I was astounded to find that an order can't be cancelled no matter how quickly you try to do that -- under an hour in my case.

Also, the print quality is very variable -- it is cheap as chips and the print quality matches that I guess. If you want high quality printing, this is not the place to go. Colours that are the same throughout documents often print differently across different pages; frequently the print has roller marks etc. When challenged, they will often refund but that is a waste of the customer's time. So don't use if you're on a deadline.

For fast and cheap it is good; customer service -- poor.

Rude people

Staff members are rude, a lady start to raise her voice absolutely disgusting and have no manners or people skills. Everyone tell you different information when I requested my parcel I asked them to deliver at right address by updating by someone asking me to provide new address details over the phone. I did not deliver my parcel on. Sort out your staff members as the have no manners

Awful

Used to be good, now awful, pay extra for quicker turnaround times, you don't get it, issues with orders never resolved, things get passed to customer service team but they never reply. Issues escalated to the customer service supervisor, e-mails get ignored. Spent thousands in the past 3 months, we're now finding a new supplier.

Solopress failed to deliver 1000 envelopes ordered. They failed to communicate why there was a delay, they failed to give correct information on where the order was (actually stuck in customs) they failed on follow up. I had to order another 1000 envelopes and take the additional cost. After chasing continuously I finally got a promise of 50% refund. This refund has never been received and again no communication. If you are looking for a reputable company to supply on time, I would suggest you use other businesses. There are plenty to choose from!

Why did we choose Solopress, because they're quick. Don't believe it - missed the first delivery date, then missed it again. We had staff standing by in these Covid sensitive times to pack and post the catalogues but Solopress let us down twice. Cheap - kind of. Good service - no.

Promised me the delivery of a very small order of brochures for our open day and failed to deliver on both days prior to the event. We now have an open day to shift Three properties without any brochures to hand out. Total let down

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Absolutely shocking company. Paid for next day delivery as I needed some flyers rather urgently for a conference. Checked over the proof, absolutely fine, clear and legible. Upon receiving the flyers the next day, they were totally blurry, completely illegible and totally unusable.
I contacted customer service and explained the issue, I provided photos showing the shocking quality and was told I would not be issued a refund due to apparently a warning message coming up on my proof to state that the resolution was poor - funny considering the document was able to be scaled up to A0 size by another company, and the flyers of A5 size were perfectly printed by VistaPrint. Avoid this company, shocking service, shocking quality, and pointless unhelpful replies.

AVOID - Substatinal order placed and pay extra for next day delivery - Deliverty didn't show up. Left with an unhappy client.
Communications confirmed that show order would be the following day - Again absolutely nothing arrived. After 4 days order arrived - At this point we have unhappy client whose event has been and gone and Solopressare unwilling to refund after not been fulfilled. Several emails back and forth blaming with varying excuses. Delays can happen - but taking ownership is key - Will not use again nor recommend. - Managing Director - Big Blue Dog

I would beg people not to be taken in by these negative reviews. I have yet to find a printing company to match Solopress on quality and price, and everyone is always so friendly. So I must write to highly commend the total efficiency and brilliance of Solopress and in particular, Michael Day. I am constantly last minute and forever making mistakes with my wording. The ever long suffering Michael Day always deals with my problems and he has always ensured that my printing arrives on time - beautifully packed and ALWAYS perfect. I cannot recommend this company highly enough - and any problems just get through to this lovely man, who could not be more helpful, courteous and tolerant of people like me! He really goes the extra mile to keep his customers happy, and the result is the highest quality printing at the lowest prices. I have tried a number of online printing companies and I have not found one to match Solopress for quality and price. Thank you Michael and Solopress.

