A person can get better prices on other platforms. And the quality of the product is also worst. Return policy is good but whats the point of getting refund if the person gets bad product at high cost.
I want to share my recent experience with snapdeal. I have ordered chopper from snapdeal my order id is *******3042. They have send me chopper of another local company then i have replaced it again they have send chopper of local company. I have complained it before raising replacement request there is no quality check in snapdeal again i have checked the review i find that they send duplicate product of another company i suggest please do not go with snapdeal they are completely fake they do everything to sell the product at cheap cost. Snapdeal has no return policy, as they give 7 days time to return the product and give online option on there site. But in actual there site is never updated with delivery option and doesn't give you options to return it. And when you call them. They just show you the return policy copy and customer care executive have no power to execute with your reasoning, all they say management have said that (with no reasoning) and when you ask to speak to manager, they never come online as they are always busy. Awful experience with snapdeal cheap site.
I had ordered a product on snapdeal and just 2 days before delivery they cancelled my order not giving any reason and when I called snapdeal and enquired about my order so they said you have to order it again and when I asked them to order it again they cheated me by saying that the delivery is not possible at my postal address.
Snapdeal turns out to be completely bizzar and underdog marketing site.
I have been a regular customer for snapdeal unfortunately snapdeal has disappointed me this time. By mistakenly I ordered monitor instead of tv and I didn't ask for any kind of refund also I just simply asked for replacement.
Snapdeal doesnt care about their customers and services which they provide. While ordering an item on snapdeal till the time your stuff doesn't get delivered. They care about you because they have not received the money yet. Once they get the money then they stuck you in policies and all when you want to return the item.
I don't mind that was only for 5500 bucks but in future neither I am gonna use snapdeal nor I would recommend to anyone.
I request to everyone please go yourself and by the product I know it will take little pain but trust me it will give 100% satisfaction.

Purcahsed a recliner *******@snapdeal. Wooden frame broke. Called Snapdeal to facilitate repair either through their vendor or provide me contact details of the vendor. But they refused. To my horror, as per them since they do not manufacture these products themselves, they are not liable to provide any support. But then, do they manufacture anything themselves? So buying anything from them is a big risk. Seems that it is a collaboration of bad quality manufacturers *******@snapdeal good discounts and in *******@snapdeal shielding them from any liabilities...
Which century snapdeal is living it, in this competitive world where all websites are committing consumer and delivering within 4 days, this snapdeal cant even dispatch the orders by 4 days
I called snapdeal care n number of times and registered my complaint. I needed my product by 27 oct and their courier partner is not going to collect the parcel from seller. Even seler contacted me sayinh the packet is ready but its snapdeal courier who are not coming to pick it. I will never order from snapdeal. Poor site. Poor service poor customer care. I have booked a item from this site but due to not satisfactory i return the item. Snapdeal didn't return my refund. After so many time calling regarding this they didn't return my money.

I had ordered a phone cover combo pack twice. First the order was canceled from snapdeal's end after shipping the product as product was not available in their warehouse. Second time, Wrong product was delivered So I had to cancel it, later on the price was increased from 299 to 399. Also, the canceled order money has not been refunded since 1 month
I've tried clothings from the snapdeal, products are as per description, the quality is the same as what one would get directly from the brand's outlet or official site. Seriously it's brand Wali quality and bazaar Wali deal, I will definitely continue to use the app.

This is the company where delivery boy misbehave with your sister, don't talk to your sister properly even can't wait for a single minute to take order back. When we went downstairs he went away and said now I will not take back.
When you call them first of all your call wouldn't get connect.
Delivery boy talk to you rudely and say company doesn't give us salary we are doing it for free

When you call to customer care service, you will not get option for talking to customer care executive... you need to solve all problems by IVR only

My Le X526 got switched off suddenly and didn't get started till now and i rushed in to service center it is also a bull $#*! place where they didn't repaired for 2two months and still in the same condition. Stupid phone and stupid snapdeal.

Snapdeal please stop using ecom express for courier delivery! They are worst, they made me wait 15days even after reaching my locality courier facility, they didn't delivery my order on the expected date and they delay for 5 more days, after waiting for 5 more days, they cancelled my order without any information ' the order has been cancelled as it remain undelivered' they are too lazy, if the route is long they don't bother delivering the order and they just return to the seller without even contacting the buyer! 3 of my friends face the same problem! What kinda nonsense is that? I have order one more time the same product, if its turn out the courier service is Ecom I'm gonna cancel it for sure

Very bad experience shopping through snapdeal. Firstly they send incomplete product as mentioned in website secondly not given invoice bill, I unable to return the product without invoice number. Too harassed by sevice.
Recently I changed my contact number, but in snapdeal account I unable to change even my contact number.
I demand return wrong product which sent by snapdeal and refund me.

Yes. Snapdeal sold me an original Casio watch that I ordered a few years back. Recently, again when I ordered Nike shoes with them, they didn't disappoint me and sent me 100% genuine shoes with original box as well. I think there were some issues with Snapdeal a year back but, now it is resolved as I didnt face issues with my last orders that I placed in lockdown. I am happy:-)
Best customer service, ever seen. Multiple ways to reach customer care and not only reaching customer service is so easy, however, you get reverts before the timelines as per my experience. Answer: Well, it is waste of time because I have purchased indulekha hair oil on sep 12 2019, as they have sent the duplicate hair oil and I return back, they want me to refund my money, till date hasn't refunded my money, as they keep asking the bank details though I have provided everything. They keep asking for my bank statement, though I have purchased the item or product on COD. Cash on delivery, as I have provided the bank account number, IFCS code, branch code. They are just playing sending emails saying send them bank statements in PDF file only. There is no customer care to speak as they have an automated message on the phone when you try to call customer care.
