I had ordered a small cooler, it is not like it was shown in the photos, it is a waste of money and they do not have any route policy either

Yes, Snapdeal sells genuine products. I recently ordered Red tape shoes for myself and they were original just like we get in Red tape outlet. I really loved the whole shopping experience with Snapdeal as it just took me few clicks to order it from their App, and I was asked to relax:-) and bingo, they delivered the product within 5 days without any hassle. Now, I have almost stopped wasting my time by going out and shop, I just check their app even for my other household needs. Amazing experience!
I bought a Nandika Eine cream from snapdeal. The container was half filled (600 gms approx against 900 gms) and seal was in broken state. Not going to buy again from snapdeal. Seller is a fraud should be kicked out of snap deal.

No, they don't sell Fake. If product quality worries you, check other customer reviews before buying. I have got some really crack deals from them. The best thing, I shop on App, I get minimum 3 discount coupons to choose from and that translates into steal deals everytime.

Answer: Well, it is waste of time because I have purchased indulekha hair oil on sep 12 2019, as they have sent the duplicate hair oil and I return back, they want me to refund my money, till date hasn't refunded my money, as they keep asking the bank details though I have provided everything. They keep asking for my bank statement, though I have purchased the item or product on COD. Cash on delivery, as I have provided the bank account number, IFCS code, branch code. They are just playing sending emails saying send them bank statements in PDF file only. There is no customer care to speak as they have an automated message on the phone when you try to call customer care.