Last May I had a bad experience with Solopress and sent a negative review. I should have reversed that review ages ago. Michael Day sorted out all the issues and has dealt with all my recent orders. Everything has been perfect, and thus I give this very high standard printing company a five star review. Thank you so much especially to Michael Day. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I totally agree with these other reviews. What used to be an excellent printing service, has now become too complacent, and basically the last person to matter to them is the customer. I totally rely on the efficiency of my printing service for my business, and they have let me down time and time again in the last few months .... sometimes with stupid printing mistakes ie I sent a PDF all in one for double sided. They put the same image on the front and the back and never used my second page. Another time they left one side totally blank, although I'd paid for double sided. But what really concerns me is that the customer care has completely disappeared .... no-one gets back to you either by phone or email. They make promises they don't keep .... it used to be SUCH A BRILLIANT printing service .... now I would steer clear of Solopress at all costs.Also there are cheaper and better services out there. I am still waiting for my corrected printing and I have 5000 flyers sitting in my flat that are totally useless. I hope they take them back!! I will update as to whether this is all rectified, but at present, and unless they up their game, STEER CLEAR and use another printing service. So sad to have to write this review, but the whole thing has totally depressed me. (I apologise to Solopress if I was rude on the phone .... but in my position I think a lot of people would be!) And PS - I normally only ever give a review if it is positive and five stars, but, unfortunately the recent treatment from 'Solopress' has really tipped me over and I feel it is important to warn others. Let's hope they sort it out and I'll rewrite this!

Dreadful. Avoid.

Awful service. Very peculiar negative attitude when dealing with customers, even loyal ones, when things go wrong. Initially they present themselves as open and friendly, always willing to help you out with queries - but once they have your money it's a different story, even if they are the ones at fault.
Terribly disappointing as I was a long standing customer. Loyalty, in this case, doesn't go both ways. Do not trust them. Save yourself time and money and take your business elsewhere.

Ordered banner flyers n cards and needed for event Sunday. Promised by Jake order would b delivered 7.30-10.30 sat morning... it didn't turn up! No one there at weekends!... live chat not there weekends either!... devastated and angry! Got refund at customer services Monday but Jake too cowardly to take my call! Man up... you make mistakes you got to deal with them and at least have guts to say sorry!
Don't use this company... let you down and unprofessional!

They don't care

Used Solopress for years with excellent print and service, but this year they have gone downhill. If the job is printed well, it's good quality, but if it; s not they seem incapable of getting it right.
Customer service is a joke, noone communicates, there's no complaints manager, you have to repeat yourself, even after complaining you only get, sorry about that. We've lost long term clients work because of this.
They are trying to do too much, too cheap and it's now bringing the company down. Mistakes are made and noone cares, noone ever answers to it.

Our company has used Solopress for the business cards for quite multiple times ( more than three times), they had a fabulous product printing, designing easy and quick, printing fast, and besides, good customer care service. I was asked to send out my invoices, as we haven't registered so at the beginning can't find invoices, but Amy Constantine was very patient and supported, she helped to located our invoices via delivery address, very detailed and helpful! We are happy for the service, and will definitely come back to them. High recommended to anyone wants business card printing service.

Excellent service

Fantastic customer service Sean Fitz-Gibbon went the extra mile today on sorting out a reorder from a previous order i placed in 2016! He sorted everything out for me in double quick time. I was extremely impressed and grateful.

The very few issues we have had with orders have been resolved quickly and efficiently. Once again, Solopress have provided 100% perfect customer service today as always. Helped by Kyle Springford to check my artwork, prepare my order and send me a link to pay. The first time I'd ordered this type of product and just wanted re-assurance that I'd set it up correctly. Nothing is ever too much hard work for the Solopress team and I've now used them hundreds of times over the past few years. Very cheap, but only in cost, not in quality.

We needed a particular design of leaflet printed but I couldn't see how to go about it on the website so I used their online chat and was helped by Sean FitzGibbon who made the process much easier. He was even able to suggest an alternative paper when the one I wanted originally came in over budget. His helpful attitude made the difference between me purchasing and just relegating the job back to my 'to do' pile. Great service!
