Again I have contacted spokeo with an issue and low and behold perfection in customer service! Never fail me I have bugged them about everything from tiny problems to oh crap I am locked out of my entire life please help kind of trouble no matter what I have received 110% effort to resolve issues even things they didn't have to helpe with they have! 1000stars! My suggestion to others is read the terms you agree to people stop purchasing things to find out what they do for you instead of researching before hand so you don't feel like ruining a reputable businesses opportunity to help millions of others because they read a review from some goofy that doesn't know what's going on until they see charges on their account later. Crooked company. They hook you in with a "free trial" but what you're really getting is them automatically enrolling you in a yearly subscription and charging your card monthly without ever sending a billing statement. So you don't look at your statement for a month or two because you haven't charged anything. However, Spokeo has been charging you and will not refund your money, even though they can see that you have not been using the service. Not only that, but the person I originally looked up using their "free trial?" None of the information provided by Spokeo was worthwhile.

I originally went for spokeo because of the ability to do a reverse phone number look up. After looking up the information, which I paid a one time offer for a limited time, i was disappointed. The information I received made literally no sense and was old. I felt that a lot of the information is obtainable without spokeo, however having a large bit of it available in one location is nice. But the biggest thing was that a lot of MISINFORMATION is posted as well as old information. For example, it says that I was possibly married which is so far from the truth. It also has my last known address from 2015 when I have lived at 2 other addresses. It also had very very old emails as well as social media sites and nothing new. In conclusion, I terminated my membership and will use the free resources or another site like spokeo that provides a lot more prevalent and sought after information for the same price, if not cheaper.

I used this product for one search and inadvertently signed up for a subscription where I've been getting charged for over 2 years. Unfortunately it was a bank account with many transactions So I didn't miss the $13.95. Their searches are generic and no better than anything I can get for free online.

While it doesn't necessarily break your wallet (95 cents to get a report and an additional 50 cents to download a PDF copy), this site provides information so generic, you can easily find it with a simple google search. Pretty much the only information you'll get out of this website, is the location of the area code when you use it to look up numbers that called you, you literally get nothing else out of this website.

These people will randomly charge your card for amounts you didn't approve. I had to call and cancel my card. They don't tell you this at any time that they will later charge you 20 something dollars and then again a week after that. And the information they provide anyone can find themselves.

Spokeo uses methods to suck you in and steal moneys from you. They offer 1.00 then bill you at 24.95 and provide what looks like a receipt that comes from the 1950's with little detail.

They are good about sending a letter about we are sorry about not meeting your expectations. Our terms of use states we can do this blah blah blah. After I cancelled this subscription and got this in writing from David, I got a new debit card from my bank. Spokeo found the NEW CARD and charged it. I took the problem to my bank and got a credit. Be very careful of these people, watch your bank statements.
