This is with reference to my return request closure.
I have ordered 'Oomph! Peach Chiffon Saree' from snapdeal on 03 Oct, 2016 and got delivery on 07 Oct, 2016.
I did not like the item as its not what I ordered, the material and design is not as expected, hence I placed Return request on 08 Oct, 2016, and as per timeline details of my order my item pickup should be done on or before 10th Oct 2016.
But the pickup is being done on 20th Oct 2016 after having long followup with your team.
Now I have received below email saying We have closed your return request and the reason is its not passed through quality check.
This is ridiculous, as the item as packed as its being delivered and its being returned as the color was not the same as shown in the
So, if snapdeal doesnt want to return the money and its return policy is only for show purpose then I think I have use my consumer rights and ask for my refund via consumer court.
This is not a question of amount which Snapdeal has to return, but the question of SNAPDeal's reputation in Online Ecommerce business. If this is the service snapdeal gives then I will do the needful for my rights ASAP.
I am very frustrated with this experience I got from SNAPDEAL and off course I am going to spread it using internet as much as I can, that never BUY ANYTHING FROM SNAPDEAL...

I ordered a mrf revz 110/70-17 tyre from snapdeal on 29,0ct. Here the seller was amba tyres and my delivery date was 4-9, nov, 2016. Bt on 4, nov i got a message that the seller cant fullfill ur order and due to tha seller change to tyre world and delivery date also changed to 9-13.nov, 2016. After that on 09, nov i suddenly got a message that the seller coudnt fullfill ur order due to stock problem and also snapdeal refunded my money to my credit card. What is this? From snapdeal, the cheaters.if u have stock problem, why u show the item that it is in stock. After that i ordered the same item and paid money through credit card on 10, nov, 2016 and tha same thing repeated by snapdeal, such as order goes to amba tyre and delivery date also given to me 16-19, nov, 2016 and on 15, nov i got a message that the amba tyre couldnt fullfil ur order and order goes totyre world, himachal pradesh.nw i am frustraited. Whats my fault? They take money from customers and invest them in other ways and refund money after 10 days.so i lost my faith from snapdeal, they are cheaters.so dont buy anythaing from snapdeal.
Sending wrong orders. Returning 2 weeks insipte of several attemps. Most dissatisfactory results.Don't buy on snapdeal.

SNAPDEAL is a worst website. I have ever come through. My experience is worst with this online shopping website. Better to go with other online shopping websites like AMAZON which is far better than this fake website.
They spent so much on advertisement and show their reliability and honesty for customer but actually SNAPDEAL is the failed online shopping website which do not fulfill its commitments and having worst customer relations.
Why I am telling all this, there is a reason behind it.
I have ordered a Musical Walker 5 days before for my child and curiously waiting for my order to be delivered to me. Because of this I didn't went to market to purchase this item although I can get much better item at a very reasonable price whereas I am paying more on SNAPDEAL of the same model but due to time constraint I unable to go to market and order on SNAPDEAL which is one of my biggest mistake ever. After 5 days when the delivery time comes suddenly in the morning when I wake up I got a message that my order has been cancelled and SNAPDEAL give a very foolish and a stupid reason that the seller is not not fulfilled the order. I just want to ask that if the SNAPDEAL don't know about their seller's reason then why SNAPDEAL display the items for selling on its online portal. SNAPDEAL simply send a regret message to me about its failure and finished its formality.
It is really unprofessional. This was my first time that i ordered any item through SNAPDEAL. Really the experience is very bad with SNAPDEAL. I never want such experience with this type of worst and unprofessional online shopping website like SNAPDEAL.
I suggest all my readers that don't go with such type of online shopping website specially SNAPDEAL which makes your time and money waste unnecessary.

Answer: Well, it is waste of time because I have purchased indulekha hair oil on sep 12 2019, as they have sent the duplicate hair oil and I return back, they want me to refund my money, till date hasn't refunded my money, as they keep asking the bank details though I have provided everything. They keep asking for my bank statement, though I have purchased the item or product on COD. Cash on delivery, as I have provided the bank account number, IFCS code, branch code. They are just playing sending emails saying send them bank statements in PDF file only. There is no customer care to speak as they have an automated message on the phone when you try to call customer care.
