I had cancelled orders before shipping but still they were sent that to with missing items and wrong size. The return request was accepted quickly but the return has been an headache. Have to explain again and again to customer care the same story even after sending them all images in email. The pickup have been done finally but the status still shows pickup pending. I feel I lost my money on Snapdeal. Emailing them is of no use. Talking to customer care also no use as they have only selected replies as trained. And I don't use WhatsApp so can't say about that. Meesho is 1000 times better in deals and returns refund same day pickup same day refund right after pickup. My mistake I tried SnapDeal
I m trying from one month to get back my payment every time they say that my money will get refunded within 48 hours but it's 48 days. This is the Worst service I ever get on any site I will advice all of u to not buy anything from here.

Order placed on 19. 3. 21. Supposed to be delivered by 24-26 March 2021. From 24th onwards showing same status. Every day, the date of delivery is being extended. No option to cancel. Looks like a fake online trading.

I was trying to order some stuff worth near 30k failed to proceed somehow probably snap deal fault money got deducted from account and its been 3 days haven't received money back yet. Everytime you talk customer care they give you assurance it will be initiated in 24 hours. Have some courtesy of being leading brand and return soon.
Extremely poor services provided by Snapdeal. Even they don't bother weather the costumer is facing problems. It is more than 25 days but till now I haven't received my packet. This is the worst experience. So guys please be careful before purchasing with Snapdeal.
When ordered iphone 6s plus case size 5.5" for Rs. 650 Snapdeal delivered 6s case size 4.7" and not considering to correct the mistake. Not a matter of money but it shows how irresponsible and arrogance towards customer service.

Wrong item delivered to my colleague address which of no use to me as I was abroad. I work mostly from abroad and make good amount of shopping. There are many customers like me. Due to this it isn't possible to refund within 7 days.
If you deliver right product then no issue with return policy but when wrong item delivered then mistake has to rectified for sure.

I have received a defective piece. And no one came or no one called for reverse pickup rather the status was updated "pick up failed and customer is not available".
Snapdeal is only online shopping service which doesn't provide any satisfaction to customers. U better keep your tag line unbox sadness rather unbox happiness.

Product ID *******5590 ordered on 26th October. This is bed delivered after 60 hours of continuous follow-ups.
Now calling a technician to assemble the product has become a Project. They require another 48 hours. Moreover product delivered and company database not updated even after hours.
I bought my first product and had pathetic experience. I would never advise anyone to buy anything from Snapdeal.
Please intervene if it can be assembled today, else it will follow the company leisure and lethargic process.
Actually no stars... I ordered this Mobile for express delivery on 28Nov but till now not reached... Today got message they have changed seller and additional 720 RS absorbed from my credit card without any prior permission and intimation... It's totally annoying and stupid... U order in express delivery so to get early product but not reached and above you pay more for waiting again... Won't use to the order again... I'm going to tell my friends not to use snapdeal as well... Will try to give awareness in all social media. Bcs this is too much...
I have a very bad experience with Snap deal.
Specially their refund policy is worst as compare to any on line shopping companies. They are enjoying our money and taking too much time to refund it. Intact they are involved in malpractices also like as sending false/ fake messages which will confuse you. So far is the concern of their customer care you can say that they are just behaving like CHEAP DALAL & they will never revert you regarding your complaints.
As it was expected that being a company based at Delhi So the culture is same... just take the money & stuck the customer's money for those goods which was not received by them.
On the basis of my past worst experiences I have taken an oath that not to buy anything from Snspdeal.
Snapdeal does not sell fake product and never I received any counterfeit items. I have purchased with snapdeal online for more than 5-6 times and I always received original products. Snapdeal also deals with value-for-money non-branded products that are very useful for day-to-day activities. There was only one instance when Snapdeal sent me a wrong product, however, I instantly raised a complaint, and their pick up guy came the very next day and picked up the product. What I really liked about Snapdeal as they refunded the amount on the same day of pick up. I am going to shop again with Snapdeal for sure.
I ordered a watch and a wildcraft bag and their quality is really amazing.
I had posted one of my issues with regards to my grievance with snapdeal. To top it off there custommer care has become a total harassment. There is no option on automated system to speak to customer care executive. The help Centre has laid down set of queries which puts them in a non committal position. If u have any other issue u are not given an option to write it. Guys please think before u shop from this fraudulent site.
I bought a woodland belt from there site they deliver duplicate product to me and they didn't resolve the issue since last 10days.
No satisfactory reply from there side.

Not even a single time we got any bad quality or any chance of complaint regarding the products that will make trustful shopping app. Mostly I m ordering any online product so my first choice is snapdeal. I will give 5/5 rating for the snapdeal in all terms, so it's related to product or service or anything... keep it up great work.

I used this medium to save time and money. When when I have received the product, it is not working properly and customer service says that I need the go to service center because vendor (micromax) has delivered the phone, and snapdeal is just a medium of purchase. Very bad experience, I have paid full amount and now I search for service center, waste my time and money and headache that I have received used phone... snapdeal is only interested in earning... they don't care for their customers
I had purchased an order of mop in Snapdeal mobile application. The one I received is the different than it shows in the picture. However, I was not happy with the delivery and initiated a return request of the Order. They have not sent their courier person to collect the defective order wherein they updated saying that I need to return it to their warehouse. It's absolutely ridiculous and obscure of doing of business by Snapdeal, the company is not following the return policy wherein it's documented by itself, the Snapdeal company does not stand on the right business principle. The reason I'm writing this is to aware the people how does certain fraternity of online trading company doing the unethical business to earn the money. Don't trust such company and refrain away to buy the product from such online shopping.

Answer: Well, it is waste of time because I have purchased indulekha hair oil on sep 12 2019, as they have sent the duplicate hair oil and I return back, they want me to refund my money, till date hasn't refunded my money, as they keep asking the bank details though I have provided everything. They keep asking for my bank statement, though I have purchased the item or product on COD. Cash on delivery, as I have provided the bank account number, IFCS code, branch code. They are just playing sending emails saying send them bank statements in PDF file only. There is no customer care to speak as they have an automated message on the phone when you try to call customer care.
