I am a big photo person and I have been looking forward to getting my engagement pictures on the wall. These canvases are better than I could have ever imagined and I will cherish these pictures for a long time. Quality is amazing. Overall very happy with them!
I ordered 3 framed pictures and only received 2 of them on 06/14/2025. I've been waiting for the other one to show up but getting worried that it's not.

We had family photos taken back in December. I finally got around to ordering the prints for the main entry wall of our home! I love these frames and the texture of the photos! The wall turned out amazing!
The picture looked great but the frame color we picked out was brown and not black. I went back to double check I selected the correct frame color and I did.
I couldn't be more pleased with my custom order. The canvas prints were printed and packaged beautifully! I will be a returning customer!
The white frames were shipped with the black and had black streaks all over them. The black was also broke in the corner. They sent replacements and the same issue when they arrived happened.

I was brought to tears when my photos came in. The photos are bright and vibrant and the frames are beautifully made. The packaging was neat and clean and the frames were safe inside. The ordering process was super easy and the turnaround time was quick! I am so thankful for my new pictures!
Years ago I had ordered a 25x25 frame, and someone recently said that there was refills that you could get. So since then I've had a baby and had new family pictures so I wanted to do the refill. Bad idea. Cost $67 thankfully I had a coupon. And it's a foam bored not wood like the original is. The picture is blurry on it and didn't say when I was making it that it was a low quality picture and I am going to have to cut it so it will fit in the frame 😑😑 not worth the money

I don't know why but this time it's not on canvas like all my other pictures I have gotten from y'all and these have like a clear gloss on them and I wanted the canvas!

I ordered 3 images. And by mistake ordered one marked "no frame". The difference without the frame was $5. I called and emailed and they want to charge me $40 (including tax and shipping) for a replacement. All I need is the frame because of an honest mistake. I have no choice it seems or the other 2 will be a waste too. I had issues in the past and decided to give them my business again. I won't do that anymore. I've asked for other options but am now being ignored.

Answer: They are terrible they don't care to help would rather tell you it's your fault. Don't even try to help you re order or fix anything could careless they will make more money just telling you no and hoping others order at their high prices and I would have cont. To order as I was very happy but now paying$190 for something that don't even care is wrong ya right. Just don't order from them in beginning and you will be fine! Heck Walmart has better customer service! Good luck!
