WHY SHOULD THE CUSTOMER COMPROMISE ON THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT & SACRIFICE WITH SUCH LOW QUALITY UNBRANDED EXPIRED PRODUCTS DELIVERED AFTER PAYING THEIR HARDEARNED MONEY TO SNAPDEAL. WHY SHOULD THE CUSTOMER BE DENIED THE BASIC FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT PURCHASED WITH THE CUSTOMER'S HARDEARNED MONEY? THE CUSTOMER HAS PAID FOR THE PRODUCT NOT ANYBODY ELSE. SO IT IS SOLE RIGHT OF THE CUSTOMER TO RETURN/ RETAIN THE PRODUCT PURCHASED, NOT ANYBODY ELSE. HERE THE CUSTOMER IS DUMPED WITH A LOW QUALITY UNBRANDED EXPIRED PRODUCT & SNAPDEAL TEAM IS DENYING ME MY RIGHT TO RETURN THIS PURCHASED LOW QUALITY UNBRANDED EXPIRED PRODUCT BECAUSE OF SNAPDEAL'S ADAMANCE. THEY HAVE REPEATEDLY DENIED MY RETURN REQUEST & CLOSED MY RETURN REQUESTS WITH THEIR BIZARRE ILLOGICAL RESPONSE. HOW UNFAIR & UNJUST IT IS TO A CUSTOMER WHO HAS GIVEN A REMARKABLE BUSINESS OF OVER RS 2000/- TO SNAPDEAL. WHY SHOULD I SUFFER? WHY SHOULD I BE DUMPED WITH SUCH SUBSTANDARD EXPIRED UNBRANDED PRODUCTS AFTER PAYING MY HARDEARNED MONEY?

I placed order for Product name: UnV Anycast HDMI Dongle Receiver & Transmitter - Black on 10-aug-2021 I have received pack when I opened, I found empty box there was no product in it. I took pics of empty box and I rised complaint on the same. And initiated for refund I have a received a call from a guy saying that I win a lucky dra from on snap deal purchase and offered me a car and asked me to pay 30k for the documentation purpose, I have complained on regards to snapdeal customer care in the same time I wanted to know about my refund status they tolde that my complaint was closed for, then I told I haven't received my refund then that customer care executive told me that he wit reopen the case then I was agreed for the same and I was thinking that it is under process and I kept quite and waited till 25-aug-21 nothing has got progresses once again I spoke to customer care people on the same they told me that they are going to send a farm which I have to fill and send beck as they told I got a mail in the mail there is option to access the form when I pressed the same I was getting a blank page then I have decided to reach the customer care people they were not bothering to resolve the issue and still they are insisting to fill the form which I was not able to access. When go through the snapdeal refund policy there was no information regarding from I am still confused and worried, do I get my refund back it is a million dollars question. But I understand by entire this event never purchase from snapdeal.
Because I have been cheated by snap deal sending empty box without product in it and they are not interested to refund my amount.
Please I request you all don't purchase from snapdeal and loose your heard earning money

Snapdeal is not safe and secure as they claim. I contacted Snapdeal regarding the leak of my contact and online transaction details. I got a reply saying that we are looking into it and sorry for the inconvenience. Since then i am following up with them but no proper response. I got a call from call centre assuring me that her boos will call but till now i have not received the call.
Meanwhile i got the delivery of Da Tasche Brown Leather Office Bag with the following defects:
1. Partition of main compartment stitching is not done and the partition cloth and leather has come off.
2. Second compartment zip holder is missing hence i am unable to open the second compartment of the bag.

I have place done leather bag yesterday with following order ID Order ID: *******0216 (1 Item) on 22nd July, 2019 and since today morning i received 3 SMS and 2 calls claiming that they are calling from Snapdeal and i have won car in lucky draw. On enquiry they told me that i have purchased a leather bag on snapdeal and my online shopping order has won Mahindra XUV car, Tata Strom and Tata Safari in 3 diffrent SMS and asking me to pay Rs 7500 and 4200 to claim the car.
They asked me to contact on the following numbers:

I just wanted to know that the calls and SMS's are genuine or it is fake? If it is fake then how come my contact details are leaked and how they got to know about my online shopping details.
