Impressions are EXTREMELY difficult to do. Customer service is nonexistent and they take days to reply to you, if they reply at all. I ended up going with Candid. Slightly more expensive, but an actual person answers the phone when you call and they made the impression process easy at one of their stores. This was a waste of my time, and the Better Business Bureau should investigate their shoddy customer service.
They text you initially to update you on the shipping, and ask if you have received the kit, they made it seem very responsive and I thought wow, this is the best customer service ever, someone can just text me answers immediately, but nope, I realized it's all automated, when I replied with my questions no one ever responded, I then called their customer service number and guess what, it took me directly to their voice mailbox! They do not have live humans for customer service and cmon, those are my teeth! I suspect the authenticity of all the raving reviews because this is my truest experience and I am extremely disappointed. You get what you pay for! Choose a different company!
I have GAPS in my teeth which I never had before and I have been reaching out to the company for over 2 months and they refuse to respond to me. I have reached out to dispute my payments and they lied and said they have been responding to me when they havent. Funny thing is it all can be proven so they're true colors will come out when I make them look foolish with all the proof. But absolutely unacceptable. They continue to take my money yet womt answer me about my teeth. I'm 35 yrs old and was way more comfortable with my teeth before all this. I now have gaps in my upper and lower teeth and my treatment plan is over and they womt respond to me. They never sent my whitening kit either. These people are scammers I would seriously take your business elsewhere otherwise you may end up like me $1300 down the drain and my teeth are worse off now than before! I'm an existing customer and successfully submitted impressions. But, it's been over two months and I still haven't received aligners, nor has the company given me an update on their progress.
To try and find out the status of my aligners, I tried calling and emailing the company. After a week of trying I've given up. Total lack of customer service. If you have a problem don't expect a solution.
This company lost all money in January, and completely stopped contacting customers. In April they announced they were out of business. They've sent no refunds and will not respond to the BBB and Attorney General in Utah. Hundreds of complaints have poured in. They need to issue all the refunds they owe!
I contact daily for my refund but they will not reply to emails, calls or messages on social media. I never received my braces and I want my refund!
Back in March, I received an email stating that my aligners were ready to ship. It's been 3 months and I still have not received them. Upon contacting the company they told me my aligners were ready for production a month ago. I will update this review if anything changes otherwise I have to warn buyer beware.
This company is worst! I prepaid for the liners, received the molds and got started with the impressions. But when it came time to verify that they were correct they never responded, I sent in the impressions and they were quick to send them back. Once again zero assistance with getting the impressions back, now I have been trying to get my money refunded and cricket's. They won't return any phone calls or emails. Total scam
I paid up front $1400. Process started well and company was very responsive through text. Once I received my preview and could not approve because it was clearly not based on my impressions, everything changed. Two months of trying to get my concerns addressed or a refund they would not respond to any of my communication (text, email, online contact, and phone calls). They do not honor their policy, they just ignore you. I have no aligners and they have my $1400.
I ordered my aligners and paid in full back in March. Received impression kit and mailed it back. Haven't received aligners or got a response from the company since after multiple attempts. Filed BBB complaint and they have an F rating. They are still taking orders from customers even though they are out of business. Please do not purchase from this company.
I ordered their impression kit which they said us free and the website gives you an impression that you are liable for payment only if they start shopping aligners to to you. But, their impression kit will never fir and then lead to a reject from their doctors. And then you have already paid everything so they won't return your money. They are not replying to my emails, if anyone else is having same issue, let's connect to sue them for our money.
Smilelove has not been able to help me for over a year, they keep responding to my emails with the same useless garbage. Their phone line does not work. I've been trying to get my final retainer replaced for over a year. DO NOT WATSE YOU MONEY with this compant
I worked my $#*! off as a dishwasher in a nursing home to try to earn money for these. My teeth look so bad that I try not to ever smile. I did all my photos and impressions and all they did was send an email saying how broke they are and that they were trying to restructure them maybe they could do mine. I haven't heard from them since. I can't even get a refund. If you haven't paid yet, don't do it! They are charging more now and you probably won't get your stuff either.
