Have been shopping for 8 years with Snapdeal, month on month. I always choose products with rating more than 3.5 and never felt a feel to return as they were all very good quality products. Delivery as usual has been quick and on time.
As the title suggests, Snapdeal is so trustworthy. I have been shopping on Snapdeal for the last 2 years and bought more than 20 items and only once I had to return that too due to a size issue. Got the correct size within 5 days though. My latest order is for a power bank and I am 100 % sure that it is going to be awesome like every product. The best part is that they have started free shipping with no minimum product value. Thanks SD :)
Nowadays there are so many websites from where one can shop online, and it's getting tougher to choose one from those. But as I went through all these online shopping platforms I found that Snapdeal is a website, which is providing the products at very cheaper price and with a quick delivery service. And the best part is easy return policy.
Impressed with the service Snapdeal is providing, product quality is also amazing. Received 100% original item n delivery was also very fast. Contacted their customer care for courier n tracking details. Very smoothly they handled my queries n also guided me, how i can track my future orders in the app itself. Overall it was a nice experience.
I am a regular online shopper n I recommend everyone to shop on Snapdeal for their genuine products. All the products are value for money. I have also shopped from other websites too but Snapdeal have very good product quality and their delivery services are superb!
For instance, I bought a belt from Snapdeal a few days back, the leather quality was extremely good and the price was just 250 rupees. The same product was available on other websites too but not less than 350 rupees. Thanks to Snapdeal for this great online shopping experience.
Also, you always get a promo-code whenever you open Snapdeal App, in that way get great deals n discount too.
I was a frequent buyer of Snapdeal till 2016 but, I stopped shopping with them since had a bad experience with their customer support. They had automated their entire customer support due to which one could not speak with a human. I recently saw an ad on Facebook and decided to give it another shot and to my utter surprise, this time they started to showcase their customer support options tome pro-actively.
I tried using their What's app chat support and found it very useful and quite a seamless experience. I will recommend everyone to be use them again.
I think Snapdeal is the only company where someone can reach to their customer service agents in just few seconds. I recently got a wow experience with Snapdeal App, I ordered shoes from their app and after 3 days I wanted to change my delivery address as was moving to a different place.
I went to see in the app to lookout for anyoption but, I saw the whatsapp icon and bingo, I clicked on it and within few seconds the agent of snapdeal reverted and helped me instantly.

It was an excellent experience shopping with Snapdeal. Bought a pair of trousers at a huge discount. The same product was costing much more on other platforms, whereas Snapdeal offered me at 50% flat off. Snapdeal also comes with multiple sales promotions from time to time, so it becomes inexpensive shopping with Snapdeal. While many might have doubts on the quality of products due to high discounts/offers, Snapdeal never sacrifices with the quality of products. Return and replacement is easy.
Snap Deal does indeed have some amazing deals on clothes and electronics. But they are a marketplace so your shopping experience is not very consistent. Also they are based in India which can also present some challenges. So again use caution but hunt around for a while on Snap Deal and if you feel like taking a chance, make a purchase!
I purchased few kurtis from snapdeal and it was amazing,and i got the product delivery in 2days. I bought a Nandika Eine cream from snapdeal. The container was half filled (600 gms approx against 900 gms) and seal was in broken state. Not going to buy again from snapdeal. Seller is a fraud should be kicked out of snap deal.
Yesterday, I received my order. I ordered 2 head phones but I just received one. When I get in touch with customer care, they said both has been delivered. I opened packet and found only one. My question is, is there a way I can prove it? How can Snap deal prove himself correct in this regards.
I will suggest never buy anything from snap deal. Its a big headache and they will never listen you.
Ordered a product and got something else with cheaper price. Interestingly they even didn't bother to remove price tag that was of lesser amount than what i had ordered. Happened 2-3 time with different products. If i have to rate, will give rating in negative but good luck for snapdeal, minimum is 1
When will i receive my order?
Products are not delivered within estimated time, provides wrong message about product tracking status and without calling checking our availability just sends a message telling the customer was unavailable so delivery is failed. Its not trust worthy site to place the orders.
Very bad service and I have not benefit combo pack fake offer show in snap deal app so pls all people stay away from this app... I have got only straightener... but dryer was missing payment full charges
Snapdeal not only has no ethics but also have a pathetic customer care centre. First, they delay shipment by more than 3 days, then in spite of 3 reminders, nobody from customer care contacts you, then they unilaterally close / cancel the order without so much as even informing or calling the consumer and finally when I got through to their customer service centre, they refused to even entertain any grievance but rather just said that they are legally entitled to do anything! I wonder whether they are closing down or being sold out... sooner the better!
Snap deal is worst service. I cancel my orders after receiving the products. No one has come n recollect the product. No single call from customer care. When I try to teach them, all are recorded message..
I got two sets of same set. They were utter useless product. There was no company packaging and it was wrapped with some plastic and Snapdeal outer cover. It was used by someone and torn and dirty. I requested for return and refund. Literally I had to take these products to delivery person for returning. They were not at all interested to get back the things. Finally I got refunded for one product other set they haven't refunded yet. Many times I called there toll-free number once someone attended and they informed me they would refund it. Now it is almost more than one month no positive response at all. My humble request to public that don't trust this e- commerce site. Finally I lost my money
I am very dissatisfied and unhappy with Snapdeal customer and courier service. I ordered for a shoe, from Snapdeal site and I was sent a different shoe altogether. Now the courier guy who was coming to deliver at my place today, did not turn up after calling repeatedly. He kept on saying that he will reach in 5-10 minutes many times and then he switched off his phone. Purchased shoes from snapdeal last week and this week requested for return as it was misfit... but last 3 days their courier service has failed to do pick up & on contrary snapdeal sends message that pick up failed because of customer not available. This is unbelievable and shocking to have such worst experience with such company which is competing with amazon & flipkart which are having excellent customer service.
Absolutely disappointed and never doing to use snapdeal again! U just lost a potential customer due to ur such stupid & nonsense approach towards business.

Answer: Well, it is waste of time because I have purchased indulekha hair oil on sep 12 2019, as they have sent the duplicate hair oil and I return back, they want me to refund my money, till date hasn't refunded my money, as they keep asking the bank details though I have provided everything. They keep asking for my bank statement, though I have purchased the item or product on COD. Cash on delivery, as I have provided the bank account number, IFCS code, branch code. They are just playing sending emails saying send them bank statements in PDF file only. There is no customer care to speak as they have an automated message on the phone when you try to call customer care.
