I keep trying to get a refund and still no contact from anyone. I never received the product because the molding kit (that i payed for in advance) does not fit my teeth but yet continue to take out money from my bank account that is called stealing.
Not working out as planned. And although they seem helpful at first, the "refund" of $1500 was not being sent back to me and I haven't heard from anyone in weeks about it. Can't get in touch with anyone, and no number seems to be working. So now I have no alignments, and short $1500. Would never in a million years recommend.
I have been paying $88 dollars every month since December 2019.
I don't have any services for the money I paid.
Because I don't want my credit score to be ruined.
I must pay the remaining month through a company called affirm. I feel an environment and stop payments for them. But they are I can't give, saying that they should cancel, and in smilelove smilelove is not giving any answers in my email. I will fight them.
This company owes a company I work for tens of thousands of dollars. It's been over a year and they have not paid up. We have tried calling them multiple times with no response. We did a company search and it's only a 2 dollar business - a privately held, limited, shell company with no assets. The office isn't even legit. We got totally ripped off. Don't buy from a company that rips its contractors off. They are shady.
Closed on weekends so do not expect response until mid Monday, slow to catch up on their e-mails. Takes up to 6 weeks to receive aligners from start of process. Impression trays should be labeled top and bottom due to gets confusing when you're in a hurry. Would be nice if you could have an account on their site that lists order status instead of having to wait for a response from them. Customer service is friendly but they really should list hours and describe how the process works more in detail since people are anxious after spending so much.
I ordered from them aligners with tooth bleaching. And I only got the aligners for which there are big customs charges with DHL almost 200. On their website it's not even marked! Now it's been several months since I asked them to send me the dental whitening kit and they didn't even do it. I hope I get my refund. I'm really very disappointed
I have not received my aligners yet. It has been approx 45 days since my initial order. It would really help if the impression process was a little easier. Just simply labeling the upper and lower mouthpieces would be a big help. They will send you a booklet to call or login to visit with an impression specialist, however it was two weeks out before an appointment could be booked. This type of product is great for individuals with a busy schedule, its just that they do not cater well to individuals with a busy schedule because customer service is very slow to respond or provide assistance. There could be simple changes to make the process a little more streamlined like text a youtube or video link with an impression "how to", label the upper and lower mouth pieces, etc.
I hope to have aligners at some point.
Hi all you fellow skeptics! I posted an honest review on Smilelove's Facebook under the visitor posts section back in July 2019, or was it June? Anyway, I included some photos and my ups and downs with this company. I am nearing the end of my aligner treatment and all is going well.
My experience with Smile love was good at first. They work with you to get the best fit for the mold to make the aligners. Once I recieved the aligners I have had many problems. The aligners I recieved do not fit so I go tagged the company that day. For two months I was ignored until I sent an email expressing how frustrated and angry I was. Now I am just getting the run around. They are just trying to wear me out so I give up and they don't have fix the mistake that they made.
I am mad that I waisted my money with this company and hope that others don't make the same mistake
I ordered my aligners back in October. I took the molds set my payment off. It took them until February to get me the aligners. With almost half of a year between taking impressions and getting my aligners my teeth had obviously moved and the trays are extremely ill fitting
I have been wearing them far longer then the two-week period to try and make my teeth conform to these trays.
I have contacted the company and number of times and not received a response. I finally googled smile of not responding and found out that the company has gone out of business. You think this might be something that they inform customers of. As a result I have more than three-quarters of my treatment to go and no support whatsoever.
I'm 63 yrs old and wore braces when I was 12. Unfortunately with age, my teeth drifted back to where they were. I did some research and decided to give Smilelove a try. I am 2 months into my 'treatment and so far, so great. I can really tell a difference already; my coworkers have noticed my smile is changing, it's really easier to floss for sure! And I am taking better care of my teeth now. I have absolutely no regrets going with Smilelove. The customer service is wonderful, I had no problems with my impressions, the price is right and i am getting fantastic results. I can't wait til my 7th month!
It's now been a month and I still haven't received my treatment previews. I've emailed three time. The first them they advised it takes 2-3 weeks. The second time they said the dental team was behind on them and it should take a day (last week 3/20). The third time, today 3/25 they said there was a glitch in the system that stopped treatment previews from sending property. I am starting to get nervous.