Ordered aligner system in October, great price! But now it's been almost three months since they approved my impression and still no aligners. Customer service is giving me the runaround. I'm getting really frustrated, will ask cc company to create refund if I don't get them soon.

I purchases aligners in December of last year. Everyone was super responsive when getting the impressions done, however since then they have completely stopped responding to me and I am only finding out now that they are still taking orders while no longer saying they will ship any product. I purchased the aligners in full on my HSA card which will not refund me as it has been over 90 days since the purchase. This is just plain fraud. I filed a complaint at the BBB and I am also planning on filing in small claims court hoping to redeem some of my lost funds.
Purchased my aligner kit early september and its about to be March and i havent received my aligners. They do not answer email, calls or chats. I want my money back. The manager Mitch is extremely irresponsible. Stay away from this company
You can keep deleting my comments about your scam company, and blocking my accounts, and I will continue to create new accounts to help others avoid losing money and time over your company. I spend 4 months waiting for aligners and got the run around. Asked to cancel multiple times and was told no. Was advised by my dentist to not use these as they can cause damage. Yet smilelove continues to recommend me to go against the advice of my orthodontist and use them, and refuses to refund them. Don't fall into the trap. I am now out $1,500 and either have to pay affirm or deal with it affecting my credit.
There was some confusion on my account and Katilyn and Uinta both stepped right in to help me out! Timely responses and very helpful and nice! Customer service here is the best! Definately will be recommending! Love Smilelove and have no regrets!
I finished the treatment, and during it there was hiccups when the aligners were fitting correctly to much space between teeth and aligners. They would ignore me and after several attemps I would get some kind of response. But always just keep moving forward. Now with the retainers not fitting and my bottom teeth are not the final outcome as promised. I have been trying to reach them for over a month now to find out the next steps. ZERO response back. I have tried numerous different ways to contact them and once I send the pictures I get nothing back. Very frustrating I would not recommend going with this company ever!
This company operates on a scam. My treatment plan created gaps in my upper teeth, which obviously I chose not to proceed. Along with dozens others as found on Better Business Bureau, I have asked for a refund, which is totally within their refund plan as I have not even received the aligners. However, Smilelove cuts off ALL communication with you, including email, text, and phone calls. Literally stole $1500 from me and blocked me. And again, this is not just me, there has been dozens of reports like this on BBB. I have contacted my bank account, but this company deserves to be sued.
I am not sure what is going on with Smile Love But suspect they are out of business. I've been paying since September 2019 and have nothing to show for it. I have not received the dental aligners I am paying for, and in February, a customer service rep told me they would credit my account $145.00 to make up for the delays and lack of communication, but that has happened either.
I stopped paying my loan with Affirm in April 2020 since SmileLove did not fulfill their end of the transaction, and now Affirm is making threats and dinging my credit record. The whole thing has been awful.
Answer: On Sep 10 I received confirmation that my sons impressions were accepted. We are supposed to receive the aligners 4-5 weeks (4-6 or 6-8 depending on who answers you.) on Oct 25 I asked for ETA and was told they should be done soon. NOW on Nov 20, (only AFTER I inquired) am told somehow our aligners didnt ship with the "others" and that we will have them in 1-2 MORE WEEKS! WTH? I paid up front in full and someone better be accountable. Im am still unsatisfied today.
Answer: No. They owe money to hundreds of people and have not refunded any of them. File a complaint with the BBB, the Attorney General in Utah, as well as the Attorney General in your state.

Answer: No! They won't even answer me. From what I see they don't plan to refund us at all. They also show time limits now which with COVID and their lack of contact, have long since passed. Wish we could do a lawsuit.
Answer: Yes it was hard to get the impressions right. One person said their fine another said no. It's a very slow process and it seems like you have to deal with a different employee each time. I asked for a refund and was told I was entitled to one, but then got no response. It's been four months now and I've had to file a complaint with the BBB.
