When I received my package I was so excited to open it up and hang up my pictures. Unfortunately, during delivery the box was damaged leaving two of my three photos damaged. I first called customer support and they were so sweet and kind! The lady helped me locate the messaging system to get me new prints sent out right away. The whole process was made so simple and easy and the fact that you could call someone made a huge difference! I will most definitely be buying all my future family photos from Smallwoods, they're really amazing in every way!
I had a great experience with the online customer service. One of my prints didn't upload correctly and the team took the time to correct the issue before printing my canvas. I appreciate the extra step to make sure I was going to be pleased with the quality of the print.
I've emailed a few times with different orders and always get a quick response from anyone! Also like how if I have a question on if the little picture at checkout looks a little off (after fixing it) that someone will look for me and make sure everything looks great.

I have ordered from Smallwoods multiple times. The most recent time I had an issue with my order. I sent an email and received a response in less than 24 hours. Once I responded a replacement was in the process of being made. The Customer Service is excellent. Their product is fantastic. I would definitely order from them again.
The customer service/support has been nothing short of amazing! I had a photo with low resolution. When I received it I was disappointed. The support staff is conscience, and worked with me to replace my picture.it is perfect now. I have a grouping of four and they are wonderful to look at.

Excellent representatives. They emailed me to let me know the quality of the picture I submitted was subpar. So they asked for another one. They could have just printed it and sent it to me blurry but they cared enough to inform me.
I have ordered from Smallwoods a few times and have never been disappointed. There was an issue with one of the photos I uploaded recently on an order and they quickly let me know so that I could re send the image to get my order back into production. They were so helpful and replied right away.

I recently got married and bought a new house and I have been DYING to get pictures on the wall. I purchased 6 and they were absolutely stunning! One picture had some damage to the box which caused damage to the picture and Smallwoods got me a new one coming in just 2 days after reaching out! Such an easy process and we are so pleased!

Answer: They are terrible they don't care to help would rather tell you it's your fault. Don't even try to help you re order or fix anything could careless they will make more money just telling you no and hoping others order at their high prices and I would have cont. To order as I was very happy but now paying$190 for something that don't even care is wrong ya right. Just don't order from them in beginning and you will be fine! Heck Walmart has better customer service! Good luck!
