Very helpful and friendly service. I talked with more than one person and each was as helpful as the other. The response on each question was answered quickly and then completed the task of customization in a timely manner. I will definitely order pictures again from the company.
My first picture was blurry, your advice was headed, and you were able to switch a picture
Our order was shipped and did not include one picture. I know it says that things can be shipped separate. FedEx kept sending me updates on the single item that it would be delivered two days late. It came 5 days later and the picture in the frame was barely attached in the frame. It was pushed through the metal tabs on some parts. I had to take it out and reframe it. Some places were scratched but once on the frame right, you could not see the scratches. I'm not sure I will be ordering again. I'm pleased with what I got but not the delivery. These were 24x36 inch framed canvases.
10/10 Customer Service! I brought their biggest print and it arrived with damage to the box and a crease in the picture. I submitted a support request and the next morning they said they were sending out a new picture also included instructions on how to insert it into the frame in the same email. Will always use them for pictures! They're beautiful everytime!

I took an amazing beach sunset photo of my wife while on vacation in Florida and knew I needed it for my office. There was only one company I was ever going to trust to frame that magical moment and it was Smallwoods. The quality of the print was amazing, and the colors were spot on. The sharpness was amazing even with taking a 12 megapixel photo on my iPhone 14 Pro Max in night mode and blowing it up to a 44 x 22 print. The ordering process is so easy and there is always some kind of deal to be had that makes ordering a second (or even a third) print worth it. I received the piece in less than a week without any damages and had it hanging on my wall that same day. I've used Smallwoods 7 times before this and I will continue to as long as they are in business.

As I ordered my selected size kept defaulting to a larger piece so instead of an 8x10 I received 25x17. When we opened the box it was extremely disappointing as the color in our picture was washed out blue. When I reached out to Smallwood, I was told I could return it (at my cost) and reorder it using the same discount code/amount. We have ordered many things from here and this has been the only one to be such poor quality printing but the customer service we received will prevent us from future purchases.
I ordered 5 items. 1 item had a frame that was damaged during shipping. 1 orher one the picture quality was not great. That was my fault. Other 3 were perfect. They let me pick another picture of better quality and sent a whole new picture. They replaced the picture with the damaged frame.
In shipping my box was damaged. I could tell that the box was not the normal Smallwoods box I was used to, and did not have their trademark tape. The box had been crushed and was caved in. When I opened it, sure enough, one of the pictures was damaged. I called and told of my problem and a very friendly customer representative, Nicole, had a replacement family wedding picture sent to me within a week! Thank you again! I am very satisfied!
The problem was fixed and I approved new pic. Shipped and waiting.

Answer: They are terrible they don't care to help would rather tell you it's your fault. Don't even try to help you re order or fix anything could careless they will make more money just telling you no and hoping others order at their high prices and I would have cont. To order as I was very happy but now paying$190 for something that don't even care is wrong ya right. Just don't order from them in beginning and you will be fine! Heck Walmart has better customer service! Good luck!
