Absolutely appalling customer service - could not have been more rude. I was talking to them about a couple of bridesmaids dresses when they decided to increase the price by £15.00 per dress.

ME: Any other company would have had the customer service and decency to honour the price of a product their customer was going to buy

I highly recommend avoiding this company unless you're willing to be treated with this kind of rudeness!
