They offered no real solution

I ordered a phone case from snapdeal but it arrived late and was the wrong color. I tried contacting customer service multiple times but they didn't respond promptly. When they finally did, they offered no real solution. I ended up having to return it, which was a hassle. Very disappointing experience overall.