Beginning stages were very pleasant. I recieved my kit right away. The order process, linked from my company employee discount program, did not have any preliminary questions. At the time I had a temporary crown, so after I got my kit I reached out and they suggested I should wait until I got the permanent crown. Ok good call. The night before, I started practicing. I sent a top and bottom practice pic and waited... 5 days... this is where it went downhill fast. When I finally got to the preview of my digital images, I could only see the images, not the treatment plan. The before images did not look anywhere near mine. My inquiry was never responded to. Phone calls not answered. Form submission not responded to. To add to the digital image issue, the after photos showed a gap between my incisors and my molars. Really!
Over a year to get the aligners, retainer broke after 1 mth. Paid for new ones-over 3 mths and haven't received. Broken every promise they've made. Supervisors and reps are a joke. Go elsewhere!
LOOK AT THE GOOGLE REVIEWS! I purchased treatment for 4 individuals. My daughter is the first one to finish. They did not do a proper alignment and need to make adjustments. They need to send me another impression kit and another set of aligners. They promised satisfaction. I have contacted them multiple times both by phone and email. There is 0 response. Best Company says they went out of business in March 2020, but there are reviews here from May 2020. I'm not sure what's going on, but I would be very wary of doing business with them. When I signed up a year ago, they had the best customer service. Now, it's non-existent. It seems, once they have your money, they disappear. If I do not get a response, I will look into class action law suit.
I had to submit the impressions 2 times but within 25 days after being accepted, I have my aligners. The first pair fits perfectly and are so clear, you can almost not see them in your mouth. They are easy to wear and I may even lose a few pounds by not snacking all day long! The cost, along with their great customer service, makes this product a great value. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to straighten and brighten your smile. I can't wait for all of my future selfies :)
I paid to have corrective trays made for me through SMILELOVE nearly 6 months ago. Each time I tried to submit my impressions so they could produce the trays - -they were unacceptable. I tried 5 times; I even consulted with a dentist. No product was provided to me. So -- I asked for a full refund based on their refund policy. I emailed them 3 x's, chatted with their 'customer care' reps online and called them. They have failed to acknowledge my refund request. Black hole. They have full payment for something they never provided to the consumer.
My wife and I both paid and submitted impressions. I was happy with mine, but she was not happy with hers. As the contract states, the buyer is entitled to a refund for any reason before they approve production of the actual aligners. Well, since we asked for a refund on her trays, we've had one response trying to talk us back into the sale and then absolutely nothing for a week. I have had to resort to disputing the transaction with my credit card company. Very disappointing, especially since I am already a paying customer with my aligners. I expected more.
I've been waiting for MONTHS for my aligners (the actual devices, which straighten your teeth). This company is in shambles. They're not even responding to my inquires about when (or if) I'll receive my aligners. I've completely lost faith in this company. I spent $1500 in December 2019. Here I am in April 2020 and I'm still waiting. Don't walk, run from this company. It's a complete and total joke. Its customers are the butt of that joke. It's an absolute disgrace.
Impressions are EXTREMELY difficult to do. Customer service is nonexistent and they take days to reply to you, if they reply at all. I ended up going with Candid. Slightly more expensive, but an actual person answers the phone when you call and they made the impression process easy at one of their stores. This was a waste of my time, and the Better Business Bureau should investigate their shoddy customer service.
Answer: On Sep 10 I received confirmation that my sons impressions were accepted. We are supposed to receive the aligners 4-5 weeks (4-6 or 6-8 depending on who answers you.) on Oct 25 I asked for ETA and was told they should be done soon. NOW on Nov 20, (only AFTER I inquired) am told somehow our aligners didnt ship with the "others" and that we will have them in 1-2 MORE WEEKS! WTH? I paid up front in full and someone better be accountable. Im am still unsatisfied today.
Answer: No. They owe money to hundreds of people and have not refunded any of them. File a complaint with the BBB, the Attorney General in Utah, as well as the Attorney General in your state.
Answer: Three months after I paid, still no aligners. BEWARE
Answer: Received the kit, did the impressions, approved my treatment plan. 3 months, still no trays yet my credit card has been charged. I payed up front the $1340. I would not recommend this company, I believe it might be scam.
Answer: Received the impression kit and got doctors feedback quite quickly. Once I paid full upfront with credit card, three months later and I am still waiting to receive the trays. BUYER BEWARE!
Answer: No! They won't even answer me. From what I see they don't plan to refund us at all. They also show time limits now which with COVID and their lack of contact, have long since passed. Wish we could do a lawsuit.
Answer: Yes it was hard to get the impressions right. One person said their fine another said no. It's a very slow process and it seems like you have to deal with a different employee each time. I asked for a refund and was told I was entitled to one, but then got no response. It's been four months now and I've had to file a complaint with the BBB.
