I had a query about how to present the artwork for multiple sets of a double-sided business card. I had a very quick response from Amy Constantine, who was very helpful.

We have used Solopress on numerous occasions and have always had great service, great quality at very competitive rates.
Absolutely appalled with the service I have received. I specifically chose this printers over my usual choice as I needed the flyers for tomorrow, ready for an event on Wednesday. Whilst I was paying, the website glitched meaning that the payment was taken from my account but they have said that they have not received the payment, although the bank confirmed it and I provided a transaction ID for this. After spending the whole day chasing them, being passed from person to person and told I would be called by a manager (which never happened,) they then told me at 5.30pm that there's is nothing they can do and they won't post the leaflets unless I paid again, which I refused to do as I don't see why I should pay twice when the error was on their part. They have now said that although the website glitch was their fault, they will not send the leaflets but I will still be invoiced for them and expected to pay. Avoid at all cost, terrible customer service and an absolute shambles of a company.
My first order with Solopress was great. Quick turnaround and good quality. Every other order since then has led to multiple reprints and countless emails and phone calls with a different person every time.
If you need a quick one off job, then go for it. If you're trying to print business cards for an entire company and require ongoing service, consistent future printing and an account manager, look elsewhere.
- I ordered a small batch for a few staff once, was happy with the results so decided to use them again later
- I ordered 1 large batch of cards for our entire company. Received them but the printing quality was poor. They agreed and reprinted the whole batch. Totally fine.
- Tried to order more for some other staff and received cards with totally different tones of the colour. This is the response:
"I can confirm the colours will not be correct in this order because they are not supplied in CMYK. We will not be able to maintain a consistent colour if this is not supplied in a CMYK format."
- Never has CYMK been requested on any of the order, and no where is it requested in the purchase process.
- So now I am expected to provide a CYMK for my brand colour that may well be different to whatever the CYMK they have used on all the previous cards they have printed for us.
Claire Claringbold was super helpful, answered all my questions and had my quote prepared and processed in under 20 minutes! Big thank you to Solopress and Claire for all your help :)
I dealt with Sadie Taplin on the online chat to process an order and to check my artwork was correct before going to print. It was really quick and easy to do and Sadie was most helpful.
Awful service, this will be the last time! Twice failed to deliver my business card on the agreed date and time. I wasn't notified of any changes and what they do is resend your order summary with a different date (watch out for this - call and complain) - no reasons why they couldn't, no apologies, no incentives i. E. 10% discount as a gesture of goodwill. As a result i'm flying off tomorrow without my business cards and felt I need to make people aware.
After my first call, they explain my order needed to be reprinted, which is fair enough you have a quality control in place, but why would it be delayed by an entire day? Its only 250 business cards! Nonetheless, i was promised a 'pre 10:30am' slot for next day delivery and again they failed to deliver on that - this time it was there machines which were down. Again, it took for me to call and find out the problem. At this point they should be grovelling, giving me discounts or some credit to show incentive. ASK FOR A REFUND!
If it takes day four days to deliver a meager 250 business cards, then I will not be ordering from you again!
Always use Solopress for all our programmes, fliers etc. Never had any problems.

Was firstly sent wrong order & now replacement is going be 3 days later than stated! All I keep hearing is sorry, but no help!
