The only company that can enlarge your photos and come out crystal clear… the frames are premium… smallwoods preserved my memories one print at a time… customer service is so easy to get a hold of and my pictures came rapidly fast! Pictures are beautiful. We had one come without frame but I let them know right when I received it. They got back to me in like 30-1hr and sent a new one that will be here in 2-4 business days
I've ordered 3 times from Small Woods but this will be my last. All five of my black and white photos have a purple tint, clearly an ink issue, even guests have commented on them looking purple. I emailed customer service and they said they are up to standard. Very disappointed in their customer service and quality of their product if this is "up to standard."
I am struggling on giving a bad review, but i have been trying almost 2 weeks to get a reply on sending me a replacement frame. I order 6 photos and one came in damaged. I sent a couple of emails and text with no reply. Last Wednesday I finally spoke with a lady and she was very kind and said she would get right on it. I needed to send her pictures. Thursday late afternoon I sent her the pictures and as of this morning I still have not received a reply. I know this is a small business but in my opinion someone should contact you within 24 hours and have handled this problem within 48 hours. I am very happy with my photos, but very disappointed with the service. Donna
I love everything about your business, especially your customer service and how you treat your customers 🥰 your website is so easy to use, even when I needed to report a broken product it was super easy and you guys helped me out so much! The only thing I would improve on is packaging! You make such beautiful products I would just hope that you guys put some protection in whole shipping because you never know how the delivery drivers will be. You put so much work into your products I hate that they can get ruined in the shopping process. That's the only reason I have 4 and not 5 starts :) thanks!
Ive spent hundreds of dollars worth this company in the past. I recieved an item of poor quality making it so my children face looked warped and of an uncanny version of herself. I figured it was a one off mistake I ordered another replacement- to which came very dark and unlike the lighting shown in my original ordered photo- reached out to the company and they gave me no resolution and stood by the product saying that their printer prints darker- no offer to reprint no resolution. Now I've spent over $100 one an item i cant even use.
The app is so easy to use and create your one of a kind art. The product is beautiful. Unfortunately th carrier damaged to box. Small woods replace my item immediately. I will definitely order again.
We ordered 4 prints and the were so incredibly easy to order. The website was easy to navigate and check out. We received a coupon code that was a breeze to use at check out. When our framed prints arrived they had been damaged by the shipping company and SmallWood made it so easy and convenient to speak with them about this. They didn't hesitate to make it right! It is so refreshing to have such incredible customer service. Our prints and frames are absolutely stunning and look incredible in our home. Smallwoods realized that one of my photos was blurry, and although the people in the photo were supposed to be blurred out, with the focus on the background, I greatly appreciate that Anthony and Ashley reached out to make sure I was satisfied with my order!

I've ordered around 10 Smallwood frames and they have always been perfect. The most recent one I ordered was damaged, so I reached out to Smallwood for a replacement. Not only were they incredibly quick to respond, but also very helpful and quickly made it right for me!

Answer: They are terrible they don't care to help would rather tell you it's your fault. Don't even try to help you re order or fix anything could careless they will make more money just telling you no and hoping others order at their high prices and I would have cont. To order as I was very happy but now paying$190 for something that don't even care is wrong ya right. Just don't order from them in beginning and you will be fine! Heck Walmart has better customer service! Good luck!
