I got two sets of same set. They were utter useless product. There was no company packaging and it was wrapped with some plastic and Snapdeal outer cover. It was used by someone and torn and dirty. I requested for return and refund. Literally I had to take these products to delivery person for returning. They were not at all interested to get back the things. Finally I got refunded for one product other set they haven't refunded yet. Many times I called there toll-free number once someone attended and they informed me they would refund it. Now it is almost more than one month no positive response at all. My humble request to public that don't trust this e- commerce site. Finally I lost my money

I am very dissatisfied and unhappy with Snapdeal customer and courier service. I ordered for a shoe, from Snapdeal site and I was sent a different shoe altogether. Now the courier guy who was coming to deliver at my place today, did not turn up after calling repeatedly. He kept on saying that he will reach in 5-10 minutes many times and then he switched off his phone. I would suggest please get in touch with your courier service and sort my problem as soon as possible. Courier Guy contact Number- *******466

Purchased shoes from snapdeal last week and this week requested for return as it was misfit... but last 3 days their courier service has failed to do pick up & on contrary snapdeal sends message that pick up failed because of customer not available. This is unbelievable and shocking to have such worst experience with such company which is competing with amazon & flipkart which are having excellent customer service.

Absolutely disappointed and never doing to use snapdeal again! U just lost a potential customer due to ur such stupid & nonsense approach towards business.

Snapdeal is a good store to deal with your choices provide reliable service to its every customer. Fast Delivery, Affordable price, Free shipment are the amazing feature of this site due to which traffic take place at this store.

I am a regular online shopper n I recommend everyone to shop on Snapdeal for their genuine products. All the products are value for money. I have also shopped from other websites too but Snapdeal have very good product quality and their delivery services are superb!
For instance, I bought a belt from Snapdeal a few days back, the leather quality was extremely good and the price was just 250 rupees. The same product was available on other websites too but not less than 350 rupees. Thanks to Snapdeal for this great online shopping experience.
Also, you always get a promo-code whenever you open Snapdeal App, in that way get great deals n discount too.

I have ordered twice from Snapdeal and they are just horrible. Once they did not deliver the product and returned my money after 30 days! Second time, they sent me a fake product. Never buy from Snapdeal. Please protect yourself. Go for flipkart or amazon.

I had raised a return request almost a month back, I did not get any call for the pick up. I kept calling Snapdeal every alternate days, and they kept saying they escalated the case and I will get call within 2 to 3 business days. It's went like ds for a month and till now they have not picked up the product. I want to complain on their terrible and hopeless service to consumer forum. This firm should be banned. Don't buy anything from them. First of all poor quality, does not look like original products. And pathetic services...

I was very upset when i recently purchased a blue tooth smart watch which does not match the description in the original listing. It was the fake item. So according to the return policy i asked for refunding the amount and sent the item back. But they refused to refund and sent the product back to me. I will not stand for spending my hard earned money on poor quality product like this. I request you all please dont buy anything from snapdeal.

One of the Worst ever service by Snapdeal I have seen. Humble request to everyone, please dont buy any product in Snapdeal, either you will get damaged product or a different product.

The replacement process even worser. You dont have any mode to raise complaint other than customer care, which is again a worst customer care service. Your problem will not get resolved at all. Every time you call them they will provide the same status.

I had a very bad experience and decided not to but any product even they giving it for no cost.

Even 1 star is high for Snapdeal.

Best part is quality and promising rate... comparison to other E-commerce site it is best among the all. I ordered Lenovo desktop last week and with 30% discount. I received the items with proper packaging and all products are genuine. The orders are delivered on time within 2 days of order placed. I really appreciate the customer care team.

Thanks Snapdeal, I received original nike shoes not fake shoes from snapdeal. They are really nice and trendy. The Nike shoes are so comfortable that I am wearing it everyday now for running and even at office. I dont buy shoes online as not sure about the quality and size but when I searched Nike shoes on google so got some best deal on Snapdeal.

The order tracking is also very convenient with regular updates via Whatsapp and SMS. You can play games in the games zone and earn coins to buy vouchers to save more on your orders. The products quality is really good and price is also competitive compared to other sites. The customer service is also very helpful.
