I have not even received mine yet. just trying to get impressions correct has been a nightmare. I would like to cancel has any one been through this?

Yes it was hard to get the impressions right.
One person said their fine another said no.
It's a very slow process and it seems like you have to deal with a different employee each time. I asked for a refund and was told I was entitled to one, but then got no response. It's been four months now and I've had to file a complaint with the BBB.
