I bought a canvas of my wife and I at our wedding as a 10 year anniversary gift. As a customization I added the date to the bottom right. The delivered canvas had the date twice on the bottom even though I hadn't designed it that way. It was too late for the replacement and despite ruining my gift, smallwoods offered no partial refund or credit. 1. How is it possible to make that mistake in the first place? Poor QA.
2. A blanket policy that the only option is to fix with a reprint or full refund no matter what situation is terrible customer service.
We ordered a canvas wedding print in a frame. It is a gorgeous print, great quality!

This is my third order. Each has been beautifully packaged and delivered on or before delivery date. Guests always comment on the high quality prints.
The website is so easy to use and navigate. The quality is SO GOOD. These frames are now the focal point of our dining room and we love them. Shipping was also quick!

I accidentally ordered a canvas with NO frame. I then ordered a frame from Amazon but had to return it because it was too big. I'm still waiting to hear from Smallwood if I can just get a frame now.

I ordered a print. It was delivered wet. Small prints was incredibly helpful and replaced immediately. Grateful they helped when clearly it was a delivery problem. I have ordered in past and I will continue to order from this great company.
I ordered my mother a framed canvas for Mother's Day. I ordered it in plenty of time to get there. Once Fedex got ahold of it, it took 10+days to deliver it with several days of it sitting one state away and then was shipped to the west coast. When contacting Smallwoods, they told me there was nothing they could do once it was in the hands of FEDEX. I've ordered so many items from them in the past and I've always been happy with the products. This time I was frustrated as I feel my concerns and frustrations were not addressed because it was no longer at their facility. You have a choice when contracting with delivery companies. FedEx would certainly not be my top choice.

I ordered my first inserts (I have something like 10 frames so when they came out with replacement photos, I was so excited) and I couldn't be happier! The photos always turn out perfectly and as expected! You'll never regret ordering from Smallwoods!
I've been printing my artwork for years and have tried a variety of companies to find the best quality for my clients. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Smallwoods was very disappointing. I ordered a large print and was shocked by the poor quality of the final product. The image looked as though it had been printed on rough cardboard rather than true canvas, and the backing was also flimsy cardboard, giving the entire piece a cheap and unfinished appearance. This print is not something I would feel comfortable selling to my customers—or even giving away. I had hoped for a professional-level finish, but this did not meet my expectations. It was a waste of my money.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They DO NOT CARE! Order prints from them back in 2022---they came out wonderful! Loved them so much. Print quality was amazing. Finally got some updated family photos this year and was excited to order some re-prints from Smallwood Homes. Shipping was super-fast (though I live in TX). However, when I got them, they appear blurry - like there is this hazy film over them... and the print quality has decreased greatly. Please note photos submitted were NOT phone camera quality, these were professionally done. When compared to my old photos---It's almost like their print heads are NOT clean. I almost didn't noticed it until I saw my old photos and wondered what I did wrong. Reached out to customer service and they basically gaslight you, stating: "That said, because the items are within our quality standards, we're unable to offer a replacement order at this time, as our policy states custom items are considered final sale. I apologize if this causes further frustration. " No offer to re-print at a discount or willing to work with me on any other option even though there is NO mention of "final sale" on their website. You can even see in the barcode area how the ink is blurry compared to my old prints (bottom barcode) ---so its their printer--- its pretty clear that the quality has decreased A LOT. Even though the photos are OK and most likely wouldn't notice--I hate the fact that they have gone downhill with quality and are not willing to work with you to make sure you are 100% happy... sadly they lost a (local state) returning customer. :( I no longer recommend, and it looks like I'm not the only one with this same experience.
Very upset with this company. I had issues with my order and have reached out. I've been told that they're going to respond after commenting here. They kept asking for more photos of the issues. Still no one has helped me. I've spent way too much with this company to not receive assistance with issues. (They also don't really distinguish framed canvas vs framed wrapped canvas. So I accidentally ordered different products when I wanted to have one gallery wall. Granted, this part was my fault.)
One of my photos was delivered broken. I reached out to customer services twice and provided evidence and never received a response. Now I'm out a photo and money. Do not order from here
I have ordered from Smallwood multiple times and each time my frames have turned out perfect! This past time I had some trouble with the sizing of a picture and their customer service worked with me and even sent me a replacement when my picture was printed wrong. They were so helpful! We corresponded back and worth multiple times. They made sure everything was perfect. I recommend them to all of my friends and family!
I ordered a Christmas gift and had it shipped to a family member. They never received it and was told I hope your print finds it way to you. No replacement consideration or anything. The worst customer support I've ever received from any online shopping company of any kind! Never will I order from them again! Buyer beware!
Do not order from them. They are deceptive. A business should not just print labels and pretend to ship an order. I contacted the carrier and they do not have my order even though Smallwood said it's shipped. I know it did not ship because Smallwood did not even send my order and it says unfilled on their website. You should consider another honest company.
I was shocked when my order of five photos came with poor pixilation and lines through my daughter's face. Even more shocked after submitting pictures and videos being told no reprints nor refund would be made. Makes sense knowing there is no way to leave an actual review on their website to expose the fraud. $180 worth of pictures that I cannot use and no respect to allow me to send them back and get my money back. I will never be using this company again and will make sure no one I know does either. Pictures were professionally taken and downloaded so there is no reason for the lines.
Received a text offering "50% off custom frames. I had aprox $1200 worth of custom frames, total price for check out was aprox $900. I chatted with a customer service rep who repeated several times "discounts ate built into the pricing". All my frames were custom, I put them into my cart hoping a good sale would come along because I was going to purchase such a large order. I was asked to send screen shots of my card so the customer service rep could review the order. After waiting a bit she then told me, again, discounts are built into the pricing. Eather their math is BAD or, they raised the prices of custome frames before "sale" and the text is very very misleading
I recently bought three canvases and two of them printed VERY dark and you couldn't even distinguish things in the images. Customer service said there is nothing they can do, even though I had no idea my images would come out this dark. If you aren't happy with what you order then basically you are stuck with it with no refund, no changing anything, and it will be a waste of your money. For as how much I spent on these pictures you think the customer service would want to please there buyers and want them to return. I will never use them again and I will never recommend them. I just waisted over 100 dollars for absolute awful pictures.

Don't even try to help you re order or fix anything could careless they will make more money just telling you no and hoping others order at their high prices and I would have cont. To order as I was very happy but now paying$190 for something that don't even care is wrong ya right. Just don't order from them in beginning and you will be fine!
