I recently ordered Set Wet Deodorant Spray Perfume from Snapdeal. When the product came, it was damaged which made me disaapointed. However, the way Snapdeal's customer service team helped me was remarkable. I contacted their customer service team on *******126 and informed about the issue. They apologized and quickly arranged the reverse pickup which was completed the same day. Guess what, I got my refund next day and my issue was resolved within 48 hours. Kudos to Snapdeal's customer service team for such a quick resolution.
I have returned item as per policy, courier person picked the same. But after 15 days also no one is bother about the refund of money. There is no direct contact number and return track package is not updated, showing item is not picked.
Worst website, pathetic service. Not recommended at all.
I ordered refrigerator worth 20k, after following up with them for 10 days, product delivered to me after 15 days, committed days were 7-10 days.
Above all the product delivered was a wrong product. What can be worst then that?

Snapdeal is best for E-commerce site. Last week I ordered HP laser printer. This site given more pay option like debit, credit card and cash on delivery. Price was promising and reasonable. That was delivered on time. I would like to say that the services of Snapdeal is best.
Payment was deducted twice for an order placed. After giving false assurances that the reversal will be done in 72/48/24 hours over a period of 10 days, the customer service team said that their payment server did not receive the credit so I need to raise a dispute with the bank where I have my account.
My question to them is - is this my fault?
Just because it is my money that is lost in transit between the bank and Snapdeal, I need to figure it out and battle on.

Considered it as a trusted e commerce. But after a recent shopping I lost it. Recently I shopped Maybelline colossal kajal super black a combo of 3 for 326, the original price was 900, so it was a lucrative deal & I grabbed it. But after getting the product and using it I was just felt like to react only.The product was worst ever.It demanded 16 hrs intense, but could not stand even for 1 hour. I have used the same product buying offline & can guarantee that what snapdeal delivered me I not an original product. Very much upset by this kind of fraud.And the packaging of the product is so original that you can not get a hint before you get to use it.
Bad. I have only one thing to say. Don't order any thing from this site and if already ordered. Plz check your parcel first as they deliver incomplete order and take charges of whole order. And don't even return your money. In spite of repeated complaint on customer service
Snapdeal are looters.My first experience and pathetic, trust this company will shut down at the earliest as they think that people are donkeys, snapdeal has not bothered to return my money for the product which i returned, and no response. I have ordered gown, the fabric quality was good. Everything was just as they promised. My Gown colour is multicolour and design is good. Price was very reasonable and promising. So I am glad that I got my order on time. Customer care team was very helpful - it was amazing shopping from here...
I ordered one product and only garbage came inside the box. Just now i received and see in the picture what they have sent. Very angry. I always use amazon or flipcart. I recently ordered a tracksuit from Snapdeal but I was disappointed with this deal as the fabric quality was bad. Snapdeal should work on product quality compared to the price been taken by them. I hope to see some improvement in the future.

Bought "Puma 917 Lo 2 Dp Blue Sneaker Casual Shoes" on the snapdeal. Unfortunately, I was not comfortable with the size and hence placed a replacement order. Now its been around a month and yet they have not picked the item for replacement. The courier services associated with snapdeal are worst. They not even called me once and marked that they tried to pick the product but I was not reachable.

We had ordered a Raymond Double Polyester Abstract Quilts(Order ID: *******0859) on 09 Nov, 2016 and the estimated deliver date was 17th Nov. Today its 20th already and i have no idea where my order is.
You have got such a pathetic customer support that i don't get a real person when i call and the emails are not really well answered, the complaints that i had registered just got a response saying the shipment is delayed. I do not know why it was delayed for so many days and when am i actually gonna receive it.

I bought a unicos alvise 3 shoe cabinet from snapdeal which was delivered on 17th Nov. The product is very cheap and poor quality and has two of its part highly cracked, which make the total structure unstable and ugly looking. Their mechanic insist me to fit it as they can't give any guarantee of replacement without crack or damage.

Answer: Well, it is waste of time because I have purchased indulekha hair oil on sep 12 2019, as they have sent the duplicate hair oil and I return back, they want me to refund my money, till date hasn't refunded my money, as they keep asking the bank details though I have provided everything. They keep asking for my bank statement, though I have purchased the item or product on COD. Cash on delivery, as I have provided the bank account number, IFCS code, branch code. They are just playing sending emails saying send them bank statements in PDF file only. There is no customer care to speak as they have an automated message on the phone when you try to call customer care.
