I had cancelled orders before shipping but still they were sent that to with missing items and wrong size. The return request was accepted quickly but the return has been an headache. Have to explain again and again to customer care the same story even after sending them all images in email. The pickup have been done finally but the status still shows pickup pending. I feel I lost my money on Snapdeal. Emailing them is of no use. Talking to customer care also no use as they have only selected replies as trained. And I don't use WhatsApp so can't say about that. Meesho is 1000 times better in deals and returns refund same day pickup same day refund right after pickup. My mistake I tried SnapDeal
