Received the kit, did the impressions, approved my treatment plan. 3 months, still no trays yet my credit card has been charged. I payed up front the $1340. I would not recommend this company, I believe it might be scam.

It takes FOREVER! I paid the complete $1500 up front but they don't care. They're treating me like a jerk. Don't be a jerk. Stay away from this company at all cost. It's an absolute joke.

Mitch called me too, two weeks later, still no aligners.

I posted a complaint on the smilelove Facebook page after being in your same situation. I received a call from Mitch the next day and had my aligners shipped out within three days. He said the marketing team let him know about my situation. Don't underestimate the power of Facebook or twitter.
