping rates and they "don't recommend" returning. They continued to state "The delivery is unstable and have some risks, including to the lost, damaged and tariff. If so, you will lose a lot, even we can't receive it, which means we can't refund for you."... I did not miss type. This is exact wording from them!... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

My daughter ordered a dress for prom and when we received it the sequins were falling off of it and it did not fit. We contacted Stacees to inquire about returning the dress. The response from Stacees was that they did not accept returns, but that they would send us an additional dress for $50. We have requested a refund and a return address multiple times and the company refuses to provide an address to return the dress. They simply offer to send us additional dresses for an additional cost. Do not purchase a dress from this website - the quality is poor and you will be unable to return the dress or get your money back. Horrible customer service and poorly made dresses.

These clowns are complete lying con artist scum bags don't believe their lies about returns they will just tell you to keep and sell it but in the photo I've put the address they tell you to return stuff to you'll hv to pay but least you can fight for your money and prove the return

First of all, the dress i received was a different colour to what I ordered and also didn't meet the quality of how looked on the website. This is disappointing enough. However, when I attempted to return it I got endless replies trying to put me off returning it. I paid £108 for the dress (definitely not worth the cost). I continued to insist I wanted to return it. However they then began to say if I shipped it back "it might get lost". Clearly teeing up to say it was lost and not give me a refund. They ended up refunding me £40 after negotiations and I am left with an ugly dress which is not worth £70 to try and coup back the money I've lost.
Just do not use this site it is a joke! If you have any issue with the dress it is essentially impossible to return.

I purchased two dresses and paid extra to have them delivered by a certain date for prom, they arrived SIX days after promised date. I had to purchase otber dresses for the event. Upon initial contact I was told to contact them when the dresses arrived and a full refund and return would be initiated, 8 emails later and they are still refusing to refund and return and are now saying they want to charge ME $50 a dress to return for return shipping. Purchase locally and from the US, this company is out of China and does not care about customer service!

I do not recommend shopping from this place as you will not be able to return anything. I have gone back and forth at least twenty times with this company and it is a nightmare.

Buyer BEWARE! I ordered a dress and paid for expedited shipping. The dress never shipped. When I questioned the company, they told me the dresser did not met their quality standards and would ship out in a few days. I told them not to ship it as they had missed my deadline for needing it. They told me there was nothing they could do it. It already shipped. Now it's been two weeks. If the dress was never shipped, the refund was never made. They've told me they're going to send it to "whatever" department to process a refund. There is no customer service phone number and talking through email with this company is like talking to a four year old who hasn't learned to write complete sentences.

I bought two dresses and they even asked me if I planned on returning the one I didn't like for a refund, which I confirmed. I got both dresses and naturally preferred one over the other, so I naturally went to return the other, and they offered me £80 after I spent $160+ on it. Every time I reply to one email, a completely different person emails me, so I decided to save myself a headache and keep the second dress, but now they're trying to give me money back despite me saying I'll keep both dresses. This feels like a scam waiting to happen. Try a different website.

Do NOT waste your money! Ordered a prom dress, received it & it looks nothing like online. Color is way off too. Didn't fit and the seam in the back was way off center. Paid $165. They told me I could resell it and they would refund me $40. You also can't reach them. You have to start a new chat every time and ask that someone contact you. Scam! Terrible!

After leaving bad reviews and messaging them many many times, Stacee's has not responded to my refund requests after promising an amount. They have (after some time) gotten back to me about my dress return, but if I don't get a response about my refund they was stated, I will be reporting the company itself. This process has been over several months and I'm extremely disappointed with they way they have been handling things. All I want to do is return my dress and get the money back in the amount that they promised, and it seems they are making a whole bunch of empty promises.

You cannot return any items. Apparently it costs more than the £150 dress! Asked the question beforehand and was told yes but that was a lie. Scammers

I ordered a dress from Stacees. Was sent tracking details on Yodel. For 9 days now Yodel have varied information from the investigation has taken place, item is lost to other advisers saying every day it will arrive tomorrow. The parcel has not moved from depot for 9 days but sadly Stacees are refusing to recognise it is lost and are also refusing to give me a refund. Avoid this company I don't know if it is a scam sadly...
