I bought tupperware items from snapdeal in which they send some other cheap item instead of what orderd and they are not helping it out. I met a loss of 1500/-.
Repeatedly they are saying its been above 7 days n will not take the matter as i make them noticed their falt within time.
I have ordered two pairs of shoes from Snapdeal. They delivered only one pair. However in your app the status showed as both pairs delivered when I asked for the second pair, without informing me you updated the status as "return initiated".
Till then I have tried calling and contacting Snapdeal by multiple means (watsapp, instagram, call, email) but they were unable to give me anysatisfactory response and just giving me standard pre scripted replies.
I did the blunder of my life that I ordered from Snapdeal. I will never recommend anyone for Snapdeal.
My sincere advice is that in case you do not want to waste your time and energy please do not take any service from Snapdeal.
It is the worst company, with ridiculous customer service and run by bunch of unprofessionals, who are least bothered about the customer's issues/ concerns.
I purchased Redmi Note 3 32gb for *******/- recently order no. *******1003 invoice date 13 Aug. 2016. Phone is not working even the Engineer from snapdeal proved it faulty piece. Still no response from snapdeal.we can't contact anyone. No response of mails, no customer care service,

Never knew that even snapdeal can do frauds like this. Never got my refund from an order. Canclled a prepaid order. They asked for some time every time i get in contact with them. Even sent them my account details nd statements. But at last they say we cant do anything and pls contact your bank. Such a cheap thing to do with a customer who had trusted you with pre paying the amount and not getting the same respond from you guys. I felt as if i dealt with a local bazar chor. No doubt that you guys cant be of any good
I ordered a jacket for my friend from snapdeal. Its really very good in providing services and quality products. The jacket was awesome. Trendy, stylish, and reasonable... i had a experience with them and come here again and again
This is the worst e commerce site ever.
1. Refund: App says refunded on 06.10.2020 but no refund received. They saying track with your bank with ref.no they giving but bank saying not possible to track with the ref. No only.
2. Worst Customer service. Customer service no ( *******126) never work.
My money got stuck now. Don't know will get get it back or not.

Absolutely horrible service... I recieved a broken chimney after 15 days of order and they took inumerable calls to reverse pick it and then there is no news of the refund. I will not recommend anyone to buy from snapdeal
I received iPhone charger cable from sanpdeal and delivered on 11 th aug it was not working immediately raised return request and pickup scheduled on 13 th aug. Material supplied ODIO ZONE from bangalore.we made so many emails calls to get back our money back or replacement. But nothing happened. Useless company and biggest fraud better to block this company
I have requested for a return. After 5 days also no one came to pick up the product. Next day courier boy came and collect the item and still the message came your pick up is rescheduled. I didn't get the refunded amount yet.

Snapdeal chor company. Purchased earphone with online payment.we have not received product delivery. Snapdeal says product is delivered.No proof of delivery given, no courier person called such is Snapdeal bogus company. I vl request all people never to buy any product however cheap from this fraud company.
I had return the item on 20th June now my refund amount is pending with snap deal they have picked up the items and it's been 2 months that they have not refunded my money.

I ordered a product and unfortunately received a wrong product but when I contacted the customer service through WhatsApp. They registered my complaint and helped in resolving the same so quickly that My product got picked and I got the refund and all this was done within 3 days. Snapdeal has the best customer service and contacting them is so easy. Really happy with the services and would all recommend them.
I'm a student and it is very difficult for me to earn money, money matters me a lot. Snapdeal is one of the worst and full fraud company. Snapdeal.com cheat customers with collaboration of free charge.com. I purchased antivirus from snapdeal but the product was not working, so I replaced the product. But I have not received my money back. When I call customer care they said me there is technical a problem with your account we will resolve it soon. After one month I got a mail from freecharge.com that your money will not be refunded if you will not spend it within 7 days. Again I call snapdeal customer care, again they said me there is a technical problem with your account, we will resolve issue within 7 days. At the end I lost my money, snapdeal.com cheat me and fraud my money.
Sir i have order white cherry mi 1 4gb mobile phone on 22nd march. There was some issues in the model, so i returned the mobile. I have requested to give my money refund or different mobile. There is no response at all. Till date i have not received my mobile or money refund. While speaking to customer care, they will be telling that they are processing my request. Nearly 5 months over. I did not get any solution. I am receiving only the ticket number but nothing is happening. Your refund request is being processed (Ticket Id: *******)
This is very irritating. I will never shop again from this cheap website. Really bad experience. I received defective pieces twice. Inspite of calling you people so many times for return u people are sending me replacement messages again and again. I want my money back and I don't want your stupid product. I bought many products from Snapdeal and all of those were appropriate as mentioned in description of the products. Their On time delivery is a charm and the customer service representatives are really polite and helpful to an extent in order to provide resolutions. All in all, Snapdeal is a Good Deal!

Answer: Well, it is waste of time because I have purchased indulekha hair oil on sep 12 2019, as they have sent the duplicate hair oil and I return back, they want me to refund my money, till date hasn't refunded my money, as they keep asking the bank details though I have provided everything. They keep asking for my bank statement, though I have purchased the item or product on COD. Cash on delivery, as I have provided the bank account number, IFCS code, branch code. They are just playing sending emails saying send them bank statements in PDF file only. There is no customer care to speak as they have an automated message on the phone when you try to call customer care.
