No! They won't even answer me. From what I see they don't plan to refund us at all. They also show time limits now which with COVID and their lack of contact, have long since passed. Wish we could do a lawsuit.

No. I have been waiting for nearly five months. I have called and emailed many many times. The financing company is calling me for payments even though I no longer have the kit and returned it within the 30 days. I returned it within a week.
